flaflyersfan what about the ammolite? is there something wrong with that pr? please tell if you have any info? it would help a bunch.
You know I think IMO this is going to be a good thing!
It should slow down the trading some except for those who want to bail/sale and for the long term investors it may give us a chance to buy at a heavy discounted price.
So we may be able to average down even more.
just my thoughts...
janice, my bad. Read dates wrong. EOM
There were only two filings from today. The original 8-K and an amendment thereof. Neither had anything to do with ammolite.
janice shell, what about the other 8-K forcing the revisiting of the PR regarding the rarest gem in the world; Ammolite?
Good luck.
Sorry its not my place to say why they have resigned... Only that i know Jerry is working hard...
No idea. They didn't provide much information. We only know that two directors have resigned.
So goldisking what does the new 8-k filing do for minecore?
(MCIO) will trade on the gray markets on NOV18, no Bid/Ask .... And about four years ago pinksheet stocks had no Bid/Ask.
we will see?
I will call the SEC tomorrow for more info... thanks
Yes. Trading will resume on the Grey Market, where the MMs can't make a market. There will be no published bid and ask.
What do you think? thank's...
Will trading automatically resume after ten days?
It depends on the market where the stock trades. Different rules apply in different markets.
For stocks that trade in the OTC or the over-the-counter market, trading does not automatically resume when a suspension ends. (The OTC market includes the Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets.) Before trading can resume for OTC stocks, SEC regulations require a broker-dealer to review information about a company before publishing a quote. If a broker-dealer does not have confidence that a company's financial statements are current and accurate, especially in light of the questions raised by the SEC, then a broker-dealer may not publish a quote for the company's stock. http://www.sec.gov/answers/tradingsuspension.htm
Well, if its registration is revoked, you'll be holding stock in a private company.
Im not day trading the stock, building a company is the objective... yes not happy lol!!
Im on it, tomorrow will be my research day.
Then that "broker" doesn't know what he's talking about. Learn something about suspensions. Learn something about revocation of registration while you're at it.
1. I was told by a broker that MCIO would not trade on the Grey Market, 2. No it isn't ... What!! ... Jerry M is working on it.
1. Yes it will.
2. No it isn't.
3. The SEC also intends to revoke the registration of MCIO's stock. Jerry needs to get back to them within 20 days on that:
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2009/34-60926.pdf
Yes, trading will resume on 18 November.
On the Grey Market. And that won't make you happy.
Too bad. Not good, eh?
MCIO will not open on the Grey Market, And me meeting with Jerry is not a positive?
Expensive lesson why not to fall in love with a stock;
Read how you meet with the CEO on a regular basis; it is hard to believe anything else once you do that. MCIO will open on the Grey Market after the suspension and future interest will shrivel no matter what type of news that they may come out with.
Sorry
Good luck.
I've been a shareholder for 7 years now, IMO with any good news (MCIO) could go up very easily and fast ... hoping for the best.
Trading Suspension, I talked to Jerry M, they are working on it, minecore will resume trading on NOV 18. Good luck (MICO) shareholder's.

Hey just asking! yea I am a buyer still. AS for mining I dont know Jerry just said No new PR until it was in the BAG.
IMO as I said I do beleive that there are works in the back ground.
So hey Thanks for chating.
janice shell you need to check your facts, BEHRE DOLBEAR & COMPANY, Verification of Sapphires, North Fork 14 Property, Madagascar, that's mining. http://www.minecore.com/BereDolbereNF14%20%2006%2025%2005.pdf http://www.minecore.com/BachNF14Report.pdf
Local pundits labeled Jerry Mikolajczyk as the “half-million dollar man” when the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority brought him in to modernize and give structure to its complex finances.
In reality, his salary was slightly above that: $530,400 for 39 weeks.
http://sanjose.bizjournals.com/sanjose/stories/2008/11/17/daily71.html have a good night janice shell.
And where does it say he made $57K a month? Sounds like a ridiculous amount of money to me.
In what way does working for the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority prepare you for a career in mining in Madagascar? Well, of course Jerry's been involved in that since the ABFG days. Has he ever made a success of it?
Didn't think so.
Hi janice shell, There's plenty of DD on this board, Look for posts about ABFG, Do you think VTA would give Jerry M a Job and be the highest paying CFO at $57,000 per month if he wasn't clean, MineCore's Board of Directors, Breene Kerr, Richard L. Boehner, very clean. http://www.vta.org/news/releases/2008/11_nov/nr11-14_2008.html Have a good night janice shell ZzzZzz
There's plenty of DD on this board from a few months ago. Look for posts about ABFG.
This is just a rerun of that.
Do you have anything you can bring to the table?<<<<<<< Nope..NOTHING
What's your thought's are are You A BUYER (I AM) or just looking.<<<<Just doing some basic DD..You guys doing any mining?
Well Hello BRUCEGORMAN nice to see a new poster it's been kinda slow here.
With NO news or any type of information from the company SUCH as a PR it's kinda tuff to have anything to talk about...
Do you have anything you can bring to the table?
What's your thought's are are You A BUYER (I AM) or just looking.
I as well have been an investor in MINECORE for 2 1/2 years.
I have spoke to Jerry a few times (great Guy) easy to talk to.
IMO this company is done having people pump and then dump.
I was told a month or so ago from Jerry NO PR until it is in the bag PERIOD...
No more of the poser posters pumping what they dont understand.
IMO MCIO is a sleeping GIANT just waiting for the correct time to awake and make a move.
There is more going on in the background we just cant know about it yet IMO.
Sorry for the long message just no one to chat with.
wippedout and tired out
I,ve been an investor for over 7 years in mcio i talk with the ceo and have meetings with him, i should see him sometime in NOV,

Yes its taking sometime but thats business, all i can say is things are moving forward and looking good.
CAN YOU EXPAND ON ANYTHING?
We could all like to hear something good is in the works!
Moveing forward is great how about some PR or news to let us shareholders know what is in the works.
Had a very good 4+ hour meeting with Jerry M, he is working hard on getting the company moving forward, ill see him tomorrow for our two hour meeting, im hoping for the best for the company and shareholders, injoy the cheap shares ... for now.
Well all I can say is that I hope we have some good news SOON...
With NO PR and NO NEW INFORMATION what to do?
With a GOLD MINE in South America,Ammolite in Canada and Saphires in Madagascar! You think something good would come our way.
GOOD LUCK with the meetings
Hey wippedout, i have two meetings with Jerry on OCT 21,22 he is working hard, if you can buy the dips anything under .06 is a gift.
STRANGE DAY AGAIN!!
MCIO looks like it would break out maybe to .07 or .08 ???
The bid back to .05 the ask at .059
looks to IMO there are serious buyers and sellers at the .05 to .06
Seems to me the persons on the bid are willing to buy so lets see some people on the ask move up and let's get a real feel!
I would love to to see some PR and get this thing going UP again.
wippedout we are all hanging in there, its sad to see the stock at this price wish we were back at .50cent, if you can average in .03 to .06 is a gift.
I called Jerry last night to see what was up?
After A month or so since the first time I called Jerry thanks to goldiskings phone number ONCE again I was pleasently surprised that he picked up and was willing to talk.
All I did was asked what was up? His answer was that THIS company is still moving forward even in this economy and situations (CIVAL problems) in this world that are going on and that he is pleased with the progress the company has made going in new directions along with the ORIGINAL GOALS OF MINECORE.
I asked him as well what he thought about the dumping of the stock and of course he could not anwser that other than saying that those who stay around current and new share holders alike will be happy with this new progress. IHO
BUT!! once again no NEWS (CONCRETE) until it was in the bag.
No promises just a nice 15 minute talk about the company and what the shareholers may/could expect.
I hope I did not go overboared.
Thats my thinking to, we will see.
Yes!! but I dont understand?
Yesterday a little buying and up today up to .06 then someone sells a few shares at.04 when it had some momentum !
WHY I ASK when there were buyers yesterday from .042 to .05 and today at .06
COMPLETE NONSENCE
ITS LIKE someone is doing this on purpose? YA THINK
I hope we get some news and they get burned down hard. IMO
