I see a lot of convicted felons struggling in their lives to get back on their feet. Especially when they've done their time for what they did. A lot of the time, these people experience some traumatic things when going to prison and have a very rough time assimilating back into society or even their families. It's nice to see when people can catch a break and try to better themselves as well as companies giving those people a 2nd chance.
Most companies run background checks and kick felons to the fast food line where they get to live in misery until the day they die.

FACT CHECK, when NEW management come into an entity it is NOT uncommon to do a name and symbol change BUT more importantly when a company resurrects past decade of financials to get back to current they use FINRA to see the whereabouts of the entity and name change will usually decipher how good or bad the company position is with SEC.
IT is an accounting procedure that expedites the past management info. IN MGON case they have now FILED past 3 years of AUDITED statements and are CURRENTLY in with new auditor which I assume is maybe better qualified for next tier up
THIS management is preparing for a long haul not any Pnd's as they have been USING THEIR OWN out of pocket to fund all these developments...FYI, audits are not cheap !!!!!!!! BUT necessary imo
