Well hopefully, Terry Freeman has something special he can use to generate some M20 sales. Every time things start to look better, Bush or one of his team comes out with a statement that slows everything down again. ****eray****

As usual, a "...filing.." to clear insider or 144 shares is not a sale. You need a Form-4 to see that, and I don't see any such referenes offered.
But, people can sell if they want to, that what makes a market.

More insiders selling...
http://biz.yahoo.com/t/m/masg.ob.html
All this selling by registered owners will keep some buyers away.
I believe JM has a good clue that they are converts moving on.
If we have a wall of fear... all this paper floating around is surely one!
If we go up from here inspite of all the selling, wow...
We'll see.
Quit interesting on the charting, if you are interested.
90 days from the low in April (3/31/03) LOW PIVOT is exactly 8/8/03.
If you look at the chart 8/8 is the start of a new trend. The chart has found its base (in my judgement). I wrote something here on that day indicating as such. Now the further we come away from that (in time) the clearer the chart will be.
Exactly 90 days! I've NEVER seen it so simply. It's like a Mozart's early symphonies, so clever, and so beautiful.
Other notices:
This last retracement was .786. They pushed it a little. That was that pitiful drop beyond the earlier low. MM got two ticks off of that move. This reinforced the earlier bullish 90 day action.
So we have a free ride to somewhere.
Who says wall street is not generous at times.
Of course this thing could flop again lower. But I believe it is harder these days for the MM to manipulate the stock too too much.
December 12th will announce another 90 days. Do you think we can complete anther cycle by then?
If someone had a gun to my head: the next advance should take us proudly past .12
But then, no one asked.
Regards,
Hello Eray,
Does this all mean they have not decided on an engine for this body?
I had no idea. Wish I knew more about the subject. engine's and all.
I'll have to research some. If hear any more plse post.
craig.
Hey folks,
Nice action today. There is a nice seller out there that is letting a LOT of people buy this thing at or under .04.
Eray, you say you contacted CAG by mail? is that snail mail? You have an insider there? Or did you just write them out of the blue? That is great info! They are in the translation mode? Wonder how many prints they have?
I reckon the 'agreement papers' are a formality. Actually, I'm suprised Mooney announced this BEFORE formalities were signed and sealed. Your info is very nice.
Today's PR announcement was about what they have been saying over the last months.
We did find out though: Mooney will be manufacturing planes BEFORE the plane is sold! Therefore they are taking on the risk of inventory. Which is a good thing! Whenever I want a new 'toy' I always want it soon as possible!
Very little can keep us under .04 at this time. Next serious stop is around .08 in my book.
NO brainer back to .20 and beyond. Remember the price when buying mooney was just announced?.... around .45 or .40. You think we will get back there?
I can't wait to see this thing step up over time. We should be taking another baby steps as soon as tomorrow. It would be nice to see our pull backs LESS THAN 50%(of the float value!)
This stock movement ALL makes sense. Wall street dumps stock with NEW managment... for about a year. Now that Happy is proving himself new money is coming back.
GEEE $7.00 to .0005? Dang! I'm sorry about that!
Now its .0005 back to ???.
If I were a betting man (which I'm not) I'd say Happy ain't happy till we are listed back on the Nasdaq. Hell, he may even have the Big Board in mind.
Thanks for all your posts. Great information
Best regards,
Craig.
Mooney Aerospace Group Reports Over $4.5 Million in Revenues for First Six Months of 2003
Over $5.4 Million In Booked Orders for 13 Planes Are Scheduled to Be Delivered
KERRVILLE, Texas, Aug 21, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Nelson Happy, President of Mooney Aerospace Group (OTCBB:MASG), announced today that the company has recorded over $4.5 million in revenue for the first six months of 2003 ending June 30, 2003. Eight planes were delivered in that period and additional revenue from parts and service amounted to approximately $1.35 million of the $4.5 million total.
"Mooney was able to meet the objectives laid out in its business plan during the first half of the year, and we are now operating the production process more efficiently," commented Mr. Happy.
"During the six month period we were able to successfully complete manufacturing of most of the airplanes that were work in process when we restarted the factory in 2002. Completing and delivering eight aircraft in the first half of 2003 is clearly an accomplishment our team at Mooney is quite proud of," concluded Mr. Happy.
In additional news the company announced today that it has received orders for 13 more planes amounting to over $5.4 million in sales. The majority of these planes are expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2003. Recently the company has been generating approximately $50,000 per week in parts and service business and expects this revenue stream to continue in support of the over 8,000 Mooney planes in operation.
The company currently projects approximately 30 planes will be sold in 2003 the first year of full operation for the company. Annual revenues are expected to approach the $15 million dollar mark.
Looking forward Mr. Happy commented on Mooney prospects for the remainder of 2003: "Production capacity for the factory operations is in excess of 30 planes under the current conditions. With our current backlog of 13 planes we expect to meet the approximately 30 planes in sales for 2003, resulting in sales of up to $15 million including parts and service revenue projections. Sales will be somewhat influenced by the availability of the new accelerated depreciation rules. Clearly, the recent award by Plane and Pilot Magazine will propel the Ovation 2 into the forefront of the single engine plane market. I expect that any inventory we can build in the last quarter will be snapped up by tax savvy pilots.
"The Mooney team will also be working on our new international projects, especially our affiliation with BAE Systems of Britain, Koskol Group in Russia, and Venture Industries in Detroit along with our core business. The first project in this arena will be the Toxo high performance two place all-composite aircraft," concluded Mr. Happy.

The company operates out of a 350,000 square foot facility near San Antonio, Texas, and employs over 170 people. In the last six months Mooney Aerospace has reached several new milestones and is well positioned to capitalize on the successful completion of a recent financial restructuring and the infusion of $7.5 million in new capital. Since acquiring the assets of the prior Mooney Aircraft Corporation in 2002 the milestones reached include: Creation of a new executive management team; Consolidation of all operations at the Kerrville, Texas, manufacturing plant; Introduction of a new plane, the Ovation2 DX; and formation of a sales and marketing division that combines a direct and indirect domestic sales force and reintroduces international sales.
Industry Overview
Globally general aviation is a $41 billion industry that is clearly an integral part of our nation's transportation system and economy. The industry generated over $11 billion in new aircraft sales in 2002. U.S. sales figures exceeded $7.8 billion in 2002. Although the sales figures were down from 2001 prior years have set new revenue records. 2002 sales exceeded 1999 figures and the industry has grown threefold from 1996.
Numerous steps are being taken by the industry to stimulate sales including: changes in the tax code which allows accelerated depreciation, promotion of innovative new products, financing incentives, innovative ownership strategies (fractional ownership) and continued support from the state and federal government to provide an atmosphere conducive to growth.
The industry is broken down into four aircraft categories: single engine piston (Mooney's category); multi-engine piston; turboprops and business jets representing over 2500 total aircraft sold in 2002. Single engine piston aircraft lead the way in 2002 with over 1440 aircraft sold worldwide. Hi,
I spoke to J. Nelson about 1700 yesterday at the HQ, on a separate matter.
John
Hey John; Did you get through to J. Nelson at Mooney. I received a response from Dyna-Cam yestarday, and they suggested I contact Mooney to have them contact Dyna-Cam. So I was wondering if you got intouch or are still waiting. Because He may be out of the country into Spain. I was also intouch with CAG by email. They are presently drawing up the agreement papers and also redrawing the Toxo Plans into English translation. So things are starting to come together. The only email I know of at Mooney is to the sales department. ****eray****

I love it too! I know who Lee I. is and admire the man,but I don't know what 1st Groupers is all about. Wouldn't it be great if the Dyna-Cam Engine and the Mooney Toxo Airplane became one flying "sexy" beauty in the sky, because of our meager little efforts. ****eray****
PS; Think we would rate a finders fee?
I love it when a plan comes together........!!! "...Hooorah..." for the Lee Iacocca's 1st Grouper's...!!!
Excellent. You are hereby awarded two Official iHub WIN-WIN-WIN Brownie Points.........
John
ps: I have a call in to J. Nelson.......
Hi John; I sent Dyna-Cam an email this morning and explained to them about Mooney planning to build Toxo air craft and Dyna-Cam should get intouch with Mooney imediately. I certainly hope they do because I know it would be big plus for all concerned. Including us the stockholders. ****eray****
Well.....................
I'm swamped today with engineering tasks. Why don't you call J. Nelson's secretary and see if you can get to talk to him or send her/him the links for the engine along with your thoughts.
A loop-closing call to the engine folks would also give them a marketing lead to Mooney/Toxo.
It's a "...Lee Iacocca 1st Group..." thing, aye.....
John
Jumpin Jiminy Crickets! What an Engine! Now that is what I'd call "sexy". Get that engine in a Toxo and you've really got something to brag about. The Dyna-Cam Engine fitted into a Toxo and the cowling fitted smoothly around it. Talk about smooth aerodynamic lines. Man you've got it here. Now the most important thing to do is get Happy and his engineers convenced to use this engine in the Toxo. Now with that combination the sales would go through the roof. And theres no doubt about it in my mind. This is the best thing to come along scence the invention of the jet engine. And Remember the jet is extremely noisy. How well I know that-worked with them from 1955 to 1990.****eray****
Lets put it this way, I flew Cessna 150s, 152s, 172s, 182s, etc., when I was in flight schools from 1964-66. I'd say the training fleet was probably getting a little wrinkled around the edges.
Not to mention that primary flight training duty is brutal on aircraft; short field landings. touch-&-go's, stalls, spins, I can remeber a couple of unauthorized solo loops and N.O.E. high speed forays with a couple of other psudoFighterJock hot shots..... My flight school had at least 100 150/152s.
With an engine like this, http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=1911 , the Toxo could be a big hit. And, I would sure hope they could keep it down around $70-80K. An aircraft costs 5x the price of it's engine as a rule-of-thumb.
John
Regarding the Toxo:
How Many trainer planes are there in USA? You reckon the toxo could take 10% of the market in 3 to 5 yrs? We might wonder what mooney is thinking.
Anybody know:
1. How old is the US trainer fleet?
2. What is its most popular planes? How much are they?
Will the Toxo be selling for about 100K? I wonder what the costs are to run the thing. I bet its on the low side.
If the Toxo is available in 2 months when will advertising start? And therefore orders accepted?
Manufacturing for Toxo should be in manufacturing mode fairly quickly (or at least that's what an average gye might expect). The whole thing about this is that Mooney has the whole support system out there. Spare parts, distribution.
Why not take advantage of that.
Remember: 30 to 300 in 4 yrs = (at least) 100% annual growth
Those are pretty severe targets! But that is what the man said.
Stock action today:
I happen to be home last few days. Market Makers only grabbed 2 or 3 trades under the last low. Did you see that?
We have been going down for >2 weeks. This stock usually reverses after that long of a swing.
If the Market makers are trying to make money pushing this thing down, they are NOT doing a very good job of it.
FYI:
I attended a major flight school to get my Commercial/Multi ticket. A new lightweight composite trainer that was fuel efficient and easy to maintain would immediately be snapped up by those folks. Nationwide that makes a pretty big and ready market for the Toxo.
John
Thanks Cannonshot for the summary. I tried to listen to the interview, but it kept cutting off shortly after the part about 300 million in 3 to 4 years. Anyway thanks, and it is starting to look like recovery will be exccelerated sooner than anyone expected. The Mooney Toxo will help some, maybe quite bit, scence it is "sexy compsite". What is really getting interesting is what the consortium is going to come up with. ****eray****
Hello folks,
Main points I picked up from interview:
Grow from 30M today to 300M in 4 to 5 yrs.
New tax advantage: pocket money on top of down payment.
Will stimulate sales rest of this yr and next.
Future Milestones: sports plane available in 2 mos.
Dramatic announcements expected with English and Russian companies. (International Consortium)
Kerville factory in assembly line mode.
This yr: Concentration on Bravo and Ovation line
Next year: sports plane and then International Consortium
Will see rapid growth through International Consortium.
Can act quickly and flexibly that few companies can do. MASG is embracing international market place.
Excuse the spelling.
Anyway, I was suprised:
1. already in production mode... Just last month (?) they were saying there is NO guarantee they would EVER enter into production mode (10q lingo)... Is this the same as profitable mode?
2. Sports plane available in 2 MONTHS. Gee... what takes so long? (just kidding!!) That is like a superman production line. (I rep'd a vendor for NEC projection TV set parts (McDonough, GA) in the late '80's. It took twice that long just to get approval of our stupid little parts!)
Ramblings:
I would guess the bond holders learned of these 'international' relationships prior to accepting 3%. Wonder what else they learned about.
To me this stock has "no brainer" written all over it. Sort of strange no 'insiders' have announced pending purchases of this cheap stock. But then they are loaded up with options already!
You know some little wall street newsletter/ analysts/ will pick up this stock soon with at least a 'hold' (joke). And we will kindly get back into some higher price.
Thank goodness for good management.
And our thanks to jmh for cranking this line up. Are you going to Kerville for share holders meeting?

I've spoken with J. Nelson and some of the other fellows at Mooney - and am a former M20E owner. As you might discover, I started the discussion board for AASI http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=981 (..although the AASI symbol has now been reassigned..) and this one for MASG.
These guys are dead derious IMHO about making a go of Mooney, based on what I heard.
Most of the old, highly-skilled employees have returned upon invitation - this is a real family operation at heart. The overall history is alot like old-bowling all-new Harley motorcycle saga.
I hope they make it big. It's one of the easiest "..complex-IFR-retractible.." birds in the sky to fly.
John
I forgot about that conversion. Mercy, this company has closets on either side of its hallway of destiny. I'd love to see a list of all the closets! Undilutable stock 'give aways' is another closet they are building right now... we can only hope management can make the right decisions.
Most would agree this entity has made bold moves as of late. Rather quite incredible. From the canard days, to a manufacturing plant with skilled hands (180 pair?) and leadership that understands the legal side of life and have the energy to meet with us at their place.
An investor may now be able to see a company being re-born. Over .12- .14 I'd say we'd be out of the neonatal stage.
The whole float is worth what? The revenue of seven or eight planes? Wish I knew the profit in each. Of course that is TODAY's float!
With naivete and ignorance, I say these prices now are rather attractive.
Best of luck...
My best estamate of what happened yestarday is the big time stockholders whose investment loans that were converted to stock during the restructering. Well they just decided to cash in there chips and move on. After all the M20 sales volume is climbing too slow to generate any stock intrest, and who knows when the Toxo will be ready for delivery. The homeland security observer plane most likely is at least year and half away from flying. So I guess they wanted to go where the action is. You know, lots fo ups and downs. Waiting for this MASG stock to move up is like watching paint dry. After all back when it was called AASI and they were trying to build a "sexy" little composite canard, the stock was selling for as much as $5.00. But after years of promotion and orders into almost 200,no real production was taking place, therefore the stock went tumbling.
'They' say we have to go down to gain momentum for higher levels. I reckon that is what was going on today. We sure blew out the volume... but a lot of after hours trades in the .04's. Of course, we never know what any of that means.
If we go to new highs, then all this crouching down will be worth it! Personally, I thought we were through with .03's.
Heck, the company could fold tomorrow, and that would be that! But I believe everyone here (myself included) believes this company will actually make it.... and do quite well at that.
You have to admit... borrowing money at 3% was genious. But now they are going to ask us if it is OK to increase the float by some un graceous amount.
Oh well, wall street and penny stocks... We have 'em both here don't we!
Good luck to all.
PMR and Associates Updates Mooney Aerospace International Aviation Development Alliances
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 4, 2003--
European Aviation Firms BAE Systems and Construcciones Aeronauticas De Galicia along with Russian Aerospace Leader the KASKOL Group and Financial Backer Foxton Investments Team up with Mooney
Mooney Airplane Company of Kerrville, Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mooney Aerospace Group Ltd., (OTCBB:MASG) announced last week two alliances with an international group of aviation leaders, designed to take the company to the next level of aircraft development.
During the annual meeting of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) in July 2003, Mooney signed an agreement to establish an international partnership with BAE Systems, the KASKOL Group, Foxton Investments LTD and Venture Industries in London at the BAE Systems headquarters. The purpose of the new alliance is to cause the introduction, development and commercialization of a diverse and innovative range of new generation aircraft under the Mooney banner.
Initially the new consortium will enter into two futuristic areas of aviation production: the manufacture of an innovative sport plane, and the development of an affordable surveillance aircraft for global homeland security efforts. The groundbreaking partnership represents the first time that an international alliance has been forged for the production of general aviation aircraft.
The second alliance is a strategic relationship with Construcciones Aeronauticas De Galicia, manufacturer of the Toxo light sport aircraft in Spain, to manufacture, design, assemble and market the two-seater plane. The aircraft will be renamed the Mooney Toxo, and Mooney will undertake all Toxo-related activities from its plant in Kerrville, Texas. Please refer to the July 29th and August 1, 2003 press and www.mooney.com for more details on these developments and Mooney Aerospace Group.

The company began producing and shipping aircraft in late 2002 generating revenues in excess of $5 million for the year representing both the sales of new aircraft and parts and service revenues. The company operates out of a 350,000 square foot facility near San Antonio, Texas and employs over 170 people. In the last six months Mooney Aerospace has reached several new milestones and is well positioned to capitalize on the successful completion of a recent financial restructuring and the infusion of $7.5 million in new capital. Since acquiring the assets of the prior Mooney Aircraft Corporation in 2002 the milestones reached include: Creation of a new executive management team; Consolidation of all operations at the Kerrville, Texas manufacturing plant; Introduction of a new plane, the Ovation2 DX; and formation of a sales and marketing division that combines a direct and indirect domestic sales force and reintroduces international sales.
Industry Overview
Globally general aviation is a $41 billion industry that is clearly an integral part of our nation's transportation system and economy. The industry generated over $11 billion in new aircraft sales in 2002. US sales figures exceeded $7.8 billion in 2002. Although the sales figures were down from 2001 prior years have set new revenue records. 2002 sales exceeded 1999 figures and the industry has grown three fold from 1996.
Industry leaders include Boeing Business Jets (NYSE:BA), Bombardier (Toronto Exchange: BBDa.TO), Cessna (a division of Textron Inc. NYSE:TXT), Cirrus Designs, Dassault, Mooney Aerospace Group (OTCBB:MASG), Gulfstream (a General Dynamics Company NYSE:GD), Maule Air, Piaggio, Pilatus, Beechcraft (a Division of Raytheon Company (NYSE:RTN), Socata and Piper Aircraft (American Capital Strategies Nasdaq:ACAS). Over 214,000 general aviation airplanes are currently flying in the U.S. ranging from two-seat training aircraft to business jets. Industry trade organizations include General Aviation Manufacturers Association (www.gama.aero), Aircraft Pilots Owners Associations (www.apoa.org) and National Business Aviation Association (www.nbaa.com) (Source: General Aviation Manufacturers Association 2003 Annual Industry Overview).

No. Beech/Raytheon will be supporting the Starships for a long time, unless they can sell tht service off to a speciality shop.
There's ome skuttlebutt on RB that the JC500 and SC1250 went away in some of the deals. Prsonally I don't know; call Mooney.
Composites are here to stay, with more to come. All metal airplane construction is a dinosaur.
John
OK! OK! OK! I"m Out voted, but why didn't you include any of the JC500 ,the cozy ,and the other dozen versions out there. Is Raytheon incinerating the Starships or is some investor going to buy them for pennys like someone did the JC500 and SC1250? I had read that they put a temporary hold on the distruction but nothing scence. ***eray***
The Beech Starship was mostly composite, design by Burt Rutan. Talk about sexy looking...........
I saw one up close on the ramp at the Newport News airport in VA - WOW...!!!

The Beach Starship was mostly composite, design by Burt Rutan. Talk about sexy looking...........

Campe,I have never thought of Composites as sexy. But then I do recall reading that on that other board. These composite have been around for quite some time. McDonnell Aircraft was using it on some parts of the F4 Phantom back in the 70s. Of course all the parts I came in contact with was framed in Alum or titanium. I compared the Toxo features and abilities with that of the Diamond Eclipse. From the view of a 36 year career of working on Fighter planes I would have to say- the TOXO wins hands down. Of all the reasons being given to favor composites over alum. it seems that labor costs for fabricating alum. plus the need for expensive hydro equipt.to form alum.are the strongest points. Anyway composites will continue to grow in uses for all kinds of products. So Bring on the TOXO! eray
I don't believe that the Cessna 152 or the small Pipers (180, etc.) are still in production. Hence, the flying schools are in need of new, inexpensive (..but not ancient..) trainers. The TOXO will fill that bill, as well as providing for the personal "..$50 hamburger.." lets-go-flying-date market.
My Chaparal was a 4-seater, was one foot shorter than the standard Mooney, had a leather interior, and was equipped with all the speed-fairing mods. In addition, it was 1-of-only-7 made with the "saddle-horn" at the top front of the tail and a "bee-stinger" extension for the aft nav-light at the bottom of the tail. It was powered by the IO-360-AIA fuel-inected Lycoming, had the wing-leveler system, and would crank out 175+/- MPH cruise at the 65% power setting - giving me 15MPG+ on the avaerage. N6807V.

Composite airplanes are viewed as more high tech/high performance and carry a lot of sex appeal. I think Mooney needs a composite airplane to bring itself into the 21st centry and compete with Cirrus, Lancair, Diamond Eclipse and Katana. At a $100k, Toxo would definitely win on price.
I'm sure building an existing design, will save beaucoup bucks while generating some much needed cash flow. Does anyone know if the Toxo is currently FAA certified or does it fly on an experimental ticket?

Nice looking little plane. The Chaparal looks like a shorter version of todays M20. I guess it was also 4 seat. That is why I don't understand the idea of importing kits from Spain of composites and assembling for resale over here. I was under the impression Mooney was not going the composite route when they sold curing ovens at long Beach. Could it be that Happy thinks it Would be a way to bring in some quick cash? The TOXO is a cute little airplane but can it improve the stock price to any extent.
Yes, The Mustang looks Interesting but I forgot the capacity of it. What I was strongly thinking of was the AL60 inwhich AL Mooney designed while working at Lockheed. It is an eight passenger lands on unimproved surfaces. It shouldn't be too difficult to Update the AL60 to meet todays needs.I haven't learned to post pics yet or I would put one here. I did find a few by searching AL60 Aircraft on Google. eray
This is kinda like what my Mooney Chaparal M20E looked like...:
John
Personally, I think Mooney needs to revisit the pressurized Mustang or the 301, but build them lighter (composite) and with a turboprop engine for the market above the Beech Bonanza and below the Cessna Caravan or Piper turbine-single.

Welcome................
And, post away...!!!

I explored the BAE Web site and Determined that the most likely aircraft Mooney would build ,is the Bulldog. Or a derivative of it. The Bulldog was designed in late 60s and built in several updated versions and built for the Royal Airforce as a trainer. It is highly aerobatic and would be very suitable as an observer aircraft because of the canopy and windshield design. eray--this is my first post here and hope the info is of some use.
Mooney Airplane Company Partners with Spanish Manufacturer
OSHKOSH, Wisc.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 1, 2003--Mooney Aerospace Group Ltd. (OTCBB:MASG) announced today at the annual meeting of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) that its wholly owned subsidiary has entered into a strategic relationship with Construcciones Aeronauticas De Galicia, manufacturer of the Toxo light sport aircraft in Spain, to manufacture, design, assemble and market the two-seater plane. The aircraft will be renamed the Mooney Toxo, and Mooney will undertake all Toxo related activities from its plant in Kerrville, Texas.
J. Nelson Happy, president of Mooney, stated: "This is a major step for our company. No other traditional aircraft manufacturer has entered the light sport aircraft market before, but we believe that the time has come for us to do this. We have flown many of the light sport aircraft available today, and we chose the Toxo because we believe it best represents Mooney's philosophy of offering the highest-performing aircraft in its class. The Toxo is a miracle of engineering and design, and every pilot who has flown it has immediately fallen in love with it. The price of a fully equipped airplane will be substantially below $100,000, so a new high-performance airplane will be available to a much wider group of pilots."
Antonio Castelo Silveira, a principal of Construcciones Aeonauticas De Galicia, remarked: "We have been working on the Toxo airplane for 10 years, and over 20 aircraft are now flying in Europe. We are pleased to be associated with Mooney, who we believe best characterizes the traditional high-performance piston powered four place aircraft. Mooney's reputation for high performance and value is consistent with our corporate objectives, so the affiliation is natural. We plan to work closely with Mooney to adapt the Toxo to the North American market, and we think this is a breakthrough for us."
Happy stated that the Toxo is built with the latest technology in materials and aerospace technique. It is made of composite construction, and is an ideal plane for both business and holiday trips, with characteristics such as ease of maneuvering, long range, short-field capability, comfort, enhanced cockpit visibility and superior cockpit arch. It is available with engines from 80 to 180 HP. To ensure a safe and easy flight, the Toxo underwent an exhaustive program of static, dynamic, load, fatigue and flight tests.
The airplane, with a 120 HP engine, has a maximum speed of 230 mph, a cruise speed of 180 mph, a 10-hour range and a service ceiling of 14,000 feet.
More details about the Toxo are available at www.cag-sl.com, CAG's Web site.
