MSMY already filed Q reports for 3/31/2022 and 6/30/2022. I think they are filing amendments for 2021 Annual reports and attorney letter after some corrections from otcmarkets. So documents should have been reviewed already and new changes review should take less time.

I think we should hear something from the company once they get current.

Total mystery. 100k cash seems to me to be a lot of cash to just be sitting idle. Why wouldn’t you at least try to get more people to buy your stock to give you a boost. Isn’t that the point of going public? So to sit idle for a full year seems senseless. They must have some game plan of some sort. Frustrating. Glad i got out, even losing my butt. I’ll keep an eye out on it, just in case they get their heads out of their rear end. Still for now has a great SS. Miss the excitement and chatter. Timing is everything. If Mazurek could have got the caps for the bottles, I think koman and dr cbd would have signed and we would have all been sitting very pretty. Supply chains and the fact that nobody wanted to work screwed msmy. SO sad.

Not much is known. They are just keeping up to date and they stated to someone via text that they intend to get back to pink current with no time frame given. The filings state they plan to add trucking to existing operations, but we don’t really know what those existing operations are. It’s a total mystery at this point

Marking the 10th anniversary since Colorado voters approved marijuana legalization at the ballot, Sen. John Hickenlooper (D-CO) announced on Thursday that he will soon be filing a congressional bill to set the country up for federal cannabis reform.

Specifically, the Preparing Regulators Effectively for a Post-Prohibition Adult-Use Regulated Environment Act (PREPARE) Act would direct the attorney general to create a commission charged with making recommendations on a regulatory system for marijuana that models what’s currently in place for alcohol.

The measure is identical to a House companion bill that Reps. Dave Joyce (R-OH), Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) and Brian Mast (R-FL) filed in April. Hickenlooper’s staff told Marijuana Moment that the Senate version will be formally introduced when the chamber returns from recess in mid-November.

The senator sees the commission that would be created by the legislation as similar to a task force he empaneled when he was Colorado’s governor to steer implementation of legalization at the state level.
