Also shell was purchased from a few stock promoters. That is also a real issue here.

The problem is that the company needs to raise capital to launch the grow. They announced a large facility. However, it will take another $20 million to launch that grow in that large a facility. With the current market cap, massive dilution which is the reason the stock is at the current price.

One thing I want to point out is that they desperately need money to launch a considerable grow. Right now, they are just in gthe distribution business

This is one of the lowest market cap cannabis companies in Canada. Not crazy that shell people ate associated with the management team but let's see what happens.

One other issue is that this company needs to raise about $20 million more to complete the California facility. The market knows that which is the reason why the valuation is where it is.

The valuation is right. However, there seems to be a real fight between the people who owned the public shell and the management team. Not sure who will win.

And they should be uplisting to the OTCQB at some point in near future from what I understand.

It certainly seems so to me. They got their mitts in the entire vertical chain from approved land, to leasing, to royalties, to warehouse, to distribution, to edibles, to growing and sales …. and on top of that intelligent (I'm guessing) investors put in 19 million at 60 cents a share with the option to buy more shares at 90 cents.
Unless they totally blow it, this such be worth exponentially much more.
I had bought quite a bit over the last few weeks as it's been going down, and just for yucks I put in a limit order to buy more at 0.342 (I really didn't think it would be executed at that low a price), but I bought more and that's just fine with me.

It was 2.03US then.
I just got an email today from them about the agreement signed for NY stores.
I still can't believe Cronos didn't contact me before they up-listed..... They should have called me to give me insider information.....

Good lord I forgot about that type of fee for trading I remember that being said from another guy who was trying to buy SNNVF and he said Fidelity charged him $50 for the trade.
I deal with Scottrade who just merged with TD Ameritrade so I am still trying to figure their site out but the trades are 6.95 coming and going.
