I am not happy with this drop in price just like everyone else, but if you look at the chart posted below it was way to far above the upper bollie. It has acted just like the rest of the low float shells, moved way above the upper bollie and then dropped back down to find support. Lets just hope it bounces off support to move back up. Take OUTT for example, it did the same thing if you look at the chart.

HERZLIYA, Israel and MARLBORO, MA, June 2, 2004 – Optibase Ltd. (NASDAQ: OBAS), a leader in digital video encoding and streaming solutions, today announced that, following a favorable judgment from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, it has completed the purchase of substantially all of the assets of Media 100 Inc. (OTCBB: MDEA.PK), for $2.5 million (less the amount of any funding advanced), as reported in the press release dated March 22, 2004. Was not something that I was real interested in. I would imagine the former CFO would be able to tell you or point you in the right direction. The rep at Media 100 was instructed to ask all callers with questions regarding the prior public company to call him directly:
