There may be a clue in the filings once they come out. Kind of surprised they went yield. Usually pretty good about staying compliant. Looks like they were trying to catch them up in August. I wonder if the Aether sale made them take a second look at things since it was mid Aug.

I agree! It’s wishful thinking. But when CNBC ran the Aether story, speculation ran wild that there would be a RM between the two companies. The stock was rising well until the MASN sold shares at a much lower price.
Either way, since there was PR regarding the Aether investments, I would think there would be news if we sold it.

I think that’s a big stretch, but in the OTC never say never.

I only found this article because I had been checking around monthly to see if any SEC charges would be lobbed against the CEO /COO of MASN.

Only because of the Alex Dillion stuff. Doesn’t appear there has been any to date.

I have still been following these guys around although I have only a small block of shares. Last news I found is this piece. Been curious what the payout may have been of their Aether holding, since it was bought by Grown Brilliance. Plus, Clean Origins board advisor was the former Signet Jewelers CEO which MASN has touted business connections with for a while.
