Im still baffled how someone would accept a $15k bonus while the CEO rakes in $12 million a year. Im also baffled at the cash on hand ($415) at the end of year when there is supposed to be tens of millions of dollars in revenue. It doesnt make sense. The $12.3 mil convertible note still looms. Will he ultimately take the $12 mil in salary? I wonder that too - and what does that do to the OS?

I think these are questions we should be asking. I definitely like the potential of the company, but I wasn't crazy about the tweet storm ya know? Calling people out as "trolls", saying we had over $1 billion in revenue what more do you want, etc. It had that feel of "How dare you question us?" I think it's healthy to have that back and forth discussion, without it being disparaging.

What is with the possibility of a "Cayman Islands segregated portfolio company?" What would be the tax implications for the company and shareholders were they to sell shares? Why would they make a move like that? Would it help prevent stock manipulation?

Good morning - that's a fair argument. Did the financials address the AS? Or just the OS? What I would wonder is if the AS was increased since November 27?

Your overall point is still a very good one - just look at Spooz for example. 5.8 billion AS - and the OS is almost entirely maxed out at 5.78 billion shares. It closed yesterday at .007. An even better example which I constantly bring up is Trans Global Group - nearly 100 billion AS, and slightly over 22 billion OS, and it closed yesterday at .0018. So the share structure here is outstanding compared to those two.

The big questions to me at least are 1) How accurate are these financials and what is the $993 million in bad debts? That really stands out to me on the financials - $719 million in the first quarter of bad debts? and 2) Will they update the Share Structure in the Security Details on OTCMarkets? I'm still waiting to see that.

Bottom line though is that if they truly have $1 billion in revenue and $64 mil in net revenue, they could have 20 billion OS and this would still be undervalued. I still like it a lot at these levels.

Finally - I wonder what kind of a royalty stake they have in Listerine?? Maybe like a quarter of 1%? Even that would be nice.

Looking @ the Vol on the Chart, which includes trading ( turnover shares, besides possible shares diluted ) it does not look to be even that amount

The PPS is 0.0007 _ there are MANY securities that have way over 3 Billion share O/S many multiples of this current pps w/ Nowhere Near the financials reported
