Any runs that are bought using paid pumpers are probably not going to be sustainable runs... Just be aware of that fact if you are lucky enough to ever see a run here. I hope you have at least done enough DD to recognize, that over the past three years, there has only been massive dilution, with very few 'runs'.

The chart tells the story. "They" raised the flag April 6, 7th to attract the herd. Now is the accumulation phase of the game, manipulate price for attractive entry. Key point to remember: If the "awareness" game stops (PRs & pumping), then game is over, the herd found greener pastures. Watch for continuation of hype for confirmation. Generally "they" will spike the price 3 times before buying the run, so watch the chart if you're playing this one.

I only wanted to say, that this guys had also alerted APC* some times ago, and we all know how fast and high that gone up..

their entire business model is RSing - and changing business plans.

Thats why the Co is trading on the pinks, but if once the Co is generating revenues and profits,

the CO dont need to raise sharecapital and dont need to do a R/S...

all will come good if once the Co is on profit, perhaps a sharebuy back can happen( just in generally)

I won't refute the possibility that ZIPZ may be good for a short-term pop. But it is EXTREMELY irresponsible for people to suggest that this is any sort of long-term play.

According to pinksheets.com, as of December 2010, the outstanding was 50,602,000,000 shares!

Of those shares:
2,000,000 were held by all the common shareholders from the previous 1 for 2000 RS,
600,000,000 appear to be held by people who received shares for payment from the company, and
50,000,000,000 are held by insiders, who received this sum of shares in exchange for 200,000 of their preferred shares (out of a total of 100,000,000). Incidentally, insiders paid 20,000 for their 202,400 preferred, which they exchanged for the 50,000,000,000 commons!

Why doesn't this fact strike anyone else as being criminally unfair?

Current investors must pay $0.0002/share... or $200 for every 1,000,000 shares...
While insiders only paid $0.0000004/share... or $0.4 for every 1,000,000 shares...

Seriously... Who do you think is going to win here? The insiders already have more shares then they will ever be able to sell regardless of the price. There is no real financial motivation for them to keep the share price up... Their only motivation is to keep the volume up...
