Covered calls are so straightforward and easy. Only risk is having shares called away if it goes over the strike before expiration, so you could potentially miss some upside. Do a simple google search and PLEASE put that position to work while you hold over the years. You're breaking my heart over here.

I'm afraid I don't know a covered call from a phone call, as I never have gotten into options. I just buy stocks and hope they go up eventually. I'm willing to wait three to five years for a company's stock with strong prospects to do that, and I only sell it if I change my opinion on the company's management or prospects, as I did recently on WKHS, fortunately with a small profit after the meme crowd ran it up unreasonably, when it became obvious to me on their quarterly call that their CEO was totally incapable of building vehicles efficiently at volume. He has since been replaced.

Nice work on the options strategies! I'm in for 10,042 shares at $8.21 in my pension IRA rollover account and 2,130 shares at $6.80 in a regular brokerage account. It's my second largest holding. If I were to fall in love with a company, which is the cardinal sin in investing, it would be with this one.

Up 40% so far in my mostly options strategies. I've slowly built up a long position of ~700 shares at a 5.90 basis. Will continue building this till the end of the year.

Yoav said "read between the lines" on the call, with great confidence, and I took that to mean a significant aquisition on the horizon.

Regardless, the company is in great shape as is (especially at current prices) and poised to do extremely well if all goes to plan. This is a good place to park extra cash over the next few years.

As Yoav said in their recent call, don't try to time buying into this company. He recommended making a decision and then acting on it, because the inflection points will happen in a binary fashion and they will unlock the value that is building here very rapidly.

That press release this morning is absolutely masterful. This is a thinking person's stock, and is why I am so excited about it being my second largest holding. It makes me want to sell everything else I have and put it here (not that I will, of course).

Ive seen some concern about mgmt. their past stocks haven’t done well. I’m ignorant to the situation tho tbh. Any info would be appreciated; it’s the one thing keeping me from buying a bunch more

Whew! I'm glad to hear it, because a big part of this being my second largest holding is my trust and confidence in Yoav, and if he were selling any more shares, that would have been called into question, as he said on the last call that there is no longer any need to do that, as they have all acquisition and expansion plans covered with current funding. A definite highlight of the upcoming week will be their earnings call on Wednesday at 9:00 A.M. EST, as every call of theirs is a classic with Yoav at the helm. I enjoy them so much that I'm even getting up early on a vacation day just to hear it, and it takes a lot to get me out of bed before the market opens when I'm on vacation!

I'm surprised at this, because Yoav said he had all the money he needed to execute the business plan, and wasn't going to need to issue any more shares. I looked at the SEC website and recent press releases, and don't see anything about this, except for a filing in May that was to register shares for sale for shareholders who had acquired shares in private transactions. Can you point me to where you saw this?

After some of the share offerings I've seen lately, NanoD's "discount" offering (~ 33 million at 7.50, as market price was mid to high 8s) is nothing short of a godsend. Thankful to swing some more cheap calls, add to share position, and I trust the money is good hands.

Great idea! I'm glad you'll be coming aboard. I've never tried to learn the option game, but am just a buy and hold investor. This is my second largest holding, and is growing constantly with any incremental capital I have going into this. Yoav's style and strategy isn't for every investor, but I believe that during the next five years it will land him and Nano as very key players in the middle of what I think will be a total transformation of the manufacturing processes in the industry segments that Nano serves. I think you'll enjoy listening to past conference calls if you haven't already. I don't know what the next 10-Q will show, but I think cash on the books is around $5.60 per share. To pay a little over $.80 per share for the intellectual and technological capital as well as industry relationships that they have already amassed seems to me to be a no-brainer. The best part is that they have the cash they need to execute all of their current plans, and won't need to sell any more shares.

I'm not sure if you play with options, but there are some juicy prices in the chain, particularly in the LEAPS.

I had great confidence in this one too all the way from $3.00 to $16.90 and then back down. What hurts is the dilution and lack of sales. They diluted every time the stock was rolling. I do think we are headed to better things but my money could have been far better invested over the last year. I want to see more current revenues and less future promises. How about a 50% split between present and future?

Believe it or not, that represents my first two Social Security checks. I just reached the age at which I can collect full benefits without being penalized for still working full-time, and the credit arrived in my bank account this morning, upon which it promptly got transferred to my brokerage account, where I spent it on the 920 shares. Of all the 20 stocks that I hold, many of which I have high confidence in, this is the one that I expect to best provide for my four grandchildren's college educations.

It is at this level because current revenues are not great and they diluted every time the stock began a run. We could be a lot higher if some of those runs had been allowed to play out. Make lemonade and enjoy cheap SP.

I don't know why it's at the level it is, but I was happy to get another 420 shares this morning. I'm not sure what the cash per share on the balance sheet is now, but I'm guessing about $5.50. To pay about $1.70 per share for the intellectual and technological capital they are accumulating over there is the steal of the century, in my opinion.

I think what people are failing to realize is that Yoav is positioning himself and our company to be at the intellectual and technological epicenter of a manufacturing revolution within the market niches which the company serves. It seems to me that revenues will more or less naturally develop and flow as the result of that process.
