I don't consider Sam Talari a scammer myself, just another bad businessman who's been trying to be a success for the last 30 years

I do, however, consider him a piece of garbage and a terrible businessman, as he routinely lies to employees, partners, and investors about what is going on within his company (companies) to hide the fact that he can't deliver on his promises.

Lots of ideas, some of them not bad either, but he simply has no clue how to take that idea and make a success out of it.


I see nothing different with the current spat of "opportunities" he has offered as of late.

Is it time to unite the shareholders of these companies to discuss the submmisison of a combined SEC complaint? One small startup company will not get the SEC's attention, but a combined complaint that includes several companies, could do the trick. This has been going on for too long.
