(Pink Sheets:MMRK), a specialty vehicle parts manufacturer and distributor, today announced that in the first six months of the year ending December 31, 2012,
unaudited sales have risen by 9% compared to the same period in 2011, with both Commercial and Original Equipment Manufacturer sales showing year over year growth. In the first six months of 2012, the Company had unaudited net income of $242,668 which represents a 43% increase over 2011. This resulted in unaudited Earnings per share of $0.02 in the first six months. The main reasons for the improvement in profitability were increased sales, a higher average gross margin and strong spending control.

Sales in the second half of 2012 are expected to continue to grow with a number of new sales organizations being hired to market Mile Marker Recovery Gear, as well as the release of a new 15,000 pound electric winch, the SEC15. The Company believes it is the lightest 15K in the industry, featuring more compact dimensions and 25% less weight than any other winch in its class.

The Company’s electric winch line has been completely upgraded this year with a new waterproof winch design. This design will be in all classes of winches from the 2.5K to our new 15K. We continue to release innovative products to advance our complete line of Mile Marker recovery gear, adding some new models to further expand the “Tested to the Extreme” Mile Marker hub line.
