Anyone know whats up with the buying today?
CNBC reporting on pink sheet stocks.
It won't take much for MCLN to explode!!!
Scottrade is showing my value at ZERO now. With over 100,000 shares.
The only thing brewing are the toilets not being flushed at MCLN World Headquarters!!!!!!
Wishful thinking!
However, it doesn't look good.
Not dead yet!
Something may be brewing.
Well BMTL (whom we were supposed to merge with) just found themselves a new CEO. I expect MCLN to do the same. Tick tock.
No wonder cancelled the merger (in part at least). BMTL couldn't even afford to update their own financials let alone MCLN's as was agreed to.
I take it you didn't get a response??? One phone sitting on an old chair. Ringer is broke.
They probably can't afford the filing fee.
Fat Lady, Fat Lady, are you in the house?
It ain't over, till it's over!!!
Making so much on FB, may need to sell MCLN by year end.
Need the tax loss, unless....
MCLN comes through, and makes me pay more taxes. Which I'll gladly do.
My guess is you'll get NO RESPONSE!!
Hope I'm wrong but this thing appears to be on life support and Accardi may soon pull the plug.
I sent an email to MCLN today.
Let's see what's going on.
Who is Tex, not sure what you are talking about.. All I wanted to know if they are still in business, but I will just call the company and find out..... Have a great day you need it...
Where is tex.... he know all...loser

I've been in a few OTC stocks that I left for dead and then boom. Sudden stock rise.
I expect the next announcement will be new management / new direction.
I don't anticipate bankruptcy. No meaningful assets with which to sue either. At worst, it would be a good shell for some other company to acquire.
In the meantime, we watch paint dry...
Guys, I know you have lost a lot of money as I have in this stock. I wanted to share this with you in case you wanna take a look. I owned this stock for 2 years (TTDZ) and I was loosing all my money too and I forgot about it as I did with MCLN, but for the last couple of month it has gone up about 400% and it looks like it will continue on its way up. I sold it 2 days ago after I made $5000 in profit and I got in again this morning. I actually could have made another $2000 in the last 2 days, but I was afraid to loose it again. I have no idea what I am doing, but just wanted to share this with you: pack, mth4, greenharvester, launch3, slyder75.
I know you have been here since the beginning! Good luck!!!
Have you all seen the status change? They went from Limited information to No information. Not sure what significance that plays in the overall health of this company but it seems like it is one step closer to being bankrupt.
You are absolutely correct n statements make by Laky and that report.
I have been wondering the same thing and especially in regards to the former CEO David Laky who was making very outlandish projections in regards to the various partnerships, etc. I am thinking he could possibly be liable for defrauding the investors of MCLN. You also need to look at Biomedreports the Goldman Report along with the CEO David Laky. David Laky has since moved on and he was getting a very nice salary with his time at MCLN and produced absolutely nothing. I have been out and sold all my shares when there was a runup from the merger news but I still lost a huge sum of money and I am hoping that a lawsuit will be forthcoming since I feel we could have been defrauded here and all these parties should be held accountable for their actions and it would be great to possibly get something back from all of our financial losses here. It appears that bankruptcy is very near on the horizon for this nightmare of a company.
I would be more than willing to put monies toward a lawsuit against MCLN.
Sure appears we're all on life support.
I sent Mr. Accardi another email last week. No reply. In the past, he has been prompt at getting back to me.
Maybe someone else will have better luck: jaccardi@gomcln.com.
I still expect an announcement of new management at some point.
All the promise this company had three years ago and look at it now. Accardi can't even give us anything. Nothing!!! Why did he take the job, is still a mystery to me.
My value just came back to a whopping $832.00. Gotta love this company. NOT!!
I just checked my Ameritrade account and it shows the pps @ .009.
Because I need the TRUTH.
I get on my Scottrade account this morning, and I see that there is NO value now with MCLN. It still show 104,000 shares in my account.
Anybody know what is going on, besides the obvious?
Why would a new president , take the job , and do nothing. Ok, he tried to merge with another company. Didn't work out, The other company had nothing to bring to the table.
Now we all just sit here with nothing to go on. We know this new president is working out of his home in Georgia, We also know he's not giving his full attention to MCLN.
So my question is, was he the only one who was willing to take the job. Why take a job and just let it go to nothing? Wouldn't that leave a mark, or a black eye on ones resume?
Because this poor excuse of a company is DEAD!
Too quiet. Why?
Looking for a nice surprise soon.
dont know.. maybe just buy a little :)))
mcln
Something's going on!
This could be the real thing!
Great!! Nobody is manning this disaster . He doesn't give a sh-- what happens anymore.
He has another job.
Director Strategic Accounts Americas at Tectura.
Until recently, he has always been quick and responsive to any emails I sent (which was much appreciated!). The recent silence as well as the termination of the merger, lead me to believe something else is afoot.
How in the world is Accardi making any money to pay for food, mortgage, ins, car???
I'm expecting a change in management / new direction. Just a hunch. I don't for see a bankruptcy. They aren't making money, but aren't losing much either. Only 23m shares outstanding. The IMWTA and partnerships offer a lot of $$ potential with the right product(s) to sell.
Until then, we watch paint dry.
Can investors sue Dave Laky? I am wondering what others are thinking here on whether we would have a good case to sue former CEO of MCLN Dave Laky for defrauding the investors of MCLN. He was making very outrageous revenue projections in the past with several partnership announcements, etc that never even came close to happening. It appears that bankruptcy is very near and I lost a huge sum of money on this investment. and we should all be giving this option some sonsideration. When you also add in the also outrageous Goldman report and also Biomedreports outrageous opinions did they also commit fraud of some sort and were they possibly all acting together to defraud investors.
Who was it that said, "if you don't have anything good to say don't say anything". Something like that anyway. Guess Accardi is taking that seriously!!
Ok, what happens now?
Here is your Answer: NO DEAL - The Merge has been Terminated as per an SEC filing by BMTL on 2/3/14.

Asked Accardi "What's up?"
He hasn't responded to the last couple of communications. Something is up. Good or bad.
Good question. I would guess that MedClean discovered that a merger offered zero benefit to either company. another opportunity may be out there but they sure aren't making an announcement.
How about coming out with the financials? They must be completed by now so why not release them, right?
I wonder what's next. MCLN terminated the agreement, not BMTL. Curious. Maybe another option presented itself.
Merger cancelled.
Biomedical just filed a 8-K. On January 27, they received a letter from MCLN cancelling the merger plan.
Not good.

I remember exactly why I bought this stock. The Obama administration was going to break the stranglehold Stericycle has on this business. Just like everything else this administration had promised, nothing happens.
Now we all sit here with no merger news, no information, no nothing.
