Saw this with Gevi and did just that. Some times they drop like this and it starts a rally, because of the volume.

Not that much volume, so either a tax loss sale or wanted to buy something else, or margin call, or estate death dump.

Seems like someone liquidating again - don't blame them with no communication from the company - not sure if they don't care are want to wait until they have free trading shares to sell before they make a run at it. Will be sitting with a low bid and see what happens....shame this has so much potential

One I got into, is a R/M saved shell that now looks like a $$$-Billion dollar new generation of fire suppression chemistry that is EPA and forestry service approved, just as the EPA has outlawed the old stuff, a 3M forever fluorine based chemistry that has a 1/2 a trillion dollars in lawsuits popping up world wide for water, and soil and firefighter lung contamination going back to WWII..

Most unknown stock on OTC right now, besides this black box ticker here...

They both, like this one have super small OS and floats...
In another with 292,000 float, nano tech, waiting for the EM/CE to go by by...

Takes a lot of patience for these stocks... But only takes one to retire on...

I bought the dips on this 2020 and 2021. Just waiting for $ land and the real story, such as is this next Enron (before it became a scam, LOL), Google or Tesla in the making....

No I was not wash trade or gift at the bid buyer. Hoping it is whale loading cheap ready to run it up to $ land while watch, cheer it on and eat popcorn.

That said a dime is below the multi year trend line...

This one is no different. I have noticed that dead volume stocks some times start rallies with selling first, big % swings first... where the bid to ask spread was 50% down 100% up..

Volume attracts buyers.. News on days like today are a waste.

The SEC had previously restricted all OTC tickers that were not compliant and up-to-date. She'll companies were given an additional 18 months to be fully compliant.
