Abbreviated contents of an email I sent to Losingmoney last night...he asked me to post it here:
"Know you guys don't usually play pinkies, but thought you might want to take a peek at Vaenza/SBRH over the weekend.
Up 100% Friday on five times normal vol. It's been trading around .0003 to .0005 for over a month with good accumulation. Did a pincher Friday. Going to exhibit next week (Wed. to Fri.) at ExpoSolar in S. Korea, world's largest solar conference. Was up to #2 Friday on Breakout Boards and Big GREEN ticker in Buzz Cloud for two days. Found them last Fall from i_like_bb_stock (Mod. of BB's Stock Haven). A few other well-followed traders came on board Friday, including stockfalcon, pennychaser and nitwit. Share structure confirmed with TA Madison, as of Feb. 10, 2011: A/S 2bil, O/S 1,488,875,690...Float just about 800mil. No dilution. Upgraded to "limited Info" on pinksheets on Jan. 19th. Boardmarks up 7 since Friday close. Barchart showing "Strong Buy". As of Friday close, RSI 63.34
In last two hours Friday, twenty-two trades, all at ask, several multi-million (21 at .0005 and last at .0006) Hit $.45 in June 2010. Twitter lighting up...several from international countries.
Never hurts to see old friends make some dinero."
Too bad I let them scare me out of it when it started dropping kind of rapidly. Made a little money, but could have done better.
Well, my brother got offered a job in another state so he is in the process of moving out of AZ. Looks like we are going to bypass AZ and just go out to vegas for a few nights. Will definately let you guys know if Im ever in the area though.
Apparently, it wasn't yet. Would have been a nice intraday long trade today.
It looks like it is getting top-heavy or hitting significant resistance in this area. It had a big-volume day 6 trading days ago.
I tend to agree, a lot of overhead...
Lol, I know, that is why I never mention it, don't like that industry, I think retail will be the next "bottom of the barrel" industry!
Losing
And it continues to fall.....lol
Almost every day, they buy.....
Losing
PSUN finding a bottom? Greek Investments sure is buying a lot of this one.
There has been some good pull back opportunities to get in on this one. Starting to move again today though.
No....I think it runs past $.50
$25 Million in Assets.... $6 Million market cap, no dilution. Great revenues coming... pretty easy argument for me to make that it will go up.
I looked at this when you first posted it and it was around .09 I was already in a risky stock and have decided to limit myself to one at the most at a time. it's made a run and thinking it might pull back.. your thoughts?
maybe we should start a new board.. lol.. no sitting around waiting for insider buys.. 'We buy you sell' 'We sell you buy'.. simple.. lol
I'm thoroughly convinced that price specifically waits for me to exit before it moves... lol
Or, that it's found it's top when I buy... lmao ohhhh this year is already going down hill... at least I still have a sense of humor about it... lol
lol, happens to me sometimes too (grin)
Losing
I agree.. I wouldn't mind not seeing it take off minutes after I sell though.. lol
Definitely good advice. Congrats, guys!
Don't think about it brother, you will never hit the bottoms or the tops, and as soon as you realize that, this game gets a little easier. Took me a long time to realize that!
Losing
Nice Game! We will get more insiders, just have to have patience!
losing
It is now $14.00 you can only laugh.. The last two sells I have posted the stock has ran within minutes afterwards.. Ok.. I just sold TEAR
Dumped the rest of QPSA at 12.75 I figured it was time.. Made 125% it will probably keep climbing but I'm hoping I can make more with the money off insiders
I should have jumped into this one. That huge volume spike should have been a good indication of what was going to happen.
Not yet, but it is one I am going to watch. Putting over a million dollars of your own money into a stock is saying a lot, in my opinion.
It came accross scumfish but did not meet our Micro Insider to post
Rich is a subscriber to my www.scumfish.com
Rich I hope you made some $$ on this one

Just curious if ZIOP ever came across the matrix? Saw an article it had the most insider buying of the month or something.
Nobody is talking about OPK. I wish I had seen it 2 days ago. It has had a nice move the last 2 days after a large insider purchase.
Thanks, Losing.
WNRC seems to be consolidating a bit here at .15-.16 before continuing higher. I'm expecting more news next week that should help propel it even higher.
Rhino
WNRC had a nice pop yesterday!! Congrats to you!

Nice brother!! That one was a great play Game!

Drew, wouldn't wait too long...A few of us accumulated big chunks when it was under $.04. And haven't sold at all. There has been a bit of a lull of news which has provided a base at $.08, but Dan (the CEO) is committed to putting out more news since now they have fully acquired a chunk of BajaBroadband.com. The coolest thing is they are buying small town cable providers for ZERO DOLLARS...the 'former' owners are just saying pay is $25,000 per month until its paid off. Consequently, the profit from these is about the same. Why are larger cable companies willing to sell these? Because they don't want to have to deal with small towns.
I will tell you this... in the last 8 years the CEO has not issued 1 new share to anyone, period (with the exception of to acquire NGen Solutions). There will be NO dilution and no wasted money on promoters.
How will it get promoted? They want to buy shares back with profits and retire them, then they own 2 TV stations and 2 radio stations, soon there will be more....these stations can provide free promotion as much or as little as the company wants. Then they are also doing a small cap financial channel.
You can try to accumulate 200 shares a week at $.07-.075, but you'll be competing with 6 others who have bids there (for 200 shares). IMO, just load up at $.08 and sit there until you get whatever you want filled. Better to be in, than out. And I will tell you the NEWS they have is phenomenal. They are already making more in revenue than their current market cap.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=4629
Very true. WNRC can definitely be a great long-term play, imo. My guess is that they get bought out down the road, maybe in a couple of years.
Right now, it is very hard to accumulate much below .08, so you might not get much if any in the .07s.
A couple of things you should also know:
1. WNRC closed on an acquisition from Baja Broadband at the end of 2010, but this transaction has not be PR'd yet. I think it may happen early next week. This acquisition is expected to generate $2.5M+ in annual revenue.
2. Not a lot has been said about their Mexicanal affiliate yet (KELM-43), but it has been reported here that it has been launched, so maybe another PR regarding this:
http://www.multichannel.com/article/461457-Mexicanal_Gains_Through_Multicast_Rollouts_In_Austin_Reno.php?rssid=20061
The Mexicanal affiliate is also where they plan to introduce some new Small Cap Finance programming, which could eventually become its own channel with a national feed. Financial coverage of small caps is definitely missing from CNBC, Bloomberg, Fox Business, etc.
3. WNRC's Satview subsidiary is estimated to have about 5,000 customers right now, generating annual revenue of approx. $3.5M. If you look back at the PR from 9/27/2010, they were pursuing another cable system of 20,000 customers in AZ:
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=44537395
Just doing some simple math, it would appear this acquisition could bring in some major revenues if it happens.
Good luck picking up some shares, Drew.
Rhino
May start accumulating at the bottom of the range... looks interesting, and some good DD provided here.
Could be a good long term player.
Rhino, WNRC should be getting their first check for $100,000 for receivables. Then be getting close to $300,000+ per month in CURRENT REVENUES. Revenues will ONLY go up, because they have TV stations and Radio stations.
BTW, keep this off the WNRC board, but they are negotiating a much larger cable company deal. Have to wait for the details. But, it could quadruple any current estimates. We will see!
This is a good post to start with.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=54088536
But, I will say that what those "conservative" numbers show...are actually below "ACTUAL" numbers...because there are numerous updates.
You're going to make a LOT of MONEY on WNRC...and have some fun with it. THE BEST COMPANY I'VE SEEN IN A LONG TIME. NO SMOKE, NO MIRRORS, NO PUMP, NO DUMP.
Call the CEO and you can confirm $300,000 a month in CURRENT revenues. And this market cap is only $3 Million. It should hit a 2011 revenue of $7-10 Million...and 2012 will be massive. Going to be a $50-100 Million company. OFF OF REAL REVENUES, not phony market cap magic.
Losing, I think you're gonna like this hidden little gem I'm about to share here.
WNRC isn't your typical MICRO Insider Play, but it does have the potential for some insider activity in the near future. WNRC is a startup media company, which acquired two TV station licenses out of bankruptcy for only $45,000 and now carries local affiliate feeds of Azteca and Mexicanal spanish television in the Reno, NV market. The Azteca affiliate is also being fed to Charter Communications.
It also has acquired some small cable systems in the same region, which bring positive cash flow to help allow for further expansion. As you read the story below, keep in mind that the CEO has stated that he would like to begin a share buyback and retire those shares, which is quite astounding given the already very low share structure. The CEO has a history of carrying through on everything he has said thus far, so I believe the buyback will happen.
SHARE STRUCTURE:
Authorized Shares: 100,000,000
Outstanding Shares: 33,736,542
Public Float: 12,446,490 <-- very low float
NOTE: CEO Dan Green has not and will not dilute the share structure. He has been funding the company out of his own pocket to get it started. Now that there is some positive cash flow, there is a chance he may initiate a share buyback to further improve the share structure.
WEEKLY CHART:
Has been consolidating in the .07-.10 range for several months, but with recent and pending news, close followers of the company believe another breakout is imminent.
WHAT DOES WNRC DO?
WENR Corporation (WNRC) was a non-operating co. and recently purchased two subsidiaries without altering the share structure (Satview Broadband Ltd. and Ngensolutions LLC):
Satview Broadband Ltd.
Satview has been in operations for nine years and is headquartered in Reno, Nevada. Satview holds franchise systems in markets in Nevada and Utah. It provides cable television and is an Internet provider.
•Satview has operations in: Topaz Lake, NV; Jackpot, NV; Wells, NV; Fillmore, UT and Delta, UT. Operations continue to be profitable.
•Satview expects to close on an acquisition of additional subscribers from Baja Broadband at the end of 2010. This cable system will immediately generate revenue for Satview.
•Satview will continue to explore for additional acquisitions.

•Ngensolutions has signed a retail sales agreement with Charter Communications. The Company can generate as much as $150 from new cable subscribers. •Ngensolutions has moved the KXTO-AM 1550 Radio Station to its new studio.
•Ngensolutions has signed an agreement to operate a "Smooth Jazz" station in Reno. The Company will sell ad space and have an option to purchase the license.

Cool thanks Losing, we might check out that casino. What part of town is it in? My brother lives in Avondale and I think we will probably stay with him or might find a hotel up in the Glendale area, not really sure yet.
