Well like they say if it sounds too good to be true........ Lots of volume for a shell stock I must say though.

I honestly don’t know Scoots, what is odd is I have gone through a few back channels to contact Global. Still no response... but people from global have viewed and re-viewed my LinkedIn profile numerous times since I messaged them each day since I sent 1 message. I seamed to have struck a nerve. I also tracked down madcatz interactive accounts receivable vp. Her name is Debbie Moore. She works for WD40 now, but still works for interactive. Why would they need a receivables person if they are not still services accounts? I have called her multiple times as well. No answer. The radio silence is the only thing that has kept me in. If there is no relationship why not release a presser? I’m on it scoots. Plus my distress finance guy is poking the bear as we speak. I will give you info as I get it.

Ok fellas, so I spoke to my buddy over the weekend... it doesn’t look good. He specializes in distress financing. He feels they are selling off any value. Effectively making interactive worthless. Can anyone find the actual sales contract for tritton?

I’m with you grumpy... Alex is a PR guy. He isn’t the one we need info from. He is a dopey YouTube star. We know it is a new start and a new company. Frankly he doesn’t know how to spell stock let alone the intricate nature of how this all works.

Let me put it like this... they could not sell tritton if their obligations through bankruptcy were not met. Furthermore they could not sell assets of interactive with out being connected. If that were the case they could sell the Brooklyn bridge since the new company isn’t affiliated to the bridge either. Something is up. I will advise once I get more info. I’m holding on for now.

Thanks for the email. Yeah, great to see Mad Catz back. The new company is Mad Catz Global, has nothing to do with old Mad Catz who went bankrupt. The new entity is very different, it’s a private company and not the one trading shares.

I’m with you scoots... why I am not calling bullshit is it would be business suicide for this to be a dud. They are trying to reinvent a global brand. Literally. The last thing any business that is trying to make a push back into the global arena after bankruptcy needs is to be involved in deceiving investors. There is a bigger plan here that I’m sure of. The radio silence is being done by design. That’s why I am hopeful this is a sleeper. If there was no affiliation or benefit it would be smart for them just to tell us and continue their mission without the bad press that will follow.

Not sure if they would know anything, inner workings wise, but it might not hurt to send people at Global another message giving them the opportunity to clear this up before we as a group start emailing companies like verbatim or even amazon asking for clarity since our requests for information are being ignored. Last thing they need is bad PR at this stage.
I am all for getting to the bottom of this. The way I see it, we are either invested right and we make a killing, or if this is shady We blow the roof off it.
Tritton was property of interactive, fact. How could they sell as Global if they are not linked somehow?
Again I am biased because I want this to be real. We are all big boys and girls, we know the risk we took buying this...at the least we deserve a straight answer.

Or (optimistically)

They want us spooked with no info and we sell so they don’t have to Pay us. ;)

Well Gents, I have been on a mission to figure out if we will benefit from the new Mad Catz or we are just bag holders.... Now I hold a large position here and am biased for this to be real just like all of you. I have tried every avenue to contact Company short of going to China. Now as most of you noticed our shares are preferred stock. Meaning, a Share, which gives preference to receive profits or refund of capital in case the company is dissolved. So this at least protects our asses if this is dissolved. I have contacted Steven Yu business development VP at new company via LinkedIn. Asked him bluntly to explain relationship between interactive and Global Limited. He did not answer but took the time to review my profile. This raised my eyebrow. Unfortunately I have gotten no straight answers as of yet, but will have my assistant keep pushing until I do. What I have pieced together is that we own the US interest of this company. I own similar interests in Canadian cannabis companies that trade officially on the TSX in Canada but OTC markets globally. In closing I remain optimistic and will continue to hold. I will update you as I get more info.
