Low 2s may be safe enough. These guys are a direct competitor to the company i work for.
watching thinking about picking up some in low 2's...
NCS coming back up from yesterday's panic sell off nicely :)
I picked up a few today as well
couldn't resist the -24%
You may be sorry, i work in their industry :). But enjoy the ride thus far.

NCI Building Systems annotated chart (daily increments).
i wish i had bought lol
LOL, someone missed the shins! Rockin this week! In at very low 2's and very happy right now. Think this hits 3's and above by August imo.
someone kick this puppy in the shins and knock her down some more.
lazy, they have had alot of layoffs. It's bad in our sector of the business. However, they do a little more than just construction with the slit operations, etc. So they have more pieces that would make them attractive to other venues.
Horrible Q and admitted problems...however, no statements of bktcy or layoffs and that is a good sign, so yes, I agree, could ne a great buyout candidate. They could also emerge strong when rebound happens.
How low can it go? Are we at bottom? May-today drop no doubt related to financials...could be a solid pick here at 2 or possibly a bit lower.
getting cheaper by the day, has the dilution kicked in yet?
revenues were slacking here, why is that?
MWM, these guys are in the industry i work in. Their primary revenue isn't residential although they are pushing to gain entry into the residential roofing market (or were at one time).
These guys own coil coaters and processors as well. They also have a division that sells steel to the market. This company is far from your regular residential stick framing company.
What is killing our industry is the lack of credit, these guys major buisiness is box buildings. Huge warehouse type structures. They also own other companies that deal with multi structural elements as well.
This market is really down. These guys could make a heck of a buy out candidate for a steel producer like Nucor.
No telling when residential home building will really pick back up...
negative, nothing on this is diluted yet. Straight selling action. Dilution is a danger in the future though.
What do you want to know Armani?
Hello MWM, long time no chat. These guys are a direct competitor to who i work for. I'm watching too. Yes, waiting is a good idea.
Comapnies gotta do what they gotta do... Buying opp down the road maybe...
i did my DD up the butt last night, dilution is to blame
Not in, dilution if I remember correctly...
are you still in this? can you explain the sharp decline?
Looks like some new shares are coming online...

Well done, NWM. NCS is a winner.
At the level this is now trading, it's a no-brainer. Best of luck. I'm employed by these people. Solid company.

NCS lost $27/sh in Q1 (ending Feb-1) due to $528M impairment charges. That's one time loss and already reflected into stock price. Look at future! According analyst estimate, Q2 is a minor loss of $3.6M (e.g. $0.19/sh) then it's all green from Q3 onwards. Sequentially Q2 is 16,000% earning gain ( -$27/sh vs -$.19/sh) over Q1. This stock will continue to maintain uptrend. Look at other players in the same sector. NCS poised to be traded at double digit. Note that only 19M outstanding - not many!!
