Something is happening! No way out goes back up to these levels without something happening soon. Time to continue adding to my position. Same directors in here as there are in Versus. Follow the whales!

Feels like something is cooking here. The price suddenly goes up to 0.12CAN and is holding steady. Thats a multi year high. I think it's time to start slowly adding here. I anticipate a dip as people should be selling, but I will add some at these levels just in case. Fingers crossed. This is one of the better prosumer editing software programs out there and they have been gaining big partnerships over time. Perhaps now, its finally ready to break out. Time will tell.

I'm not a big fan of the way the general market is behaving. Lot of geopolitical risk with the new changes coming politically. Lot of quants will be going nuts and this stock is free of quants. I think small, unknown plays like this one, with so much potential, is a safe place to park some money.

Sounds like Shopify back in 2016. Nobody knew who they were because they were out of Canada. I got in at 45.00 and it’s been my best investment by far. Sometimes these under the radar stocks are gifts to us investors willing to do the extra research.

Yeah, its an amazing company. Completely unknown. Its off the US radars because its not a US based company. The money behind the deal is from a mining billionaire who builds and sells companies left and right. One has to surmise that this is as pure of a buyout play as it gets. The company is very quietly building partnerships all over the place. Given all the progress, and with the lockdown, I imagine we will see an ER that puts them from the red into the black which will set up a buyout.

The current O/S is 132.73 million. Float is 101.2 million.
Insiders own 24%. Has a market cap of just $9.95 million Canadian.

This isn't a play where you wait for the pps to go up as business progresses, although it will. Its a play that you hold and wake up to buyout news. All research indicates, as I said above, that this is a pure buyout play.

If you look at the guy's other plays, you have VRSSF, Versus Systems, which is the biggest unknown tech play I have ever seen in the 12 years I have been doing this.

One thing you must know should you invest in Moovly or any of this guy's plays is that the pps goes up and down on a whim. If you are playing them short term, they will be very frustrating.

Added some more the other day. I liked their recent financials up to Sept. 30 all considering. With their additional partnerships they will be in the black this current quarter. The days of sub-$0.10 are coming to an end in coming months.
I would like to say I am done acquiring, as with my latest buy the other day. That I have filled my level of risk. But, if the pps stays at these levels, or goes sub-$0.02US, as the company continues to progress, I could easily see myself acquiring additional shares. We shall see.

Added some more Moovly over the last month. With the recent partnerships I have to assume that they are close to cash flow positive.

As they say, ‘get in when nobody else is.’

Also, with some crazy geopolitical events going on, I think moving some money into a company that’s standing still is way to protect against coming volatility in the general market.

Would love to hit 60K shares. After today I’m at 48K. This time next year, I believe this will be cash flow positive, in the black, and over .30.

Extremely. I've been buying all the dips. I have more orders in for .23- .25, should it go that far.
Remember, their main issue they have is an awareness problem. Market doesn't know they exist.
Unless one follows their twitter or news feed, nobody knows about the League of Legends news, or even the Ladarus news from a week or two ago. Hell, nobody knows about the HP deal with the Omen Control Center.

So, I'm gambling that the lack of awareness and lack of them seeking awareness, will allow the price to possibly dip further.

One thing to note is they did start advertising here on iHub. That did bring added volume to the USA side of the stock, which usually pales in comparison to the Canadian side with ticker VS. The volume IHub gave them are day traders, one tick flippers and short sellers. So, with that volume added to the mix, I think we'll see some volatility.

The key for Versus Systems is that they need to stop raising capital through share offerings. It was okay for the first 3 years as they built out Winfinite and established themselves, as it is with any tech startup, but now they need to start finding other ways to raise money without shareholder dilution. They are just starting to bring in revenues which is fantastic. But is it enough to get them through the end of the year and beyond without needing another capital raise? With their revenue model, its pretty obvious that the League of Legends will be bringing them in hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions per month once it really gets going. We shall see.

This won't be lasting on the market for long once revenues start really flowing in. It will be bought out. When looking into the 'Money' that controls the actual company, the parent company is known for getting startups off the ground and then selling them for mucho dollars. You can bet this will go for top dollar, being the sole player in a multi billion dollar arena.

I hope this thing gets cooking. I agree that this needs more awareness. Sounds like a very good company and they seem to be gaining a lot of traction but again not enough people know about their story. It would be great to see this either take off and or a buyout from a big social media company placing the SP much higher.

I think management is doing a good job. Its a slow and frustrating process to go from start-up to the commercialization phase. All I am seeing is advancements. New integrations, etc. They are going to start making bigger waves. What i don't necessarily like are the costs of doing business. consultation fees and such. I feel they could be more thrifty. But, they are doing their jobs given the recent spat of news releases and review of the latest filings.

Potential buyout news affecting the SP would depend on the buyout price. If its a buyout for .20 a share then we go straight to .20. If its for $1, we go straight to $1. Of course the USA pps would be defined by the canadian exchange rate. So $1.00 pps for a canadian share would equal .77 for a US share given todays forex rates.

Its pretty frustrating to see this going down. I've been holding for a long time. They have an awareness problem. Nobody knows this stock exists except Canadians. Going through past filings you see they have done numerous offerings. These investors that were a part of those offerings pretty much make up the majority of shareholders. If a few of them decide to bail, there aren't any general market traders around to pick it back up on the dips. If more US investors became aware of this gem, we could see volume increase exponentially. But even then, US investors have to be able to know how to comb through canadian filings and exchange rates, yada, yada, yada, so getting more US retail investors involved is a chore. You need a really big piece of news. Something like a massive partnership with an american company or a buyout offer.

As for me, i want so badly to add at these levels. Its silly how low it is. Working on injecting funds into my badly battered portfolio. I'm just hoping I don't miss the boat. With all these latest integrations, it appears to be gaining steam fast! Would love to have 50K shares under .08 CAN

Its a small company that just seems to be constantly progressing. Its canadian pps is .065 right now. I would anticipate continued progress for the 4th quarter. It's snowballing right now. Its integrating into everything. Google, Drop Box, etc. Its not going to stop.

I'm currently getting my ass handed to me in my other plays. I want to add more of this stock. If anything it'll be flat and could work as a safety hedge in todays crazy ass market. My goal is accumulate into this for the remainder of 2018. I think 2019 is going to be a game changer.

There is no question that this is a buyout target. This small company is growing and obtaining market share. What happens when a small company starts taking market share from giants such as Adobe???
Their tech is validated and their partnerships will continue to grow and encroach.
