CAMBRIDGE, UNITED KINGDOM, Mar 31, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- Makism 3D Corp. (OTCBB: MDDD) ("Makism 3D" or the "Company"), a manufacturer of consumer and professional grade 3D printers wishes to apprise of a change in the status of its share price quotation on the OTC Markets and to provide an update regarding strategic product development activities for Q1 2014.
Makism 3D is pleased to advise that it has resumed quotation on the OTC Markets "OTCQB" marketplace. The stock maintains a notation of "unsolicited quotes only," which reflects that no firm is presently making a market in the stock on OTC Link. The Company advises all potential investors to discuss investment decisions with a registered investment advisor prior to making any investment. Makism 3D is currently compliant with the rules and regulations of the exchange and shares in the company's stock are available within the constraints of normal trading activities on the OTC Market. For more information please contact Investor Relations at mddd@crescendo-ir.com.
The Company further wishes to provide an update of recent activities which includes the successful completion of its long awaited move to a new development and manufacturing facility located at the Future Business Centre in Cambridge, UK. The new facility provides much needed space and access to an entrepreneurial environment rich with opportunity, advice and enthusiasm.
Ongoing product innovation includes the development of an all new industrial printer lineup destined for use with service companies providing rapid prototyping and manufacture to clients via "printer farm" environments. The Company has also commissioned an updated electronic motherboard which increases efficiencies and has been adapted to exploit the company's latest technical advances in motor controls.
Technically, the biggest advance undertaken in recent months has been the adoption of a "closed-loop" control system developed for the Wideboy(TM) printer lineup. Although it may have slowed the release of the product, it is deemed critical in the long-term design evolution.
Closed-loop controls are found in many 2D inkjet printers, but are currently rare within 3D printers in the Wideboy(TM) price range. The benefits of a closed-loop system are numerous and include dramatically increased accuracy and reliability, significantly higher production speeds, and a marked increase of independent print controllability.
Company CEO Luke Ruffell states, "We remain confident that our Wideboy(TM) will launch as the best product in its class for 2014. We appreciate the patience of our shareholders, partners and 3D print aficionados everywhere, as we remain committed to delivering a market-leading and cost-effective product."

the reason that it came off the greys is because there are unsolicited quotes. this gets complicated. this also happened to rino if you want a comparable. that stock was on and off the greys a few times. but as far as this one goes, there is no solicited bid or ask. no sponsoring market maker and no form 211 has been submitted to finra. notice the warning.

There is no CE on MDDD any longer.
Looks like went up to the OTCQB last Thursday and the CE came off on Friday.
Our office researched the prior year of halts and could not find one halt that moved up from the grey market. In fact, most had little to no volume and price never recovered.
Looking at mddd, we discussed not being one bit surprised to see this >$1 if any form of news came out.
C/E You will find it easy to get in, but you might find it a lot harder to get out!
When did this come off the greys? That is extremely rare! Considering how this has run in the past, I wouldn't be surprised to see it run yet again.
Wrong. It has been CE since last year. CE came off today!
Additionally, it has moved up from the Grey Market to the OTCQB! First time a bunch of us have seen this ever!
MDDD went Caveat Emptor yesterday;

"Products shipping yet?" You're joking, right?
Any updated info on this company? Products shipping yet??
So can you buy a 3d printer and then print more 3d printers.... Because that would be awesome :-P
Then we would have a use for all those old computers. Yay mobo time!
No information on the Makism website under any category regarding the Wideboy Meet and Greet that was set for today. Nothing that I can find on Xumanii either.
Perhaps people are waking up and dumping this stock? Or are the insiders dumping today?
The dump is on, the rout is on.
Tried to access Xumanii to watch the Wide Boy demo and the company website and computer turned slow as molasses, maybe a browser issue, will try again with Firefox(was using Chrome.)
Of course, there may just be a postponement announcement there.
Two great fantasies, the Wideboy™ and Middle Earth***
***(but Middle Earth probably exists...)
Three Wideboys™ for the Elven-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord Luke on his dark throne
In the Land of Makism where the Shadows lie.
One Wideboy™ to rule them all, One Wideboy™ to find them,
One Wideboy™ to bring them all and in the darkness bind them
In the Land of Makism where the Shadows lie.
counting the minutes 'til demo-time!!!
I just learned that tomorrow's demo will be streamed live by Xumanii Networks!!!
Remember last summer's APS "pick", XUII???
XUII was trading for less than a dime last April when Awesome Penny Stocks showcased XUII's revolutionary streaming technology. The promoters claimed the stock would go to da moon. The first week of the promo volume went from 0 to 12 million shares and the price from .09 to .23. The price peaked at .75 in mid July before the XUII space ship flew too close to the sun and plummetted back to earth.
Today, the "stock" is a "steal" at .03!!!
Recently Xumanii entered the mobile computing and cloud storage arena and announced that it is changing the company name to catchy "Imerjn". The press releases are quite entertaining...
What? XUII and the Xumanii streaming network are scams?
Say it ain't so! No streaming arrangement with XUII???
What? Not all penny stock companies are honest and legit??? I own those 5 million shares that I, of course, bot on first print when MDDD came out if suspension.
But after the demo tomorrow when our stock goes "to da moon", I'll be able to sell all of those shares I want for at least like six bucks a share. Right?
I feel like Gollum as I'm drooling over my shares: "I'm so rich, my precious..."

Multiple "same" printings don't make a subject more relevant. Just boring!
Good article but was it necessary to post it so many times?
I noted with interest the last few comments from the younger readers, boy there was some deep stock analysis there.

That's a f'd up fat finger for sure
Who was the genius that picked up 1K shares @ 118.00!!
http://tinypic.com/r/24c76m9/5
What if the seller bought the same 1K shares @ .11. You do the math on that ROI lol
Well the crazy guys that bought at 0.3 have just made a 10 bagger... Nice. Sometimes it's better to be crazy. Lol
I cashed out the gap and run I called for yesterday - that sure was an easy call, although it has gone a bit higher than I thought it would. Not sure what some on this board were thinking who cashed out early and predicted the run was over yesterday based on nothing. As I said, I just follow the volume and price momentum - everything else is BS. If it holds up, I will reload EOD for another gap and run tomorrow. May crash today so I will wait until 3:45 before pulling the trigger.
That's right....Advertising doesn't come cheap! I can't imagine how much Twitter spent on advertising for their recent stock market launch.

Just got a hard mailer yesterday said compenaation was 1.9 million for the promo
This is crazy isn't it!!! I'm upset I sold now at 1.60. Could the sec shut this down again?
I got out yesterday after 160 percent gains and I'm kicking myself for it. Soab
APS is dead. There has been a lot of good promotion action since mid-December. Hell, all the pot stocks are BS and check out there runs (which I profited from nicely). I have been in this one, CNTO, VEND, MCIG, the pot stocks and few other p&d tickers over the past month for nice profits. I have been trading the OTC for years - it has always been cyclical, and promoters like APS come and go. The SEC had its little pet project, made some halts, and has moved on. A steady stream of nice P&D tickers has returned. In fact, the attack on the OTC and the rise of those idiots from pumps and dumps.com also had some nice side benefits as I now also play promotions on the big boards as the scammers were forced to diversify schemes. I made more money in December and January than I have since May of last year when FNMA made all good day traders wealthy.
This one will gap and run in the morning (look at the perfect appreciation in price and volume for this last run; always attracts more action) - I won't be holding past 10:30 personally though.
GLTA
This is looking like a good old APS play... Are they back playing without the sec looking? What is the story here?
I don't know about London Bridge, but I just sold my shares yesterday and doubled my money over 4 days and am now out of it!GLTA
What are you all doing this company doesn't even have an office!!!!!
yes it is, run for the hills.
Newbies here are the facts.
This stock has been suspended by the SEC and has been downgraded to the grey sheets. It is extremely rare for a company to recover from that.
In addition, it has been downgraded to Caveat Emptor by the firm that runs the OTC Markets.
Do you really feel lucky now? Still want to put your hard earned money into this?
Just got a mailer on this. Is this one of those pump and dump schemes?
