Not only a shorter's dream but IMO also worthy of an investigation of events leading up to the Ch 11 filing, including shares dumped just prior to the announcement. Seems like insider info crap to me. I don't think this was set up to fail but might have well been the case the way its turning out :(
Like i said this is a shorters dream
unless is was a buy, like shorts covering, or even someone playing long.
Nice trade to short sell at $0.13 and buy to cover at 0.001.
Handed on a silver pump platter.
purdy much. we're still stuck in the no touch zone getting screwd LOL
and this means what?? nothing? LOL
we still might get that run but it looks highly unlikely. whoever got the millions of shares AH yesterday Im sure does not intend to lose their 10k USD. this looks like a pre-arranged deal to me. this bugs me as much as it bugs you friend.
yup. might as well take the lesson and move on. just bugs me, cause i got to the position to large where the down side was not acceptable to me, and i should not have been there :)
even if they were to withdraw their ch11 our shares are worthless
the better question is why dump at next to nothing? it's like 10 grand

Not to mention that the $0.035 final price occurred after the bell closed and nowhere on the rader of regular session trading.
11 Million shares afterhour post (by over 11 minutes) brought the close down from 0.06s to $0.035. Now that's some sheit.
And then another 11 Million trade afterhours, then indeed counted as an afterhours trade.
Then BK filing. Then on OTC for a few hours (partial day). Then halted.
Scam-a-jama by FinRag and MMs.. and Midway!
Come on, cheer up. It was a gamble 'tis all.
Just did not go your way.
That's what a gamble is.
If you know, and now know, a gamble is not for you, you will not do it again. If you're inclined, however, you actually enjoy it.
Coulda woulda shoulda is past and done.
Keep it up! Dust off. All good.
So 9 million shares "trade" AH @ .001 ???
Who got those , do ya suppose ?

glad i'm not alone, don't mean to rub salt into the wounds :) ...
I'm cursing you too for this running commentary
Lots of people got blindsided by this one
sold 3 more shares at 2 cents, bizarre :)
it's too late for me, i curse myself for averaging down just before this BK news hit
only partly successful, but i think i will modify the order and maybe offer the remainder for a bit higher bid... not much to loose at this point :)
To average down or not to average down...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
LOL you are trying to rid yourself of the goodies ?? LOL
yes, 4000 sold at .02, but i was offering 20000
i just at a partial fill at 2 cents, only about 1/4 of them i had offered
I can't see the price real time on this and it ticks me off. have no idea what the price per share is
last time so no more questions from me hahhaha
it would be good if a broker dealer could send FINRA a Form 211 to quote their security on the pinks
Good morning. No I still have some shares to play with. A very small amount.
I don't have lvl 2 so im way behind. the only price i see is 0,003 on 3081 shares or something
Morning K. looks like they dropped MDWCQ 82% on the open today. 0,003
did you get out?
MDWCQ: how's that parabolic move lookin for u now?
were those today?
i see some trades have gone through, last trade .02, i still have no bid/ask info though
have they lifted the HALT? looking at otcmarkets and mdwcq ticker the word in red is no longer there as of today. anybody see any bid/ask?
No this is not normal. MCP filed ch11 the other day and it is trading on the Pinks already.
here in Canada it was halted at 9 cents, but was then de-listed from the TSX all together, my broker told me i could follow it on the US side over the counter market, but as far as i can see i'm following a stock with little vale :) i don't think this is the usual stuff, i guess some traders trade a lifetime and don't get stuck with this shite! :)
I think FINRA F'd up on the day of the ch11 filing. as Keyotee mentioned and I saw the stock did trade on the Pinks and opened way below last price without any pre-market (since there as no pre-market as it was halted on the amex) does not seem that they upheld an orderly market at all but halted the stock after EOD close on the pinks. THEN they pulled U1 halt out of their hat. FINRA should have halted the stock from trading on the pinks at the time of exchange swap. its just me ranting now...
They got approval of the court to continue to draw down on the credit line to keep the corp afloat
i think this forum should have a like button :) i made two good trades on it, started to think i could not loose, but those penny stocks are addictive when you see the profit go up %30 in ten minutes that is when they go to zero i guess... :)
i did read a lot about it, and also thought they had perhaps hit bottom, could have even taken an exit with profit a couple of times, and yet i decide to wait even though there was writing on the wall i guess, with the lay offs and the poor grades but this seemed to be part of a restring BUT i must say there was no mention of chapter 11 (just restructuring and sales of assets etc) in any their reports until the actual filling of it, but in hind sight i guess i should have known what they were doing
i have no clue. i had shares of this several year ago when it was .25 and i sold at over $1... had no clue they would end up like this..
I think we all knew better and thought they'd be able to actually negotiate with their creditors. they still haven't sought a ch11 loan to get them through the process which tells me they will be able to manage on their own. so why did the australian creditor or hale not restructure? it's not as if they had that much debt (not an MCP)
i try to make myself feel better, maybe i did learn a thing, but i must still hang my head in shame :( i really did know better, i was overcome with excessive optimism and wound up being the fool :(
if there is any upside to this, after this horrible trade i went and made some defensive adjustments to my portfolio which have turned out to be a very good thing so far :)
Another one just like this is $$AMZG which is now AMZGQ$$ LOL its now like under 2 cents vs a pps that was a lot higher not too long ago.
I have only seen what happens and it is bad (worse than an RS. multiple that trading action by 10. some here seems to think it will pop like a happy cherry. have no idea why it would do that since the shares are pretty much worthless now
yep,,, stuck like chuck LOL i have never had a BK stock that i remember so i really don't know what happens afterwards. LOL If the result is like a RS, then its over.. LOL
Moosey, r u stuck as well in this?!
