What bothers me is the fact that Shoon just doesn't even understand the basics of charts and stock lingo yet he is offering advice as though he knows what he's talking about. Not only that, but he keeps touting about the share price from like, 4 managements ago 😂

Shoon is clearly full of shit here. Doesn't even know what the difference between a reverse split and a split are and doesn't know that if splits occur, the history of the chart reflects them.

Since then, the company has been rebranded many times over due to prior failed management that are no longer involved in the company.

Tech, some don't see the forest from the trees and they never will. THEY have never found a gem like MGON nor can they understand the entire management business developments leading up to the new offering. All is a solid business strategy that isn't normally found on OTC.

These others fall for crypto scams. get rich quick schemes and are left holding the bag in companies with 6 billion shares issued or companies with manipulated share price, false product claims and one man management team. They are bitter people that need to pump their stocks in efforts just to get out with minimal loses and when anyone calls out their company for obvious reasons they resort to childish bashing games.

Another thing... Reverse splits and splits never show on charts. Charts are automatically updated current and historically to reflect the reverse split or split. Another indicator that you have no idea how the stock market works.

For the first time in a LONG time, L2 has multiple MM on the bid this morning at 42. One morning without any notice we will wake up and see this one run given the share count and the number of holders that understand what they have.

The key item to understand at MGON is this new management brought the company from the dead back in late 2020 after custodianship took possession in 2018 and that custodianship group failed to bring company current.
New managed did and with 3 years of past audits, Form 1A/A filed and moving forward.

Outstanding Shares is at 291,876,881 and basically entry point .002-.004 thus NO BAGHOLDERS
Company has $381,000 in loan debt to this management
