sometimes_right Why are you holding stock at $0.25 a share? Did you buy in at $5.50!
A stockholder that didn't know about the reverse split does not have his finger on the pulse of his investments.
Would you like to do your DD on NCC? You have no idea as to what is going on. Just some helpful information from someone who knows what is going on at NCC - well as much as anyone does.
Be looking for a press release for a letter of intent to be bought - beware.

Besides..."BIG MONEY" is still MAJOR NCOC shareholders... and I'll follow "the money" of KNOWN Hedge Funds & Institutional Buyers BEFORE the words of any UNKNOWN unvetted anonymous poster on I-hub:
http://data.cnbc.com/quotes/NCOC/tab/8
National Coal jettisoned Dead-Weight Alabama operations which was the majority of their financial troubles - along with the down-turn in the economy and the resultant reduction in energy usage. with the upswing in temperatures & the economy... coal-fired electricity demand is increasing. now all the company needs to do is refinance their debt with James Justice - with whom they have had friendly relations and favorable dealings. IMO
LOL...thanks "Good Samaritan" ... It's "heart-warming" how you guys ALWAYS show-up out of the blue to save us I-hub investors with your "superior" insight. Why didn't you warn us BEFORE the reverse split??? THAT would TRUELY have been more HELPFUL to some investors... IF IT WERE TRUE >>>> IMO
it was a nice ride.
watching closely now, sure to be more legs here.
W2 Announcement about Coal to Diesel Plant BS.
If they plan on building it the Turley loadout they will be the only coal to diesel plant in the world not located on the water. You have to put the fuel on barges to make the numbers work.
Plus, the permitting process would take at least 3 years!
All investors had better worry about the Dec. 15th note.
My best guess NCC files for bankruptcy protection in the next 6 weeks.
Roling is telling his Wall Street friends that he has the financing lined up and that is why the stock prices have gone up! Guess what he does not have anything lined up. NCC going down for the count. Who would provide financing to a company that has never made a profit. (This isn't Amazon)
Strong Sell

Sold at 1.03,although there is much potential here. This anemic volume is a joke.Moving somewhere else.Profit is profit no matter what.GLTA
I'd like to see what this can do with a 1m volume day
$4 would be awesome - hope you are right with your prediction on NCOC.
We had a very nice increase in volume yesterday.
Trading above bollinger bands also not so bad
I'll take $4 PPS to start
It had to trade 20 business days - thats the secret
Well it already has that $1 requirement. It needs to stay above that now.
VERY low float so it doesn't take much to make this stock move. I'm holding on for much higher PPS because I believe the Hedge Funds & Institutional buyers want NCOC trading on the NASDAQ and flying high again where it belongs. IMO
Funny though how much it just came down on like 100 shares.A few 100 share ones in there as well.this is going higher.
Yes,this is the highest volume this week and it has been green all week.Hopefully a 52 week high down the road sometime. Will take some time but hoping for it.
Sure isn't penny-flipping Ihubbers creating that much buying pressure... perhaps "institutes" are hopping back in, judging by increasing volume at higher prices.
Nice little move yet again today.I am impressed with how strong this has been this week.Low volume all week and it is green all week.Decent volume for today.
Well hopefully it is decent and we can start the move higher .
it's probably gonna waffle around here a while
(.90-1.10 area) "imo"
earnings report on the 9th of August..
We still have the low volume.some news would be nice.
seems like enough "posturing" to be consolidation for the next leg up - IMO
Hopefully we are setting a new base and we can move upwards from here.
tried to knockout a few "obstacles" by smacking the ASK, and Etrade filled my order BUT the obstacles remain standing unscathed... hmmmmmm
W2 Energy Inc.: W2 Energy Inc. And National Coal Sign Term Sheet To Build Clean Coal To Diesel Pilot Plant
Jul 22, 2010 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) --
W2 Energy, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTWO | PowerRating) (W2) is pleased to announce that it has signed a term sheet with National Coal Corp. (NASDAQ: NCOC | PowerRating), www.nationalcoal.com (NCC) to form Tennessee Clean Coal, LLC, a company which will initially build a one ton per day pilot plant to convert Tennessee coal into gasoline, ultra low sulfur diesel, JP8 jet fuel, and electricity. For Tennessee Clean Coal, W2 will provide all of the technology and all of the financing; NCC will provide the land and the feedstock.
In 2009 NCC sent a shipment of its bituminous coal to W2 for testing purposes. Using its NT Plasmatron low temperature gasifier, W2 successfully gasified the coal in three forms: powder form, mixed with water and mixed with waste vegetable oil.
In addition to producing liquid fuel and electricity, Tennessee Clean Coal will demonstrate that coal-based energy and power generation can be done more cleanly. W2 Energy's SunFilter Algae Reactor will sequester some or all of the greenhouse gases normally associated with coal-based power generation.
"Tennessee Clean Coal will demonstrate that Tennessee coal can create the liquid fuel and electricity that this country craves while also taking care of the environment," says David Freund, VP of Business Development for W2. "In addition to generating cost-effective fuel and electricity, Tennessee Clean Coal will bring high quality jobs to the Tennessee coal industry."
Once Tennessee Clean Coal's first plant is proven and operational, the partnership will immediately begin planning for much larger plants that will provide substantial amounts of electricity and liquid fuel for the Tennessee economy.
"National Coal is very excited to be a partner in Tennessee Clean Coal," says Daniel Roling, President and CEO of National Coal. "We think this business venture will prove out an entirely new business case for the coal industry."
W2 Energy trades in the United States on the OTC, under the symbol "WTWO". For further information, please contact Mike McLaren at 519-341-3185 or visit www.w2energy.com.

That is it Ronnie, hope to see you there.
Would not mind seeing that 52 week high again in due time
Coal sector up 5.65%. 2008&2009 are the only two years on record where electricity usage declined in the last 70+ years.
2010 already experiencing a turnaround.
OK,$1 is here on low volume.Imagine if we had big volume. This float is so low it will move on nothing.
yw. we have our "three white soldiers" bullish
candlestick pattern IN today.
here for the fundamentals, though, and staying long.
I think more like 400% eventually
Ronnie, I just wanted to thank you for letting me know about his one. I only bought a few shares when you gave me the heads up, but it looks like I'll be 100% on what I have soon.
Great call my friend. Thanks.
D is gone from board after notifying admin. Now lets get going here.
Can we get some damn volume here and can we get the damn D out of the board as it still shows NCOCD??
i hear ya big dog.
Better than most of my others with this one.
Hoping to liquidate / move some around for change.
My over all has been so flat to slow down for 9-10 Months now !
Here at home things will be "movin" within next 2-3 weeks.
Keep grabbin when/while you can Ron !
how we doin'
..or they will say it has to fill the gap.
or that there is gap resistance at 1.00.
too often, even educated TA is just laziness.
unless you're strictly trading for small gains.
in this "play", the $15 mil nasdaq requirement is met at $1.75, and the $1.00 minimum bid is automatic..
I'm looking forward to seeing in print the financial impact of the quarter's accomplishments on August 9th.
Sounds good and you've done some good FA here but others will appreciate the long open candles
charts look pretty, but NCOC is all about FA, not TA
to me.
turn on ibox, i updated...
What are the chances of that?
