I just did the math on this. It looks like the company will make between 4 and 6 million dollars out of the deal. Why is that bad? Most of these pinkies are lucky to do a million in revenues from entire operations. This could be an opportunity for them to develop some of their mining properties.
Just looking at this stage.
This has nothing to do with their core business or even any related businesses. Makes no sense at all. Makes MGGV look like a shell company. Stupid.
Hmmmmm. So, they brokered the deal? Interesting.
FULL News Release worth a read: Got to say which is the best deal MGGV! GROFEED me is 2nd I bet

With all the joint ventures and these type deals it sounds good but the market is having a hard time valuing all the deals together. Would be nice if Ben could lay it all out so the stock can be properly valued.

If the OS is up to date here then that is an advantage over the other mining co, they have more than doubled the OS in the past few months. Its just a waiting game for now it seems. STill just another pinky puffer for now. Non smoking for sure this year. I think I had gold fever when I got into this one LOL.
GLTA

LMAO I want this thing to do well just as bad as the next long. Watched my stock go to nothing, maybe one day it will recover but they need to do some big things for that to happen.
Hey Bill, are they still harrassing you over here on this board?
The mine fell through, where have you been oh your other alias is banned from this board.
Uhh! The "conference call" ??? Are they drilling yet?
You opened a new account to bash the stock, lol. Actually it finally has some interest to the upside last few days. Hopefully, something brewing.
This is a well know fraud.I hope you all know that.
I would love to get a contact that answers emails/calls if you have one.
I think if management would just open up a communication link with shareholders based on the shares outstanding the stock has alot of upside. It's a big IF though because they have not been shareholder friendly for quite some time.
wonder if this is the day the ask of .006 changes, say up
Merry Season and all to all
This board seems to be really slow throughout December, with only a handful of posts. Not much going on .... or just waiting for the new year, like most other plays.
1.5 %CU over 35 ft: Gold is in ROTTEN QUARTZES? I think so:
""
..//.."" zones that may become a new type of mineralization for Ontario. Copper (Cu) mineralization within a quartz breccia system was intersected in hematitic and potassic altered proterzoic aged arenites ""...
-- include 1.5% Cu over 10.30 meters (approximately 34 feet) and 2.0% Cu over 6 meters. " So that is like 25 ft so added up = 60 ft of GD Coppers and traces of PGMs I bet..
This USA chuck is hold my stuff
Chart at HIGHS that break up are always good ..maybe we do this here at at NSOL - that broke out and out

Year-end tax loss selling appears to have the stock by the ying-yang. Maybe a strong bounce will come after people finish with the need to balance out for Uncle Sam.
Wow ... this board is dead. What happened in here lately????
Here we go .... this one moving up slightly today. Let's see if it can hold up.
just watching it go to 005 almost time to pull the trigger
and buy some more
??????????????????????????????????????????????
VROOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom
He turn his $3000 investment into a LOSS of $2,933. By the way I sent my resume to this company. I'm ready to utilize my environmental background (monitoring well experiences, etc.) and my Masters of Science in Hazardous Waste Management for MGGV. I'm willing to work for only shares in the company too.
Management needs to get out and do a interview or something to get some interest here-prs had some promise recently. I have no idea what the current share count is but if close to 100 million then .005 equals 500,000 market cap or at shell values for MGGV.
Time and sales today no 3k trades and no trades at .006 cat got your tongue I believed you after your statement today I see it was all just a lie.

i got in for the first time at .50 i then showed a great eye for picking stock by buying in on the way down the last time i bought in at .10. i had 3,000 invested and i sold today at .006. i turned my 3,000 into 67.23. i just wish i had listened to the zoo man and got out at .10.
Wow. I jumped in this thing at .07. I watched it tank and just decided to stick with it to see where it goes. It's been a long time since I even checked on it - I had almost forgot I had shares in MGGV. Good to see it's still alive and kicking...maybe in due time it will make a nice comeback.
No, doubt in my view. Floor seats at the Palace.
Well good bids are still good sells for those of us with huge tax losses. Need some revenue news to change that scenario. Wonder what the share structure is these days? If still low we got a chance.
on 11-21-06 you posted this "up up and away" do you still believe that?
Who knows ... Precious metal plays may be on the move again.
can it be true MGGV may break back into the $.01+ levels? we can only hope. i do have one question when i first came to this board there was 89,000,000 shares outstanding at the time it was selling above $.25. now it's selling below $.01 and there still is 89,000,000 shares outstanding. can anybody explain that to me?
i used to say .05 was finally the bottom but as you can see this pig has a bad CEO. he keeps saying we have this great prospect but unless you mine it, it's just another piece of land. we need to hear a press release saying such and such property is producing x amount of gold, silver, platinum.
This isn't the only precious metals play that moves down on good news .... it's wierd but alot of other mining plays are suffering .... let's see if the end of year movement is upon us and these get moving soon, upwards!
where are all the posters that hope MGGV will go up soon? i "hope" it does but, i understand that MGGV always seems to drop on good news. that always bothered me it makes no sense to me. the only way this stock makes a positive run is they MUST get some of the mines producing.
this would be great news for most companies but every time MGGV releases good news the price per share drops.

Michigan Gold's Deadmoose Lake Property Adjacent to Golden Chalice's Shillington Project; GCR'S Drilling Results and Geology
Michigan Gold Mining Investments Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MGGV) Deadmoose Property in Shillington Township in Northern Ontario is adjacent to Golden Chalice's (GCR-CDNX) Shillington project. Exploratory core drilling on the "Shillington Project" has intersected mineralization zones that may become a new type of mineralization for Ontario. Copper (Cu) mineralization within a quartz breccia system was intersected in hematitic and potassic altered proterzoic aged arenites. Intersections on this GCR property -- adjacent to the MGGV Deadmoose Lake property -- include 1.5% Cu over 10.30 meters (approximately 34 feet) and 2.0% Cu over 6 meters. The zone has been traced with drilling over a strike length of 200 meters and remains open both at strike and depth.
This new discovery occurs within an area underlain by the Round Lake Batholith that has received limited exploration over the past century. Early reports by prospectors at the turn of the century have indicated a number of gold and silver occurrences including one report of 1.25 oz/t and 20 oz/t over 30 feet.
Michigan Gold continues its exploration of its adjacent property, the Deadmoose Lake property.
About Michigan Gold Mining Investments, Inc.
Michigan Gold Mining Investments Inc. is an American junior mineral exploration company presently in the process of developing mineral assets in North America. Michigan Gold currently retains a one hundred percent (100%) title to a Platinum/Palladium prospect in Northern Ontario, named the 'Deadmoose Lake' property. As well Michigan retains a 70% interest in the 2,200-acre St. Nicholsa Copper, Uranium, Gold and Silver project in the Elliot Lake Mining camp.
Michigan Gold is committed to the accumulation and development of unhedged precious and industrial metal deposit sites in North America.
The company is of the opinion that the bull market in metals is a trend that will continue over a generation. The current low levels in Global Inventory in most metals and, most importantly, longer-term strategic considerations originating from high-growth oriented economies in China, India and other Eastern nations has placed extreme pressure on pricing in the metals markets. These factors, coupled with the weakness of the US Dollar due to the USA's large budget and current account deficits, may support historically high dollar prices in metals for many years to come.
Major metals miners have hedged most producing properties and cannot strongly benefit from rising price trends over the near term. This places junior miners in a very advantageous position. As properties are proven and production is ascertained to be feasible, the ability of Michigan Gold Mining Investments to profit from these historically high metals prices should come to fruition.
Michigan Gold Mining Investments Inc. (trading symbol MGGV) is listed on the OTC market and has commenced the process of becoming a full reporting US company.

you said the following.
"Today's MGGV pr is good news as adjacent properties showing promise and Deadmoose property is still a big potential revenue source. "Commenced to becoming full reporting" company is the real mind blower in the pr- since they have been so hard to contact- that could be the step to bring some life back into this company."
what pr are you talking about? i looked on the MGGV press page and the cnn late trading page and found nothing where should i look for it?
I think that it is a step on the right direction for this one. Let's hope that I am right.
Today's MGGV pr is good news as adjacent properties showing promise and Deadmoose property is still a big potential revenue source. so do you still think it will bust out soon? $1.00 is a very very very very..... far away. $.10 is very very far away. $.05 is a he(double hockey sticks) of a long way away, but you may be right if MGGV can get some of the gold, silver ... out of the ground it could turn around but they need to start digging before anything will happen.
i have been in MGGV since it sold at .50 so don't tell me about undervalued for such a low float. this dog has way to many flea's and until they make an announcement where they say they not only purchased some mine or whatever and say they have started mining gold silver or any other metal i will doubt that this stock can get back to the level i bought in at. when they sell something or mine something this stock will remain a dog with flea's. the CEO has his head up his a$$ so far he can see what he just ate. thats a long way up his a$$.
