Brief History Founded as a partnership in June 1991 in Hongkong and incorporated in June 1992 as Honnet Investments Limited, WSHL started using the current name in 2000 to reflect its diversified operations. WSHL is the central holding company and investment operations of the group.
CORE OPERATING TRADNAME AND ENTITIES
A. WSHL dba Wyith Incorporated, a trading branch business registered under WSHL, is the company's international consultancy business since 1996.
B. Wyith Limited, a subsidiary of WSHL incorporated in 1999, Hongkong, is the group's electronic business operations and also serves as the development platform for the company's various online brands and projects. The arm was previously operating as WyithNet, a tradename of WSHL, since 1996.
OTHER ASSOCIATED ENTITIES
A. Wyith Incorporée is WSHL's project management subsidiary incorporated provincially in Québec and extra-provincially in Ontario, Canada, September 2004. The subsidiary manages projects for its associates and centralizes the group's regional partnership arrangments.
B. Wyith Enterprise Planners LLC is the company's backend MIS and general business support incorporated in 2007, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China.
