The CEO gets $12 million a year and only a $15k bonus to a member of the Board of Directors? I would of said kick rocks big time if I got that little while the CEO got so much!!!!

Yeah could be right. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out. Cash on hand could be an issue but do they need a share buyback? They already have a low share count - now to your point, having the AS confirmed would be important (I would think). But I mean....less than a billion OS, and 2 billion AS....but is it still that way? That's the unknown. Full disclosure I've been nibbling here this morning. Certainly could tank but I do like the (relatively) low share structure. Who knows? I feel like I'm at Caesar's Palace. Not exactly investing.

with only $415. in cash at the bank...... I think the only thing seen in the audit was the cash in the bank account, that is the only thing that looks real! Im sorry to say this, but that is the only number that looks real.

Over a billion in revenue and 46 mil in net profit...and the outstanding shares stayed at 802 mil plus through the end of the calendar year - I wonder what they are as of today? Regardless, those are crazy numbers for a stock with a market cap of around 500K. I'm suspicious as to why this wouldn't be absolutely blowing through the roof at this point?

the share structure with SONG hasn't been updated in months though, im hoping to see what it is at now with the financials released today. Either way I won't be a buyer of SONG today, maybe a little tomorrow but I doubt it. I think I already missed my chance by selling on Thursday! SMH

Yeah I completely understand. Obviously I too love the other ticker, because there we can see an actual, real physical product. I enjoy their product a lot too - it's all about the marketing.

Licensing is key here on this one - curious about lawsuits? It's going to be very interesting to see everything included on this PR alongside the financials - will the financials reveal a bit more than just numbers, some guidance moving forward and news?

I also still like GBT Technologies because of the semiconductor sector and the attention it's getting. We shall see - I think all 3 have a shot. I can see why people like SONG a lot though. The market cap and share structure are far and away the best out of the three I've mentioned.

hopefully there is gonna be a "glitch" that will postpone the news release.... I transferred more money into my brokerage account and it will be available Tuesday!

I may get back into SONG but would rather max out on our other ticker. That other ticker were in together is alot more valuable to me, if anything SONG was just gonna be a flip. I didnt have the patience for SONG anymore. At least I can say I broke out even @ .0003 (and now its @ .0005, SMH)

I'm hopeful Monday's financials and the new intellectual property will boost the stock to .10. Wishful thinking, at best. The stock price history is not all that great.
