i know what's the problem:
it's ME! :) no really, every time i buy something it goes to Crap. i bought GAXY(galaxy minerals) in early 2005. it was promising, but as soon as i got in, it went waaay down. i've been holding it for more than 2 years and nothing yet, they even filed bankruptcy . then SIRI, that's another one, everyone thought it was the play of the century since Howard Stern and all that, but not until I bought it :)
it shure ain't funny, but am gonna start a website with everything i buy and tell people to stay the heck away from them :)

Thanks skidm. I guess we will just have to hang on to it and see what happens over time. I also got in on this one because of Bloomfield, so can't blame anyone but myself for not doing my own DD. Thought I could get in and out but unfortunately it didn't work out that way. Then the RS so not sure this will get back up to a break even point for myself. Good luck to anyone holding on to this, I figure it will be in my account for awhile now.

Own shares also with the suggestion of Bloomfield Investment
Club. I spoke with the CEO last Friday. Of course, he explained that the R/S was to raise the pps. This is fine
but when the pps doesn't hold, you start losing money. This
has happened to me every single time I owned a R/S stock.
Examples: PLMA, RMDN. They both lost around 90% (quickly) of their value after R/S. Looks like this one is holding so far.
Last time I looked it was at 6 (reverse split price).

I know. I bought this a couple of months ago, I didn't see any pr about a symbol change or reverse split. Now I am not sure what is going on with this company or it's stock. Just stuck holding it in my account. Anyone know what is going on with it?

Oh i see, not they just updated it, after that split they show that i have 3666 MDBH shares :( it would have been nice to have those 100000 at 0.06, i would've paid some of my college loan today :)

on my Bank of America account i have 110000 shares of MDBY and it shows them UNAVAILABLE !!! i can't even sell them now. this is the message is has instead of the ticker symbol "MADISON BAY HLDGS INC 1 FOR 30 REVERSE SPLIT INTO MADISON BAY HLDGS INC COM NEW CUSIP #55662T208"

I just checked my Bank of America account it is showing my pps for Madison Bay at .06 tell me this isn't another mistake on thier part.
Almost had my 3rd Heart Attack when iI saw triple digits in the green. LOL

If you hold them until the next PR you should be able to sell at .01 or better. Those most you'll lose is $250 if it goes to zero.
