And then went current and active soon after with their Nevada business license. Where Wilson took over all positions as well. And recently filed a stock amendment. This stock hit .0225 while it's Nevada corporate status was in default. And once they were taken off the Pinks, quickly changed. No reason to do anything with it unless there are future plans in play.

It means that they're either issuing a new class of shares or someone inside is swapping out theirs for another class. In either case someone is getting shares. My take it's someone that is going to bring it back to Pink current.
