MetLife Retreats After Spin-off, Watch This Level
Leading insurance and financial firm MetLife Inc (NYSE:MET) has declined since it announced and completed its spinoff of Brighthouse Financial (NASDAQ:BHF). MET stock peaked out on July 6th at $50.42 a share. Since that high pivot in the stock price the shares have declined to $46.85. Traders and investors should note that MET stock does not have major chart support until the $43.00 level. This is a spot on the chart where the stock broke out in November 2016. As I have stated many time before, when stocks retest major break-out levels they will usually be support by the institutional money. Keep MET stock on the radar when it trades down to the $43.00 level for a long side trade.

Market Manipulation at its finest...
How this stock isn't trading above $45 is mind boggling, meanwhile Tesla is at $223 while not making a dime but in 10x the debt...
US10-YR skyrocketed today, Metlife flat...Market manipulation at its finest

US Market Morning Update - article mentions MetLife http://marketexclusive.com/us-market-morning-update/1305/
Govt has considered to be systemically important so will never fail with help from Feds.
MetLife has finally paid stockholders of PVD . The problem is they made a deal with the Chile Government which cost investors 40% of their principal . Can anyone say ponzi scheme ! Cancelled US ADR's @ $88 a share , sold them in Chile for $50 . Lure in investors with a 5% dividend , then take the money to Chile to buy off Chile pols to get their Pension business . They say this is all legal but we will see ! Shame on MetLife !!
Shame on MetLife ! It will be 1 year since they bought out PVD and took the share money to Chile. We have been given 2 dates that our principal will be returned but as yet nothing . Beware of any ADR and stay away from anything MetLife has it's hands on. Where is our money ?
Hey guys. Generated a pair trade our and it's long prudential and short MetLife.
It's further validated by my fundamental view on PRU. See the 2 posts to go in detail why
