That is a great question to submit to the CEO of SONG (Jake P Noch) through email since he wants to be transparent with his investors.
Is the link below the royalty stake in Listerine mouthwash that the CEO is bragging about having purchased as the purchaser paid $79,500 which is a crazy 31 times historic earnings to purchase the royalty stream which will only generate $SONG approx $2,500 of royalties a year
https://auctions.royaltyexchange.com/orderbook/asset-detail/5538/
Stakes in this Listerine royalty stream come up for sale regularly on royalty exchange and members of the public can bid to buy such royalty streams direct so there is nothing unique about this asset
How does $SONG buying such royalty stakes at these prices add value to retail shareholders in $SONG who will not see any income until after the CEO has taken the annual salary of $12 million he has awarded himself plus other $SONG expenses including any bonuses or salary increases the CEO elects to award himself in the future
Royalty Exchange also has thousands of music royalty streams like the ones from Elton John and others that the CEO is bragging about having purchased in an auction
Again how do suck purchases at or above market value add any value to retail investors in $SONG ?
well the CEO of SONG is no longer trying to sue FINRA, im pretty sure he knew he would lose:
It's a start.
The Q&A session aims to provide deeper insight into Music Licensing, Inc.'s operations, future plans, and its role within various industries. Select questions received will be answered by the company's leadership team and subsequently shared with the public via a press release.
"We encourage all interested parties to participate by submitting their questions," added Jake P. Noch. "We look forward to engaging with our stakeholders and providing meaningful responses that contribute to a better understanding of Music Licensing, Inc. and its diverse interests."
The deadline for submitting questions is March 28, 2024. All submissions should be sent to Investors@promusicrights.com with the subject line "Q&A Submission." Please include your name and contact information with your question.
Email all of your questions to Jake, the CEO of SONG..... He will pick and chose which questions he wants to answer, so no hard questions please. LMFAO!
Worthless, in so many ways. Don't waste your money.
Ok then good but not good enough do better.
Nice article, LMFAO.... Hey Jake (CEO of SONG), when are you gonna learn that your "business model" is full of holes?
I did break even with SONG.... I sold 2 days before the "audit" was released and I could of made a little profit if I would of held onto my shares for a day or two more. So yes I technically did lose profit on SONG but its better than being in a company that doesnt follow through with their PR's.
And the other director Paul Ring also seems to have gained legal experience as a defendant himself in a related media content sector case back in 2012 according to the link below :
https://www.courthousenews.com/rolled-in-hollywoodinvestors-say/
Maybe this is the ‘music industry’ legal experience gained by a certain self described music prodigy :
https://www.vice.com/en/article/v7gmvd/spotify-sues-self-described-music-prodigy-who-allegedly-ran-royalties-scam
Right, what ever you say I can't sing so I am not into the song lol stay thirsty and I don't believe you broke even I think you lost profit on it.
I broke out even with SONG, sold 2 days before the "Audit."
If SONG files for bankruptcy you'll be here pumping it, that is a guarantee!
Im being very thirsty and buying as many shares as I can afford on my "all-in" stock.
How is your song working out for you all you buy is trash stocks cause you don't know how to trade stay thirsty.
The CEO of SONG is acting like a baby; crying and suing everyone and everything when he doesnt get what he asked for.
What intrigued me was the;
He doesn't get it. All these lawsuits cost money. Takes up energy that should be channeled into building a successful business.
I have no idea where you get the idea that Tik Tok negotiations with the music industry are driven by $SONG in any way - but again would be interested to hear if you or the company have data to back up this assumption
In my dealings with major players in the music industry I have never ever heard reference to SONG in connection with the Tik Tok negotiations underway with the majors or with major music publishers or with major record labels representing major artists
Good luck with everything
I thought I read on here that the RS was not approved by FINRA and would not be considered until 2025? I'm looking back for the info but haven't found it yet so maybe it was another stock...let me know if you all remember anything about that....
Appreciate the insight and information.
Here is my honest take. I’m on the fence about buying more…. would have 100% already bought if sentiment of this board hadn’t made me 2nd guess Jake.
There was $1 billion In receivables that were audited. Link to agreement from TikTok renewed last year is below. I honestly think the shakeup with Universal and TkiTok involves $SONG.
Congress is looking at resolutions to increase streaming revenues. $SONGs $1 billion in receivables has put strain on industry as a whole in my opinion.
Jake’s been fueling discussion about the upcoming lawsuits to collect upon. He was going hot and heavy with demand letters when shakeup started. My thinking is that he has been gagged somehow until a TikTok resolution has been made.
It’s difficult for company with share price of $.0001 to be taken seriously at the deal making table. The reverse split helps get this to a respectable position and there will likely be some type of merger with a debtor.
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/music-licensing-incs-subsidiary-pro-music-rights-renews-agreement-with-bytedance-and-tiktok-offering-innovative-music-and-ai-solutions-301761808.html
Movie I mentioned yesterday was set to include Artificial Intelligence music and the brother was going to be computer generated with AI. True story. I remember that specifically. Call me when you are ready to talk Jake.
The only way I can see that Jake can pay himself the $12m of salary he awarded himself during 2023 and the future salaries he has also awarded himself into perpetuity as they fall due for payment is by either fundamentally changing the historic cash collection record the company has shown to date from a music catalogue that has shown limited recurring cash monetisation potential to date or by pumping an awful lot of new shares into the market to a lot of small retail investors such as yourself as from what I have seen so far the company literally had no cash on its balance sheet and very little evidence of real operating cash flows coming in or even evidence that the music and his artists are real from what I have seen so far
I would love to be proved wrong by anyone who can point me to the evidence that the music is real and the evidence that the music has material recurring cash revenue generating potential
If you are looking to find people to work with to help develop and monetise your IP ideas you will find literally tens of thousands of Jake’s and IP professionals as well as fellow creatives at networking events like the recent SXSW conference or industry specific conferences and events in sectors like music, film, TV, gaming etc etc etc
Consider taking some of the courses on offer at these events and you can start trying to monetise your own projects on platforms such as YouTube etc etc etc as it will be much easier to get on the radar of professional people who can help you grow AFTER you have already shown that your idea is already starting to generate some real revenues as there are hundreds of thousands of creative people with ideas so you need to stand out from the crowd to get on the radar of the professionals who can help you grow
You don’t need an OTC listed company to be a good publisher or agent or distributor or manager, indeed most publishers or agents or distributors or managers I know wouldn’t have time to spend running an OTC listed company as they are already working 24/7 with their content creators on generating and collecting real revenue and profits for the mutual benefit of their content creators and themselves
If I look at the financial statements of SONG I am afraid I can’t see where he pays real money to any of his content creators as 100% of the accrued revenue seems to be retained by the company unless I’m missing where the artist costs associated with this accrued revenue flow through to the artists on his financial statements
Hope you find the right events and are able to find people who you can collaborate with on your projects or you can learn the skills to monetise your ideas yourself
Just have a gut feeling there has to be more than meets the eye. In my opinion, there is no way he is paying himself $12 million and not delivering big results. Biggest fail of all time if that were to be the case. Without a doubt. Honestly, I just can’t see that and seriously hope I haven’t read this wrong.
That is pure speculation though. I thought the $12 million was only to be paid / collected after results were delivered, I thought that I’d read something to that regard… something like the $12 million payment would be exercised at time when share price was much higher and wouldn’t result in as much dilution as one would think? I guess he could have mentioned that in a video?
Thank you for mentioning you have experience in creating IP rights. I value your input and feedback. Personally, I have some IP that I’d like to see brought to life. Ideally, through this company. Maybe that is why I might sound more bullish. Would you mind sharing how you’d recommend working something up for Jake to run with? I’m very coachable and welcome the input.
Jake - I hope you are reading this. I have a plethora of ideas (other than just a Netflix duel), but will share one more. I was recruited for a movie sequel many years ago. Years before you were born, but you’ve probably seen the original. Original was about an alien that met a human friend. Original alien was to have a brother in this sequel / story. It never took off, but I’ve always wanted to proceed with something tweaked from that story and am ready to run with it. Also, I think a documentary could be explored on the original sequel plans….
I’m a fan or horse racing… so here is an analogy. It’s time to fill the stable with rights / royalties / properties that will get us ready to compete at the Kentucky Derby level. My heart is set on winning a Triple Crown. I feel like this can be done with home grown properties that can outperform rights that can be purchased. In my opinion, there is no better way to do it than with a company that has been beaten down so badly that it’s stock closed at $.0001 today. Jake, it’s time for all of us to step up and bring the A game with one end goal… Maximize shareholder returns. What do you say Jake?
Mr Jake confused, all over the place, needs guidance big time!
I’m really trying to get my head round why you are so bullish on this stock in all your posts as I must be missing something fundamental and would really like to understand what I am missing
My career to date has been investing in or creating IP rights but I just can’t see it yet here hence would really love to know why you are so bullish
Factoring in the share dilution since Nov 2023 already recorded on the Nevada state portal that I understand has yet to be updated by the TA how is a reverse split of 500,000 to 1 beneficial for retail investors purchasing shares at current prices ?
The royalty purchases announced so far appear to be at or above market value and will presumably only result in a few thousand of royalties a month against a monthly basic salary being drawn by the CEO of $1 million a month - that’s a lot of new shares that would need to be issued if operating cash flows don’t fundamentally change from historic levels
Where voting rights are controlled by one individual and the data is not transparent or promptly updated by the TA speculative investing by retail investors is a risky strategy unless you have better information than I have seen so far
I look forward to seeing real data ( not speculation ) to demonstrate what I am missing as I must be looking in the wrong place as you are so bullish
I would hate to see you or others losing all your money on a purely speculative bet
Short volume is meaningless, just the MM’s doing their job. Here’s what FINRA says about it:
https://www.finra.org/rules-guidance/notices/information-notice-051019
Nobody is shorting this stock 😂. It's a dilution mill. When new share count comes out folks will be shocked in my opinion.
This is purely a speculation play on my part. But, I think that more shares have been shorted than are authorized. I think that is what could make this situation interesting. Think back to GameStop… they were really struggling and there were lots of questions.
Even with accrued revenue & library aside…. I still see a great deal of potential for a new royalty company. I REALLY wish Mr. Noch would respond to my Netflix challenge. So much potential to do some things here.
You might be right… maybe insiders have information that has driven price down to $.0001. Get feeling that a reverse split would shed light on more shares being shorted than were authorized.
I was initially against a reverse split. However, I can see how it could be beneficial for shareholders if more shares have been shorted than were authorized.
What happens when the remaining 230m on bids gets whacked? Trippies? Yikes
There seem to be a lot of strange trades associated with this stock and it’s music catalogue not just shorts
Maybe someone has insider information about what the share price will go to before or after a proposed 500,000 to 1 RS and after proposed share buybacks or on how many shares have already been issued or will need to be issued in future to pay the $12m annual salary that the CEO awarded himself into perpetuity (before further bonuses and expenses he can award himself) or the legal fees that are building up on the company balance sheet some of which the CEO mentioned are in dispute
As the cap table does not seem to have been updated since November 2023 (last time I looked) personally I’m totally in the dark about the basics like how many shares are already in circulation before taking account of the other unknown factors such as the collectability of accrued revenues or even where I can hear all the music that the company claims to own
Just speculating as I haven’t been able to find the answers myself to date
I may just be looking in the wrong place for answers to my basic questions
Personally I wouldn’t trade either way unless I was an insider until someone can answer my basic questions.
Speculating on who may be buying shorts or why is kind of secondary for me to the other open questions I have on this stock
It is interesting to look at the short ratio, which is shares shorted / shares traded. See some analysis per data I compiled from otcshortreport.
10 day (53,365,380 / 154,841,202) = .34
20 day (144,366,780 / 221,914,075) = .65
Research that I’ve seen is that .20 is a very large ratio and seen as excessive. The 10 day and 20 day ratio for SONG is much larger than that.
There was a trade for 222,222 shares today. It is my thinking that might signal someone needing shares. Trade quantity of 2 is common signal for “need shares” from my research.
Please shoot holes in my math if anyone sees flaws. Can’t understand why anyone would short this.
What could be the next unpleasant or pleasant surprise?
CEO is a straight loser. Look at his pictures. Took money from hard working people to buy bottles and belts and make a fake website saying how important he is. soulless kid who doesn't have any idea how to run a real company just knows how to run a scam and milk it down to the final few bucks. Just give him a few months and he will start pumping again. Will need another picture at a club soon.
It always floors me when people don't give a darn about their word or character. His parents, family and extended family must be embarrassed by his actions. They probably deny even knowing him.
In other words...
Mr. Noch,
Thank you for wiping me and hundreds of other shareholders out completely. We really appreciate it.
Signed,
Stuckholder
Oof..you holding this dud?? LOOL!!
Charts aren't working for ya, eh mate?
Unusual trading. Big dumps consistently followed by 100 share paint at ask. Looks manipulative.
Maybe the professional music lawyers, James Chillemi and Vito M. Roppo who are ALLEGEDLY directors of Pro Music Rights can help you. At least, Jake describes them as music lawyers here (see under Board Of Directors):
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SONG/profile
Rather than relying on statements made by the company I will wait until I have both heard the music and seen the cash in the company bank account before being anywhere near as bullish as you seem to be
I would love to track down some of these well known artists and to chat with them and their publishers / advisors as I still don’t understand how they are being paid by the Company and how they are able to use aliases to bypass the exclusive clauses in their composer agreements with ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and their reciprocal agreements with PRO’s globally outside the USA
From the music I have heard so far it does not sound like music from well known artists in my humble opinion
In my opinion, some of the artists are well known using an alias. If you search the catalog on the website, some well known artists pull up what appear to be via alias names…. In my opinion.
There was a press release last year highlighting an agreement with TikTok. It appears that no new agreement has been signed for 2024. I’m curious if the shakeup with Universal Music Group and TikTok could relate to the $1 billion in receiveables.
I also find link below to press release interesting. He is following his plan that was released. I remain bullish.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/music-licensing-inc-song-unveils-181400360.html
All excellent observations. Where are these artists?
Even if the company starts to report real cash inflows from its accrued revenue numbers before considering investing personally I would like to talk to some of the company’s artists to hear what they think about the company as none of my contacts I have spoken to personally know any artists signed to this company
Why can’t I see any royalty payments going to the company’s signed artists in the company financial statements ?
Where can I listen to the company’s full music catalog ?
Where can I see links to the websites and other social media of the artists and third party publishers that the company claims to represent ? Are the artists all real people as many of the names look like aliases ?
So far I have only been able to listen to music by the CEO Jake Noch or by one of his many aliases none of which will be going on my personal Spotify playlists but hoping there may be some good music somewhere more to my taste that I just haven’t been able to find yet
Open letter to Mr. Jake Noch - March 15, 2024
Mr. Noch,
After further research, I endorse the reverse stock split. I’m glad that my block of shares divides to an even number.
From my analysis, there are two groups of people that will eventually regret positions in Music Licensing Inc. 1) those that sold at these ridiculously low prices (whom I’d also like to thank for the shares) and 2) anyone that has somehow shorted this stock or indirectly facilitated in such (per data on otcshortreport)
Personally, I would like to see dividends paid in similar way that LICT has.
From research of LICT, it is possible that there isn’t a nail in the coffin in your effort to gain control of IFLM. Is obtaining control of IFLM something you might explore again at some point in distant future?
The offer for a boxing duel still stands. Perhaps, it becomes way to release frustration and bring light to stock that has also taken a beating. If you are interested, contact information for parties that could likely coordinate duel is below at bottom of link.
