On July 29, 2024, Megola, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 1-U in which the Company advised it was in the process of addressing final audit inquiries and expected to file its required Annual Report (the “Report”) on Form 1-K on or before August 5, 2024. The Company is filing this Amendment No. 1 to the original Form 1-U in order to update that the final audit closing procedures for each of the Company’s successor and predecessor audit firms are still ongoing as of August 5, 2024, and the Company currently expects to file the Report no later than August 13, 2024, the final filing date permitted under the current Grace Period offered by OTCMarkets to avoid a downgrade to the Expert Market.



OTCMarkets currently reflects a yield sign and a “grace period” moniker on its website with respect to the Company to notify investors of the late filing of this Report. Upon filing of the Report, both the grace period and yield monikers should be removed within twenty-four (24) hours and the Company expects to return to Pink Current Information.

Thanks for the web link. I always enjoy seeing these types of background documents to make sure I'm on the right track. Your link was an interesting read and provided a nice detail description of this man's path and how he is working to turn his life around after a bad "one-time" choice in life.

At this point, Mr. Salcedo had a stark choice: he could either refuse to acknowledge his mistakes and feel sorry for himself, or do the hard work and undertake a concerted effort to turn his life around and return to being a productive member of society. He chose the latter.

On the other hand, if you're trying to make the company look bad while they gave someone a second chance, I'd rethink your path.

I see a lot of convicted felons struggling in their lives to get back on their feet. Especially when they've done their time for what they did. A lot of the time, these people experience some traumatic things when going to prison and have a very rough time assimilating back into society or even their families. It's nice to see when people can catch a break and try to better themselves as well as companies giving those people a 2nd chance.

Most companies run background checks and kick felons to the fast food line where they get to live in misery until the day they die.

FACT CHECK, when NEW management come into an entity it is NOT uncommon to do a name and symbol change BUT more importantly when a company resurrects past decade of financials to get back to current they use FINRA to see the whereabouts of the entity and name change will usually decipher how good or bad the company position is with SEC.

IT is an accounting procedure that expedites the past management info. IN MGON case they have now FILED past 3 years of AUDITED statements and are CURRENTLY in with new auditor which I assume is maybe better qualified for next tier up

THIS management is preparing for a long haul not any Pnd's as they have been USING THEIR OWN out of pocket to fund all these developments...FYI, audits are not cheap !!!!!!!! BUT necessary imo
