I had to give up on this one today.
Today's PR, as well as the previous one about clinics in Wal-Mart contains no details. It is just pumping by IR and the market has clearly picked up on it.
wow. that stock looks ready to take off major !
RKLC up 340% today on Wal Mart news.
This jump was on news of the opening of just one Wal-Mart location. Take a good look at their PR....
http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/060711/101861.html
How many clinics? 2? 20? 200?
The PR does not mention how many so I sent the following to IR...
Subject: Please provide more information on Clinics
Mr. Ware,
Your recent press release is very good news indeed but details are few. Investors do not know if Healthy Access is opening 2, 20 or 200 of these clinics. In turn, we do not know whether to buy 2,000, 20,000 or 200,000 shares of ITPD.
Do you plan a follow-up press release giving more details?
-------------------------
Response......
"Mr. Morrison;
Thank you for your inquiry regarding the clinics, unfortunately the only thing that can ever be discussed is the information included in the press release. Please note that as things are warranted additional press releases will follow.
Again, thanks
T. Ware, VP Shareholder & Investor Relations

As expected, no secrets were revealed but there is at least some likelihood that we can expect more press releases.
Here is likely answer to insider activity..
From 10-KSB

On January 18, 2006, the Company entered into two consulting agreements for services and issued 932,000 shares of Restricted Common Stock and 1,148,000 shares under the Stock Plan for services rendered valued at $.25 per share....
During the three months ended March 31, 2006 the Company issued 730,166 shares under the Stock Plan to employees and consultants for services rendered valued at $.50 per share....
IMO, it is merely various individuals taking payment in stock or cashing out for various personal reasons.
Has me wondering as well and I wish I had a answer too.
any idea why the insider trading in light of the news with walmart.
like the story of this stock, price does not reflect potential and am confused by the insiders selling. any ideas here?
I'm waiting another day for re-entry eom.
Retracement Complete?
We touched the 10-Day Moving Average today. The chart looks ready for another run IMO. A follow-up PR from the company would be a great catalyst.
Level II showing few sellers below 58 cent resistance level.
Where did everybody go on this board?
The Share structure is posted in the Ibox.
Looking at the filings there is 10 million shares held by the company/family. Also if I'm reading the filing correct 26.5 million shares were used to acquire RXFs and were "unresgistered" securities which would make them restricted. That in itself is 36.5 out of 45.7 thats 9.2 million left.
What I'm waiting on is clarification of the status of the 26.5 million shares. According to a few "investor" sites they have the float listed as 36 million.
Char
5 million is very small if that's accurate. Can I ask you to paste the holdings or am I being too lazy ?
ITPD Float..
I am waiting for verification from investors relations via email. However my intial look at the filings puts my best guess on approx float at around 5 million shares. I need to clarify a few things as soon as I have confirmation I will post the correct float numbers in the Ibox.
Char
Mondays predictions..
I'm going to guess based on the chart and how the stock has traded thus far that we gap up to .57. The first shake will take us to .45 and we then head back to above .50 to consolidate thru lunch. After lunch if volume comes in we will start pushing at the .58 resistance.
Look for a good flip on the gap, should retrace below open to buy back in for a higher gain EOD.
Char
We may have to wait for monday to get a few of the answers you need but I think we can find half of it and provide links as we find. Thanks for the compliments
I will be doing more DD over the weekend too.
I haven't read all the posts but my concern on the #shares is this
100,000,000 Authorized - Is there warrants or conversion options that exist today? If so at what price? (Note: This could cause dilution.)
45,749,471 Outstanding
I think that's quite large. What % is employee/insider owned?
How have the eyecare shops that are in Walmart done?
Like I posted earlier I originally bought when Walmart wasn't part of the mix. I bought on the Prescription business alone. The # of shares purchased was small. I may add to substantially after more DD.
Glad there is a board now. I didn't realize till today because yesterday morning one still wasn't available here when I checked or anywhere. Thanks Moderator: Firehawk7_2000
Assistants: Charlatan, RaetherEnt !
Thanks, I let people know. But looking forward to the graphs and company info. I tried researching other stocks that enter into business agreements with Wal-Mart to see how they did..just out of curiousity to see.
Have a good weekend,
Next week should be very interesting.
I would think there is alot of critics right now due to the markets strengths and weakness. There are also alot of people who have not even heard of Intrepid Holdings, Inc. and have no knowledge of what has occured between Wal-Mart and Intrepid. Spread the word via email, other message boards, any way you can to gather the interest to the company. It is obvious that they have strength or they very well could have dropped to .30 or .40 today, but that is not the case. Char (the assistant to this board) has been non-stop in trying to locate information and reviewing his graphs in which he is better versed in then I. I would sincerely listen to his opinion as I have been doing for a short time. This is a matter of team work here, we all want the same thing, to retire with grace and vacation every month, well at least this is what I want :) !
Please do so and any info you find, yes share. Curious about how people feel about next week, Guess I was wrong about it dropping below 50C at the end for a end of the day spike, just seemed to go up steadily. Holding on various levels, but looking for possible buy again. It just seems huge to me for a company to have an imminent deal with Walmart. Can't see how this could stay in the .50C range given this news..imo..
comments welcome.
We had a good close, I am happy with it and hoping for a kick on monday. Everyone have a good weekend, I am going to research this more over the weekend and post any findings.
up 24 % at close on a Friday after a 133% gain on Thursday
NOT BAD AT ALL !
More shares yummy ...
Not much of a flip but sold at .54 and back in at .51 and the rest on the bid at .5
Char
45,749,471 O/S as of April 30, 2006...
Waiting on a return email on the Float/restricted. Keep in mind according to the filings alot of these shares are restricted or were issued to eployees as a stock incentive program. Employees don't normaly trade there shares.
Char
Still time MulaWin, Think this may rally for a good week.
? 42 million shares ain't bad at all.
Actually this is a steal. I was invested in this before the Walmart Deal and it had been clobberred. I just held on and was pleasantly surprised to see it jump on my streamer yesterday. Even without the Walmart LOI the mail order pharmacy is beginning to fill more prescriptions and new contracts set.
A secondary was done @ 3 mo. ago at .36.
Only thing here that concerns me is # of outstanding shares.
Lucky .40 today
Beer Money @ .56
Wished i got my early tickets @ .20'S
Congrats to all early buyers
Cheers
Very Possible but it will continue to go up.
Actualy we are consolidating nicely here at the new level.
I think you might have some flippers by the end of the day that could drag it below those marks but it will probably bounce up afterwards like we saw this morning. IMO - maybe not...just spec..
So far the stock has traded according to the charts resistance/support lines. Todays trading setup a new resistance at .055 so we will need to maintain .50 which is our pivot and not fall below .48 which is our support.
Of note, .47 is the 200MA so closing above this will be a goos sign. It's clear blue sky from here on out.
Char
Got in ITPD @ 41 43 44 47 49 51 53. Have it scattered pretty hard
as long as this holds high .30's I will be satisfied. Filter out any profit takers or impatient sellers, new basis point, can't ask for much more on a Friday.

Charlatan, I sold XKEM yesterday for a 25% true day-trade.
I think the posters there are overly enthusiastic and unwilling to hear any conservative viewpoints. Many act like it's the first big hit they've ever made.
I don't think XKEM has much legs. By that I mean it has over a billion shares and there's so much that's unknown about its operations. I also don't think Africans have much money to spend on drugs and question how much revenue they will generate.
Good post about the other company's health clinics in Wal Marts. That doesn't bother me, we just have to hope that the ones ITPD runs do well. There's more than enough Wal Mart's to go around, and ITPD is also now in a mail-order business which according to press will reach 3,000 customers per month
Chart wise probably over .90 but who knows... I day trade so it doesn't matter... got burned on my last hold so I'm back to flipping.
Char
What are your thoughts on performance of ITPD, I mean, this seesm like quite a huge deal..I can't imagine that this isn't going up..how high, I don't know..any insight would be good.
Dreams of XKEM..
Seems no one is realy taking notice of this little gem. Everyone is to busy have visions of grandure with XKEM. I bet XKEM retraces today lol... Nothing new has come out to factor in PPS.. only driving up on hype right now.
Char
yeah private held eom.
Sorry - this is and independent company not public..correct?
What is SmartCare traded under?
ITPD related info..
This is NOT a press release for ITPD. It is however another Company with a Clinic deal with Wal-Mart. Just an idea of the compiteition..

SmartCare strikes Wal-Mart deal
Thursday June 22, 3:08 pm ET
SmartCare Family Medical Centers, which operates retail health care centers, has a preliminary deal to lease space within several Wal-Mart Supercenters in Arizona, Colorado and Nevada.
SmartCare, based in Greenwood Village, Colo., is independently owned and recently received funding that included money from the Colorado Venture Capital Authority.

SmartCare will design, build and operate the medical centers in Wal-Mart stores. Specific locations will be identified soon, SmartCare officials said.
The centers are scheduled to open during the third and fourth quarters of 2006.
"SmartCare Centers are relevant to every community that can benefit from greater access to quality medical care for everyday needs," Lawrence Hay, chief executive of SmartCare, said in a press release. "Locating within Wal-Mart stores will give those communities consumer-driven, no-appointment-necessary health care services."
SmartCare Clinics Inc. launched an aggressive plan to move medical care into retail stores nationwide, providing convenient, low-cost health care patients can get while shopping for a gallon of milk.
The company, founded in 2004, plans to open 1,000 centers in groceries, pharmacies and other retail stores nationwide over the next three to five years. Its first centers are set to open in Kerr Drug stores in Charlotte, S.C., in August.
The centers are small, taking up 250 to 500 square feet in a store.
SmartCare, however, is entering a crowded field of companies racing to sign exclusive contracts deals with the country's largest drug stores, grocery chains and mass merchandisers.
Bentonville, Ark.-based Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (NYSE:WAL - News) said the deal with SmartCare will help its customers.
"Wal-Mart serves as a community hub for thousands of people who can benefit from more convenient access points to quality health care," said Amee Chande, a spokeswoman for Wal-Mart. "We are pleased to invite SmartCare into our stores to meet the basic and preventive health needs of local communities and Wal-Mart customers."

I believe that is under the 10 year plan.
259 supercenters in Texas, that is huge.
I wonder if the next PR will say something about expanding nationwide? If so, this will be a $10 stock in the near future imho.
http://www.walmartfacts.com/community/article.aspx?id=201
jumped in at .465 today... 24,000 shares... this is really outstanding news and previously with minimal news this thing saw .90 on rocketstockpicks pumping alone!!
9 minutes left and I see a load happening. Hope it goes through.
