Marine Growth Ventures, Inc Announces Registration with State of Florida for Timeshare Sales


Company Executes on Longstanding Cruise Timeshare Business Plan

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla., Aug 27, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Marine Growth Ventures, Inc. ("MGV") (OTCBB: MGRW) a growth focused diversified marine holding company, announced that Marine Growth Canada, Ltd. and Marine Growth Finance & Charter, Inc. both wholly owned subsidiaries of MGV filed registration documents with the State of Florida in order to commence Timeshare sales on its M/V Pacific Aurora, a Canadian flagged vessel. Euro Oceans Company ("Euro") has commenced Timeshare sales.
Marine Growth Canada purchased the M/V Pacific Aurora in May, 2007 and completed its shipyard renovations in Vancouver, Canada.

Bid .35 ask .52, MGRW started trading for the first time July 18, 2007. Went public by filing SB-2 in 2006 registering to sell one million shares at .20 per share. didn't start trading until July 2007. To date MGRW has traded only 40,500 shares. There is another 960,000 free trading shares left from the SB-2 that people paid only 20 cents per share for. At .35 X .52 this is trading much too high imho. I am waiting for this to come back to the price of the private placement of 20 cents per share.
