BOMBSHELL !!!
Solid state confirmed in the latest Zoom shareholder's call. Microvast plans to start transitioning to solid state by 2025. The rumor from months ago that one of their subsidiaries was working on solid state is now confirmed. Massive!

Spoiler: Microvast wins.
8-21 day chart showing short term buy break out
The surge was a buying pump and dump from WSB. But look where we are now? Back under $9. You can thank the scumbag swing trading crowd for that. This company should have consolidated at $20 per share, easy.
Surprisingly the price action rose almost 100% in this past month without much advancement in terms of publicized information. Wouldn't you agree? Retail buyers buying the initial surge?
Bullshit price target in an attempt to drive the price down. It failed.
Hi guys !
I' ve notice a report from Morgan Stanley with target price of 6 $.
How could this be possible ?? !!
This is an advisor of SPAC / reverse merger done with Tuscan.
In the prospect found also on the web page of Microvast You can read ...
"Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is acting as financial advisor to Tuscan, ....
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is acting as sole placement agent for the PIPE financing."
This is no less than SCORRECT !!!
Shame on Morgan Stanley
600 mvst dec 15$ calls, 300 Sept 15$ calls, just added 150 aug 12.5 calls (little nervous) about those but my December’s are gold. Oh and 8,000 MVSTW. Warrants are also gold.
Today's low was a good-buy,hope you were still "stupid like that," we'll see tomorrow if it goes up or back to today's support & flipping.
I’ve been buying loading 100 as it dips lower and lower. I’m just stupid like that
My take is this:
Various Wall Street funds needed to accumulate shares (keep in mind, these fat cats all run in the same circles).
Morgan Stanley decided to do the team a solid by tossing out the lowball 6 buck target. (They were screwed no matter how they played it. An honest 25 target would have caused a run almost exactly like this, and saying nothing would have also triggered a run, because even Ray Charles could see that the rise in volume and price was from the big dogs).
Morgan tossed out the lowball, then the 2nd tier media, Bezinga, Motley Fool etc. blamed the rise in share price on Reddit WSB in order to ignite a smoke screen and keep retail from rushing in. It’s becoming more obvious by the minute that this isn’t a meme stock. Most of the buying seems to be from institutions.
WSB types might be here, but it definitely isn’t a meme.
Unfortunately I don’t own any of this, but it is fun to watch and see how Wall Street really works.
Come on baby get back over $20
Just jumped 40 cents in about 15 seconds!!!
Hey I am trying to get much more familiar with options. Obviously I need to know much more about them before I jump into them but does this mean this play cost 600 dollars to get into?
I started my position on April when it was thcb, I bought the Calls heavy on Monday Tuesday last week. This is a no brainer play. To the moon.
600 December $15 calls here. That’s $60,000 per dollar above 15. This is going to roll......
I hope you're right! The way this SPAC played out was heart-breaking. They procrastinated through the boom of late January and early February and then got stuck in this bear market that has been persisting since March.
And who knows w the squeeze later on in the week
Not sure.. because the price was so low, only those who bought in at 8-10 $ can cash out & many may have already in the 25million volume Friday.. Plus objectively looking we ware still oversold and undervalued.. if I had to guess.. I think we go up another 5-10 percent Monday.
Delayed reaction on this one. Whales and firms were waiting for all the spac-tards to sell for their chicken nugget money before buying in. The plan worked. However, we now have had a 50% rise in just about a week, meaning some people will likely take profits this coming week. I suspect a drop down to the $10.80 to $11.20 range before this starts going up again. $18 by Halloween.
Would be nice I’m still holding my $20s lol
Let’s get them green .. please
Today could be fun. Squeeze…but w a company that is actually making money and.is.the.future.
BMW and several other car manufacturers developing in the background
What public company is on the for front of this?
Electric will be a short term fade the future I’s hydrogen
When I say electric vehicles are the future, I’m not joking. Tune in for big news tomorrow.
Biden tweet today.
Good stuff. And those figures are likely way low, not taking into account new business that is coming in the next year or two. Lot a stuff in the works that just hasn't been finalized yet. Now that they are a public company, the good news is that Microvast HAS to announce this stuff within a certain timeframe now. They can't keep stuff secret.
things looking up were are up over 15%
Another 100 m deal … let’s gooo
hope you are right
There is not going to be any quick gains here. Unfortunately, like I said, the tech and OTC markets are in a really wicked bear market. Covid is hanging around and there are a lot of materials shortages. Added to that, Microvast seems to be one of those companies that does everything on their own schedule with little communication, since they were not a public company up until now. They are going to have to learn that that won't cut it when you are publicly traded Nasdaq company. They are going to have to embrace a constant flow of PRs and social media posts. This silence is bullsh!t
Solid assessment. I bought some shares yesterday and added more today. Let's see how this plays out.
I think a lot of PIPE and retail investors were holding, waiting for a huge spike at the merger. Unfortunately, the market turned from bull to bear in late February, and there was no real spike so everyone dumped like the losers that they are.
Load all you can at these prices. This will likely be $25-$30 by Christmas time. $80-$120 by end of 2022.
