Orange, You might want to take a look at USWF. I can't find anything new on the company, except new highs. Just over penny and was trying to break .003 not that long ago.

If you find out the story let me know, I own a couple hundred thousand shares.

Orange, What was the filing? It pop to over .06 today on 20,000 share. Not really that amazing, in that bid is still under a penny. However there might be something worth while to check out.

I would like to call Investor relations to see if they have an explanation. There is one penny stock I bought and put away which was a cripto currency, is MPHD that stock. Does anyone know?

Nothing to get excited about. All the volume was under .03. Nothing really happened today except for the larger than usual volume. Keep in mind at average purchase price of .025 the total amount of money that traded hands today is $2500. Nothing to look at here! :)

$mphd went dark a few years back. Was never heavily traded so I do not think there are 33 million shares out there. 330k shares seems rather low no real way to tell.

TD Ameritrade has this stock as only having 332,700 shares outstanding. Bloomberg has 33 million. Does anyone lknow which one is correct. If there is only 332,700 I would be happy to buy 33,000 (risk a $1000) and own 10+%. I supect someone would buy the company to bring their company pubic.
Anyone know the true amount of outstanding shares?
