This has nothing to do with a shareholder vote, but everything to do with the process of filing a RS. If you have read the most recent RS filing you would have seen that there was a 20-day grace period that they had to wait before executing the RS, had they done so.

On April 21, 2022, our board of directors and holders of a majority in interest of our voting capital stock approved a 1-for 1,000 reverse split of our common shares (“Reverse Split”). This approval is anticipated to be effective 20 days after this Information Statement has been distributed to our shareholders.

I'll use all the proceeds to buy a Much-Much-Better Operational Reporting Real-Business (Marijuana & Cannabis & NFT & Healthy-Beverage) peer (PBHG) at current Much-Much-Lower market value (mere $1.3M at its Bottom $0.0003) while this Super Risky Giant-R/S (1:1000) Empty-Shell (TMGI) is trading at $1.6M market value at $0.0001 now, LOL!

Note, TMGI only has $0.034M Tiny asset v.s. PBHG has nearly 53 Times Higher $1.8M Huge assets!

Based on the market value match alone, buying TMGI at its recent high 0.0045 = buying PBHG at 0.0159 which is 2.89 Times of its recent high 0.0055 or 53 Times of its Bottom 0.0003!
