None at all. Just hope at this point.
Good Luck
Any update for us?
TIA
Ok thanks
On Fridays for one hour, after market close, you are able to send a pm to anyone. Give it try.
pack10, I don't have the ability to pm on ihub. If rumor and speculation are true, an announcement could come any day. Not sure how long it takes to do financials, but they should be nearing completion at this point.
I bought some more this past week. No risk, no reward. Shares drying up in this price range.
We will all see soon...
The deal is coming.
Yep. Funny that 200 share trade ( 200 x .004 = 80 cents ). Surprised they only dropped it back to .004. Thought they would take it all the way back to .0026. They may still...
Sure appears the MMs are keeping the price suppressed until news hits.
I agree. i bought everything available under .005 the other day. Wish there was more at that price. This 10,000 ask size is hiding how much is really available at .006.
This might be solid gold when they announce. Turning 1k into 10
Any time frame for fins?
thx
There is little at the Ask and this can go straight up on any buying which will come when the financials are released and the new management comes in.
The stock did not go down. What happened was some fool with 100,000 shares needed a tax loss , soa at the end of the year they did a market order sell and the market makers saw it and dropped their bid to .0001 and snatched it there. That is ten dollars.
Interesting a couple of $100 dollars at the BID made this go down to .002 and a couple of $100 dollars at the ASK made this go up to .006
Yes, a super 8K with audited financials after the reverse merger is announced. Debt is from previous management and hedge funds. I am sure whomeever is buying this will have made a deal with both.
Thx Bansky, Should they not have to file a 8K? Being a material event? I was looking at there financials they have a lot of debt, do you know anything about the debt holders?
Thx
They tried to do a merger with another waste mangement company and it did not happen so management basically gave up until another prospect came along. it has and they are completing the financials. When that is revealed so will the new managementr.
Hi all, new to this board. Why is this stock so flat? Almost two years and nothing; is the company still operating? Im trying to do DD to see if there is something here.
Thanks for any help.
141k market cap. Lets hope John can accomplish this merger.
Go MedClean!!
23 million outstanding with much in float. I expect some dilution over time after new management named. The stock is up 300% on modest volume in a few weeks.
Do you know what the current float is? I lost track some time time when they did a 100 / 1 reverse.
Any time frame for RM or at least an update?
Thx
The company has no money to even do financials, nott o mention no business, and that is why they have been looking for a reverse merger and takeover. The volume we have seen a few days ago was substantial for this float. The stock moved immediately to .006.
Wait for news.
Yes. Many filings due. New management. IMO, several news releases too.
Are we close to see some fillings?
Thx
i had to buy at the ask over the past month (between .003 and .004). anything at the bid was always swallowed up by somebody else not showing on the bid but stepping in front of me anyway.
You could have bought all you wanted to at .0025. Now you pay up to .006
The stock has a low float and therefore it can go above 10 cents, expecially if the buyer has something real to offer.
MCLN was involved in medical waste. Ebola has now awoken many such type companies and could be a perfect fit here.
Agree.
PPS will go above 2 cents only with fillings.
But RM news can push it to above 10 cents easy because of low float.
After the delinquent financials are filed you will find out whom they signed a deal with. It will be a reverse merger and new management.
Good luck to all who got in here and below. This was a 10 bagger when I called it at .002. Consider .02 to .04 as the price range it will go to.
I'm just waiting patiently. Been here so long, I can chill for a bit longer. I figured there would be more activity as well.
I believe if something was going on we'd see alittle more activity, I mean a 100k buy is only 250 dollars. Someone would step up and be willing to put that amount down if they thought anything good was about to happen. Don't doubt your word, just say'n
Smart move to have bought again at cheap prices. GLTY
Exciting stuff. John actually emailed me back for the first time in a long time. As always, he was super brief and didn't disclose anything not public, but did mention he was working on something and to hang in there.
Bought into tax loss selling recently regardless. Lowered my breakeven greatly. Satisfied at my position. Figured this was too good a shell, and someone would eventually want it.
Excellent.
I take that price.
Good enough for me.
Ty
Now that I have bought alot of paper at the .002 level I can tell you the story. The company will shortly put out completed financials and will have news on a reverse merger with new management. The stock will see 2 to 5 cents. Over time much higher than that. Today was the last day to see tax selling by those who needed a tax loss. There is 23 million shares in float and John Accardi was looking at deals for months now and over the past 30 days decided on one.
So GLTA who was able to buy anything.
Good risk here and good buy at W***too. You are in 2 short term sleepers.
2015 will make you a 1000% return fast
no joke. MM's have been here for over a month controlling the bid. Something is afoot. for well over a year they could have cared less. now they want all shares.
Ok, thanks for the reply. Will keep my fingers crossed.
Hearing some deals on John Accardi's table.
He has to choose the right one.
But he will do fillings first.
That's from 3rd person.
I have not spoken with CEO nor I have my own source.
Just a question, what do these guys have to offer, to make a deal , as you say? Been a long time shareholder and see nothing to get excited about.
I want to add more during this tax loss period.
This should be easy 3-5 cents or more after they close a deal.
imo
Got 100k more at end of day. Couldn't resist. Maybe it works out, maybe it doesn't. Missed those cheapies too. Some seller didn't use a limit order and got their ass handed to them at .0001.
Added 75K today.
But missed the super cheap ones.
Definitely doesn't pay to sell for anyone here a couple years or more. If the ask comes down, I may add to my position. If rumor holds true, a breakeven would be a holiday miracle.
If my guess is right he'll hang on just like I'm doing. Could be looking for a tax loss.
Hardly pays to sell at this point.
If ttxxhorns is even selling some, i figured more end of year unloading.
