I think IA gets total $s of sale, as it purchased to acquire the jersey outright for 100,000,000 MDCE shares. Why would IA pay a 13% $650K commission or fee?

We'll see if the jersey even sells for $5M, or much higher.

Further discussion on the 5 million $ jersey. When sold company nets 4,350,000 * 30PE (low for a growth company)=$130,500,000/910,000,000 O/S=.1434.
