LAS VEGAS, Aug. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Calissio Resources Group, Inc. (CRGP) announced today that it has

RETIRED 77,250,000 shares of its common stock after a share buy back.

This action provides the opportunity for Calissio to have a more united capital structure and valuation that will position the Calissio for expansion and growth. The shares were retired to the Company's stock treasury account on August 10, 2015.

"Our goal is to continue the efficient development of our Company, protect the purity of the stock structure, and build shareholder value. The retirement of this stock reduced the total issued to 242,823,237 shares, greatly increasing the ownership percentage of the Company's public shareholders," said Adam Carter, President and CEO.

Progress on Share Buy Back Program

Further to the share buy back program announced on June 01, 2015, that during the period from June 01, 2015

until August 12, 2015, Calissio purchased 95,750,000

of its shares at an average price of $0.0043 per share.

The TOTAL number of shares repurchased under this program to date is

95,750,000

common shares for a total consideration of USD$411,725.00.

In addition, the Company remains on schedule for quarterly dividend payment on August 17, 2015. A cash dividend of USD$0.011 per common share of the Company, to be paid to the holders of the issued and outstanding Common Shares as of the close of business on June 30, 2015 and a stock dividend of 3% to be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2015.

Indeed. A little profit taking I think when we hit into .14/.15 but I think those levels will be revisited pretty soon imo. Strange day in pennyland though in a lot of plays. That CRGP play was disappointing this AM, I thought it had a chance to run to 40s and looked good for a bit but just never got going, I sold out a bit after you did.

Not at all Sir, people will SAVE themselves money once their eyes are opened to what some people do on here which is deliberately loose people their investment while they're making money out of getting people to buy worthless stocks, run them up sell out at the high while telling folks news is imminent, lieing about fictional contact with the company, the CEO and ole Uncle Tom Cobelly and all!

People should learn who to trust - watch who posts their picks based on DD, fundamentals (such as volume spikes) or news releases - and then can prove contact with the CEO etc by posting an email.

Yet when anyone ever tries the number for the company from the pumpers it comes up disconnected, the website doesn't work and the emails bounce back undeliverable. These are all red flags folks. If a company can't afford a working phone and email then how can people contact them?

Then the pumpers possibly even have either have their duplicate aliases, that post on the same boards as them plugging the same stocks, and even lie about it on private messages.

Karma is a bit*h. what goes around comes around. Some people on this site will do well to come back as a dung beetle next time round - and that's if they're lucky! lol

I will stand by you and support you any time you want to call someone out on what they're really doing here.
