Is it possible to find a WORSE ticker to gamble on in the OTC than MRIB? I mean, does this company(CONpany?) have ANYTHING good going for it? If so, please enlighten me.
As far as the BAD goes:
1) Recent suspension.
2) Ticker now in the Grey Market.
3) The address of Marani Brands, Inc., 6490 W DESERT INN RD, Las Vegas, NV 91706 appears to be a house. (Google Map search it). Not surprising it's in Las Vegas.
4) No word from the CEO concerning this suspension. Not a peep.
5) The latest financials was the 3/31/2015 Quarterly.
6) No upward momentum and no reason to have any. At least not now.
At least the vodka wasn't boring.
I be curious to see the action on this ticker.
mribinc.com baby!
Last day, trading tomorrow!
So what is your prediction for Friday?
Just wondering.
But why? Is it people who have no clue? Rich folks? The YOLO folk? And was it the tainted "once bitten, twice shy" folk who stayed away the SECOND TIME because they just KNEW there was no way it'd get pumped again? (Is a THIRD time possible?).
Well, I think one can see the attraction of even a MRIB. I mean, why not? Stranger things have happened.
But it's almost $300 now, so that would be a nice bubble to be inside of anywhere under $200.
Funk those stonks!
Gamestonk isn't a stinky-pinky, it just stank.
It's definitely been a roller-coaster for that one. But no one could have predicted the turmoil it's been through lately thanks to WSB.
I posted today that if I'd bought it 2 days ago @ $180 I'd be up 40% now.
But with the wild swings I could also be down 60% tomorrow.
The sudden (but possibly temporary) rise of TSNP (HMBL as of 3/26) doesn't make up for all the losers. And since I own MRIB it's pretty much guaranteed to never go anywhere. At least not enough to dig me out of the hole I'm in - it's a long way to .037.
Ask some of the new millionaires who gambled on TSNP (now HUMBL). Or the new rich kids who gambled on GME before the pump.
But I get it.
gl
Speculating, gambling, boredom, seeing a ticker with apparent momentum thinking it has better odds to cash in someday than a lottery ticket?
Just guessin'.
Well, that's why I paid to be in it. But didn't gamble much.
Still, Friday should be interesting.
I would think.

how long can a company trade on the grey market?
Why would this go up after a suspension with no news or anything else?
Just wondering.
MRIB is suspended, meaning the SEC is not good with it. Next is grey. It will remain on the Grey Market until FINRA deletes the ticker symbols of OTC stocks that are not registered with the SEC.
Hope all data is done and SEC good with it. Will make PPS shoot up more.
Those two weren’t suspended, MRIB was.
SPRV wasn’t revived, instead they did a 1:1000 Reverse split. The A/ S was left as 20,000,000,000.
The order states that trading was suspended because of questions about recent increased activity and volatility in the trading of these issuers, as well as the influence of certain social media accounts on that trading activity. The order also states that none of the issuers has filed any information with the SEC or OTC Markets, where the companies' securities are quoted, for over a year.
SEC PR:
https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2021-35
MRIB SEC Suspension "because of questions regarding: the adequacy and accuracy of information concerning the securities of each of the issuers listed above because questions have arisen as to their operating status, if any; the recent, increased activity and volatility in trading in the securities of each of these issuers, in the absence of any publicly available news or recent information by these issuers; and certain social media accounts may be engaged in a coordinated attempt to artificially influence their share prices. The stock of each of the issuers above is quoted and traded on OTC Link whose parent company is OTC Markets Group, Inc. None of the issuers above has posted any information with OTC Markets Group, Inc. or filed any information with the Securities and Exchange Commission for over a year."

Order:

There are two types of SEC Suspensions, one for SEC Registered Issuers/Filers that are delinquent in filing Financials....
The second type of SEC Suspension involves questions about adequacy and/or accuracy of company information, including news releases, share issuances, stock promotions, whatever else the SEC may allege. This group comprises stocks that are not registered with the SEC and occasionally SEC Registered stocks. Both categories of stocks will remain on the Grey Market until either the SEC Admin Law Judge revokes the registrations of SEC Registered stocks or until FINRA deletes the ticker symbols of OTC stocks that are not registered with the SEC. The SEC may also file charges of FRAUD.

Paul Strickland is owner and CEO. He has revived other suspended companies before that he owned. I think he will do the same with MRIB. This one was not so high as some of the other suspended tickers. What was it, .0011 ? I think if we get a hint that Mr. Strickland is working on getting current, we may have a massive rally here.
Well, even THAT is more interesting then watching paint dry.
Well, certainly SOMEBODY is CEO or, at least, in charge? Strickland? I believe that Margrit has left the building, if not the country.
Was just wondering. Again.
What CEO?
Just wondering.
Any word from the CEO or anyone concerning this suspension?
Just wondering
A real Shocker eh?
Absolutely. Thanks, Dj.
The otcmarkets Mrib profile page is simply a portal through which a company authorized person can routinely access some of the company data for the purpose of making changes , updates etc.
As some of these pathetic frauds have abused the privilege, access to sensitive data that could be used to deceive the public is restricted.
Thats dirtbag strickland. LOLOLOL
Yep its another of Stricklands scams.
Again, that would be the person who runs the show, or at least until MRIB was Suspended - Paul Strickland. He could alter the info on their OTCMarkets profile. I think I just said that.
“That would be Paul Strickland, he’s running this stock, or I should say, he was - there are no other officers listed even though it’s incorporation is in Default. In the greys, trading is Illiquid.
Anyone could have put up that site for less than $20, the same stock photo is used on many different sites. I can’t imagine that suspended stock sites are a highly sought after commodity.”
anybody could put up the website, but not anybody can change the domain on the corporate profile on the otcmarkets.com

this is a shell. the old company is gone I think- new company company coming.
mribinc.com
Is MRIB even trying to sell anything anymore? I remember the vodka and something about Peppermint. But now?
I only got in for a few $$ because the pps was rising and I thought it might be a better gamble than a lottery ticket.
TIA
You're holding no matter what. It's suspended
And EHOS. Which is also currently suspended.

I disagree. The villain is NOT the SEC.

I found this info for BAYP. Apparently, Marani Brands owner Paul Strickland is actively working for the company (if this is the same Paul Strickland)
9330 LBJ Freeway
Suite 900
Dallas, TX 75243
Phone: 214-438-3890
Please be polite when you call to leave a message for Paul. The goal is to get his cooperation, not to villify. The villain is the SEC.
OTCMarkets has this for Bayport Holdings:
BAYPORT INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS, INC.

Anybody able to reach Paul Strickland? I'm sure he's a busy guy, and also a rich guy. He should be able to sort this out and get the ticker relisted. The SEC loves rich, influential people.
So, if the "Stop Sign" or the "Skull & Crossbones" aren't a deterrent to new speculators/traders who does a SEC suspension actually hurt? I mean, unless the company[CONpany?] isn't diluting or planning to, how does it really HURT them? Hell, MRIB doesn't seem to care about anything here of late anyhow so it's like only the current shareholders are being hurt by the suspension because their shares are worthless for the length of it.
Well, no?
But then again, perhaps most don't start out that way but just end up realizing that it's far easier to sell shares than to profitably sell a product and/or service.
Just thought I'd vent a bit to start off the day.
A CONpany is a stinky pinky whose main purpose is to sell shares. (As opposed to a real company whose purpose is to try to market a legit product and/or service at a profit.)
Wish I had known that in 2014.
...........................
But now I don't know what MRIB is trying to sell. If anything.

I with Quaker and y Sam.. it does not look good, but the OTCMarkets.com allowed someone to change the domain name from maranibrands.com to Mribinc.com. Then Mribinc.com teases us in December with a coming home page and a cryptic logo. Advice if your holding this will trade in grey market but no bid will be available. Just have to put your price out there. I think this is now a shell for something much bigger. Either way I have to hold. I write it off against gains but more reward to hold than to sell on March 12.
