My thoughts on the MLAR news today...

I think the potential could be very huge for MLAR and very bad for TKER.Here is the patent information on MLAR and its formulation:

The press release tells about clear-cut patent infringement but does not give the specifics as yet, and I think that could partially explain the respective reactions in the stock price for both companies. Clearly there was panic selling in Tker very early on today, but we have not heard any statements from TKER as yet.

I think that once the specifics are presented, if indeed there is a clear-cut patent infringement, our little 2-3 cent company could make a major move in very short time.

Very little downside risk from here and a huge upswing potential IMO.

I agree as well. This company and products are still "way undiscovered". From the CEO's webcast last week, greater recognition will be established once new distributors are announced, those using the products from the basketball leagues report their results, and the infomercial starts rolling.Revenues will siginificantly move up and the pps will follow. It is for these reasons I see this one as a long term hold.

I was especially intrigued with the CEO's mention of the planned infomercial in his webcast. I beleve these revolutionary microspray vitamins have all the makings of a huge success in that arena. Combined with the knowledgeable CEO as an expert in the subject, imagine also using the right celebrity spokesperson(s), along with testimonials and having a monthly subscription where the products can be automatically shipped every month right to your home.I am already thinking of sequels to the infomercial as new products are introduced into the line. Profits from a successful infomercial can be staggering....I recall a very succesful one years back in the early 90's when Suzanne Sommers promoted the THIGHMASTER and revenues were between 90-100 million dollars!

I agree. Things are starting to heat up, it is just a matter of time for this one. Great product, and getting attention from professional athletes now. Another area where these subliminal sprays would be a hit is for pets, just think of how hard it is to give your pets pills! I think these sprays will be the start of a huge change in the pill market, and I have my shares ready.

Micro Laboratories Inc., a Johnstown, R.I., substance-delivery company, has signed a joint venture agreement with the United States Basketball League that will allow the players to use micro-spray technology to deliver vitamins during practices and games.

Micro Laboratories, launched in 1997, is a public company sold on the over-the-counter market.

The USBL is a professional league for developing players based in Milford, Conn. Athletes who have gone on to the National Basketball Association have included Manute Bol and Tyrone “Muggsy” Bogues.

Officials of Micro Laboratories say they have developed Micro-Spray, a patented oral vitamin supplement delivery system that is sprayed under the tongue in the form of a mist.

The nutrients in the spray are delivered directly into the bloodstream and throughout the body.

Robert Thistle, chief executive officer of the six-employee company, said players can spray vitamins and supplements before and during games to help maintain strength.

Thistle said his company has completed a line of 11 sprays that can range from a vitamin B-12, which can be used by the players, to a stop-smoking formula.

Company officials say they will be accelerating their distribution plans this fall. Some sprays are sold over the Internet.

As part of this marketing plan, a website called www.microlaboratoriesinc.com will be operative in coming weeks, he said.

The CEO did not hype or pump the stock price. He was clear, and succinct about the revolutionary product line and its significant advantages. In my opinion, this stock is a huge bargain at these prices. I see all upside from here with very minimal downside risk, since about 2 cents is really its low.
