No change on the O/S . Dilution claim overstated. Unusual trading by MM's cause the drop. I know for a fact they were filling orders at the bid even when you set your buy order at the ask. This caused buy transactions to appear as sells pushing the stock lower instead of naturally pushing the stock higher which should have been the case.
O/S has held at 209 million for a week now.

Those shares were bought and sold, or sold and bought back. They are now in OS...they are in the float. They have hit the market. New shares don't print otherwise. What entity bought them is relevant....but the fact remains that nearly 40% of the OS has traded in 5 days. New shares absorbed. Looks like lows are holding....
