Well, it is now the 28th of March, 2015. The PR about the LOI stated very clearly that the purchase must be completed " BEFORE " the 30th of March, 2015 !! That means that today and tomorrow are the last days! Will a PR come out over the weekend?! Of course if the deal has been made then the PR coming out " after" the 30th is no big deal! But some one must say something and VERY soon! Exciting for sure!!

This week really brings us down to the wire on the news await ! Its this week or Monday. And NO news at all will nOT stop the expiration of the LOI ! So, with no news at all since 18 DEc 2014, anticipation is now HIGH! Let us see what is to transpire soon! Patience Folks.

Those are indeed possibilities. But the past news for the last year or so all came out at 9:00 A.M. . The only exception was when the PR firm was hired and that PR came out at 10:50 A.M. I believe. So 9 A.M. seems to be the favored time. That could change of course.

As to no SEC filings, that is true also. And that on has me a little concerned. They should have filled a Quarterly some time in mid February as they still are CEHD for now. But perhaps there is something in the sec reg's for a company in transition as their listing status has not been changed and no notice or warning has been issued. So I must assume, at least for now, that progress is being made.

As to the deal falling threw-perhaps. But as Mr. Hailing Liu is

the Majority stock holder in both companies I don't see how it would not close unless he himself changes his mind for some reason. No, I see more of a problem to closure from the Chinese Gov. than from him.

All of that said, it is still a Penny Stock so about any thing could happen. But it is exciting and also potentially VERY rewarding! Pick the right Penny and be in at the right time and the rest is History!!

We could get news when we least expect it....CEHD seems to have a pattern or releasing news between 10am and Noon. Who knows maybe the next news will hit before the Market opens

Well, seems as if we have made it to the 12th March without news. So Milesblue42's thoughts have proved to be so! Remember, Miles did not say that there would be news on the 12th.. Only that it would not come until on or after.

So, here we are and Miles was correct. Now as the last PR stated that the LOI would expire after the 30th., 12 from 30 leaves 18. Not all trading days of course, but 18 non the less. So we can not be more than that from some sort of event! That mean:
