Cant wait until Wednesday! Hopefully we can get this thing on the move. DIIG
Some volume finally! Next week's financials should show a big increase in revenues compared to last year as a result of their new acquisition! I'm thinking 50 to 60% more per quarter.
Not necessarily. They are just asking for the authorization of the additional shares. All will depend on what they are issued for. In the past they only issued stock for growth purposes and I suspect they will follow their original plan and are looking for additional clinics. I believe they already have one or more targeted.
Is it going to lower the cost of the stock?
Since theres 400 mill new shares being added wouldnt that lower the price of the stock?
or is it going to keep it at the same price?
thanks
Yes, based on the way Mgt uses money! These guys do not waste money period that I can find.
Is this a good thing that they want to boost the amount of shares from 100,000,000 to 500,000,000 a good thing?
Let me know
Thanks!
Makes perfect sense to me too.
Yes that could be the case indeed!
Sounds like another aquisition or two lined up. They use money wisely, imo.
From the PRE14A filing today, as far as the next annual meeting is concerned:
"2.To approve an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of Common Stock from 100,000,000 to 500,000,000, subject to the Board of Directors’ authority to abandon such amendment"

The float is so low that it makes it difficult for it to sustain large gains. It shoots so fast on small buys and shoots down so fast on small sells. No time for consolidation. And the company rarely generates momo - they don't produce fluff PRs. We'll get more movement with:
1) Further acquisition.
2) Big financials.
3) A larger float will actually help.
Until those things happen, this is a quarterly flip at best.
Can anyone tell me whats going on with DIIG?
Thought it was on its way up, but taking a turn for the worse?
What kinda of news are we looking for here?
Thanks!
All that you mentioned will attract more interest. I just want to hear news about another aquisition to tell me the plan is on target!
Did you know DIIG is only about a month away from posting revenues showing increases of approximately 60% more per quarter than last year? The next quarterly report ending March 31st is due on May 15th and it will show revenues from their latest acquisition bumping up those 2013 revenues big time!
I wonder what direction we are heading? And other possible acquisitions down the pipe too as mentioned in their last PR.
Great time to get in at these prices in my opinion!
Nice!! 100K sitting at bid and only 10K sitting at ask. Someone wants this puppy!
This is one of the best kept secrets in the penny world but your right, it's time to let cat out of the bag.
Looking good :) Now lets see some news!
I love the potential, non-hype, tiny float and outstanding shares of this company. It will be a big winner in my opinion!
Yes, believe there has been plenty time to find another aquisition. Could come any day now and once more validate the growth plan without unnecessary hype and dilution.
Slow and steady rise. I like it. News would really make this one pop!
Absolutely...not long now either...
I really see a long term potential with ICNB...although the pps will go up."I don't check it regularly...and ill hold for a longtime in fact...
Could we see .30 plus in the very near future...yep
But this was a dollar plus stock...that's where my exit strategy is...unless divs are discussed...then we are talking a whole new ball game.
This one is a low floater too. Everyone will do great here!
Another pink....
Better watch it closely...
Life is good!
Hope u hanged on!!
Thx, of all the pennies I watch this one the least. Very comfortable with mgt and the plan long term.
I completely agree with you!
With this latest report we know that mgt continues to execute on the plan in place and all we need is another aquisition pr to take it to a new level. .30 to .45 is reasonable. News could come at anytime. Mgt does absolutely no fluff prs and this has shaped up to be truly a Tiny Gem! Flying below the radar still but that can change rapidly. Do DD, this one is worth it!
Growth, they obviously needed it. Could have gotten many times that and that tells me growth is mostly organic. That small pp is an indication they are doing right by the shareholders.
I was kinda thinking the same thing. Not sure why they did it though.
$150,000.00 pp convertable at .10. This dilution is peanuts compared to most pennies. They only do what is necessary to stay on track.
Probably because the annual 10K report ending Dec 31, 2012 will show increased revenues and assets from their latest clinic acquisition that took place on Dec 10, 2012. The report should be out before next Monday.
someone is nibbling on this a little bit!!
Doesn't matter, there is no interest here
Got an update from CEO, website has been update. Also 8k is out.
DIIG check this link...
http://biz.yahoo.com/e/130225/diig8-k.html
That works for me and I have patience.
This one is dead, even if there is another clinic PR, it's over. It won't bounce to more than .06 and then fall right back
We could be hearing about another clinic aquisition any day now. Remember, that's the plan!
This is not a stock for the impatient. Just relax and wait for the PR about the next clinic purchase or move on.
Lol
The old " something is wrong w the website " routine
In plain English! The CEO doesn't care about the shareholder only about how many shares he can use for acquisitions! If he cared about the shareholders he would have done the simple things such as raise the SP by simple website upgrades etc. Then he won't have to give future acquisitions so many shares! WOW what a freaking concept! This CEO needs to be removed and have someone who actually understands how fast one can grow with the right moves!
If the CEO doesn't get his head out of his *** this will keep going down! Simple things that all of us think about every day such as put the trash out, pay the utilities, pay the rent, feed our kids, etc, etc! Great business owners care about how there company looks to the public! That one simple thing about updating the DIIG website seems to be a mountain for this CEO! RED FLAG!
Yep, nice. Wonder what prompted the hard ask slapping? DIIG
Looking like a good close for the day. :)
We know for a fact that the 1st MRI clinic is a done deal. It's the same deal that you claimed would never happen for months on this board. You, also, claimed that you had "inside information" that DIIG was a scam and may not even exist, remember? We do. He's growing the company for DIIG shareholders. Maybe, up to 4 additional clinics in the near future which is the plan. Give it a rest.
I'm guessing that he doesn't care to get back with you now! It's obvious that he could have done some simple things recently to help out the shareholders.
Why hasn't the website been updated? Something that is so simple to do. Sounds like CEO doesn't care too much for shareholders value.
I have an email into Mitch asking him if there are any updates on the horizon or if he's thought about updating the website or using an awareness campaign. I'll keep you posted if I hear anything. I just want to see the name get out there, so this stock can reach fair value. It's too solid to be trading down here.
yup
solid hold in the meantime, imo
