If you have been buying along the way as you have been posting then you are continuing to lose money as the PPS continues to decline. double down, triple down, whatever does not matter. You saw .0025 last week that is where the stock is headed and lower then that as long as the company continues to operate in a non professional manner with its business operations. There is just no other way around it. Investor interest is essentially non existent at this point in my opinion with the exception of the few posters on here.
Ok so if you are correct and .0035 is the answer then are you buying, selling, holding or just jibber jabber with this great knowledge? I'm still buying even though I own more shares already than I anticipated. In my opinion .0035 is just another opinion and not the answer. GLTA
Yes it does... This is a huge POS!!! IMHO.
Tried calling the number listed on the link you provided. Rang to a cell phone. I left a voice message to confirm if he is or not.
and .0035 tells the true story doesn't it not the speculated dream report?
I added some factual info about consistent reorders for the past couple of years at many retailers. The estimates are based on FACTUAL info, observation, and prior financials. I don't see any huge profits in my numbers. I can post them twice a day everyday if I feel like it.
Of course it's him.
Seems to me you keeping asking the same questions over and over again. Maybe that is why 99 keeps posting the same information over and over. 99 has stated it is his analysis. We are all responsible for our own DD, but I for one appreciate 99's effort.
They are already a sticky on the site why do you keep posting this false and misleading info over and over again? There is absolutely know current facts to support your speculation yet you keep posting these huge profit numbers to mislead potential investors. This is a practice the company appears comfortable with over the years as evidenced by the multiple pump and dumps and 3rd party promos with false promises of huge profits to be made to lure in unsuspecting investors.
Based in New York? Not likely it is him in my opinion.
The bottom is .000 and no bid. We seem to be sliding that way in my personal opinion.
My guess it would probably take a year (4 separate quarters) of filing full financials that show profits and continued growth before investors start to come on board for the long term and the PPS is able to hold its various bases as it rises. Again, I have serious doubts that this will ever happen in my personal opinion.
It is just part of the misinformation that has been put out for years about the company. .0025 last week shows what investors think about Lyric.
LYJN management doesn't need to approve them. This is a message board. As an investor who has watched this company very closely since 2006, those are MY estimates. I posted them because there was considerable fuss about what the financials were. I believe they are fairly accurate, but were meant as in the ballpark figures. The point being that this is a company that distributes a lot of product over a vast socioeconomic range, that they seem to be bringing in more revenue year over year, and that they should be close to being, if not, profitable.
Misinformed sources keep reading speculative false financial reports also and hearing how the stock with be at 1.00 in 6 months.
So encouraged to see the gang asking questions about LYJN again. Mis-informed sources kept saying there was no interest in the Stock.
I think it's commendable that a few keep asking about the Lyric Culture culture, obviously they're still very interested in the CO.
Where do investors FIND the " approval of LYJN management " for these numbers and statements YOU make? If we have to take YOUR word for it, then please advise where YOUR credentials are located at so we can all " view " them before making any investment decisions as to buying into this company!
I'm not positive but I believe this is him http://www.manta.com/c/mmn1vjk/louis-levin-management

What do you know about Louis Levin? Please share your insight with the group.
Who is he and what is his background resume in the business area?
You have to consider the historical pattern of the company. If they reported financials and showed good numbers, this would probably cause a spike in the PPS much the same way as last May with the Walmart news and 320% jump to .03. The problem is the company has never in its history been able to sustain a rise in its PPS. Not in May at .03 or 2010 when it went to .17 or 6 years ago when it was .80. This is due to no investor confidence and only traders jumping in and out. The company would have to become fully reporting compliant moving up to the next tier and continue to file regular financial reports showing growth and profits in order to draw in long term investors and start to build bases at increasing PPS ranges. I do not see this happening in the near future in my opinion. If they put out financials tomorrow that show good numbers it may jump up to .02 to .05 but will slide back down quickly as it will take time to build investor confidence and that would have to be with a total change in the way they do business and how they treat their investors and of course regular reported financials.
FY2011 Financials(estimated) revealed ahead of schedule!& more info.
Since this was prepared, new jewelry and tshirts hit thousands of Walmart stores at the end of 2011 possibly adding significantly to these figures($500k - $1M)
The following section is an accurate accounting of SOME of Lyric Culture"s market presence over the past few years, indicating retailer that have continued to carry collection after collection of Lyric product. 03/19/2012
#################################################################
Nordstrom has reordered for 2 years now - 3 jewelry collections and many more orders of scarves.
Bloomingdale's has reordered for almost 3 years now - 4 men's collections of a variety of shirts, hoodie's, jewelry, scarves, jackets.
Claire's has reordered for a year now - 3 jewelry collections.
Walmart has reordered since June 2 jewelry collections, and NOW girl's/women's shirts.
Hard Rock Hotels have reordered collection after collection for I think over 4 years now.
#################################################################
Lyric sales in 2011 consisted of:
-Lyric Nation collection at Walmart
-Lyrix collection at Claire's
-John Lennon collection at Bloomingdale's
-Scarf collections and jewelry collection at Nordstrom
-Various Lyric Culture apparel and accessories at Hard Rock
Hotels and 100s of specialty boutiques worldwide
-online sales
Lyric Nation-
The collections I've seen consisted of about a dozen each of 42 -designs(450-500 pieces). As of a few weeks ago about 80% had sold. I've seen other pictures posted that did not appear to have as many pieces depicted, but there have also been reports of reorders. I don't know if I necessarily believe everything said, so I assume some stores had a couple hundred items, and others had closer to 500 like the ones I saw. Also the number of stores has been reported to be 1500-2000. I will use 400 pieces times 1500 stores, or 300 pieces times 2000 stores, or 600,000 pieces. Items retailed $4.88 - $6.88, and I have chosen an average wholesale price of $2.88.
Revenue for Lyric = $1.7M
Lyrix-
The Lyrix collection was reportedly carried at around 800 stores nationwide, and I observed the collection in a half dozen stores. Each Claire's store receives weekly or biweekly shipments of a variety of product to replenish what has been sold. So, let's say they only sold 1-2 items per day on average, or 10 a week. Retail price is $10-$12. So, let's say Lyric gets only $4. For the year, Lyrix will have been at Claire's for 39 weeks. $4/item times 10items/week times 39 weeks times 800 stores equals $1.25M
Bloomingdale's-
In February Bloomingdale's received a couple new and reordered more of the half dozen other men's shirts from the John Lennon collection that they started carrying in October. Let's say they only received 4 dozen, or 50 shirts times 40 stores times $20/shirt equals $40k.
Nordstrom-
As far as I know, only 34 of the approximately 110 Nordstrom stores, those that have a "trend accessories" department, carry the Lyric product. That I know of, there was a collection of jewelry and scarves in May, scarves in September, scarves in November, and I hear(facebook post) that there are more scarves for the Holidays. Very conservatively, that is 4 collections of a dozen scarves, and a collection of 4 dozen pieces of jewelry. Wholesale price of each item was about $58, so let's say Lyric gets $28. That's 100 items 34 stores times $28 equals $95k
Hard Rock-
Reorders in February, and a summer collection of at least 7 dozen shirts. Let's say 10 dozen total or 120 times 10 stores times $24/shirt equals $28k
Boutiques-
3 dozen items per boutique times times $24/item times 100 boutiques equals $86k/100 boutiques. In early 2008 they reported over 300 boutique accounts nationwide(prior to their expansion into the worldwide market). But let's say there was some pull back due to the economy, but that they've also acquired some new accounts and just leave that figure at 300+. That equals over $250k
Online sales-
Some days they sell a bunch other days nothing. I believe their average to be one order per day. Let's say 350 for the year, and that the average order is $100. That's $35k.
Wild Card-
They may very well have product we do not know about in places we do not know about. $XXXk
Statement of Income
For the Year Ended December 31, 2011
estimated and prepared externally by 99percent
Sales - $3,398,000
Cost of Sales - $2,038,800
Gross Profit - $1,359,200
Operating and other expense - $1,079,200
Net Income - $280,000
Like I've been saying, Lyric is currently breaking through that profitability barrier. Now, LOOK OUT!
Disclosure: My analysis represents an estimate - based on nothing more than observation, and educated guesses as a long term shareholder only.
But, it will be very interesting to see how close it really is!
**************************************************************
Actual Financial Data provided by Lyric shows significant revenue growth, year over year. A growth pattern of 50% supports the estimates I have made. The observations of market presence certainly back this up:
A History of Lyric Culture - Part I,II,III,and on
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=69490361
Revenue Growth
2007-2008......163%
2008-2009......32%
2009-2010......(estimate)50% 2010 revenue (estimate)$2,283,094.97
2010-2011......(estimate)50% 2011 revenue (estimate)$3,424,642.45
And what did I come up with for 2011? $3,398,000. It all seems pretty consistent, and reasonable.
In addition, as you can see in olive, the company has maintained Operating Expenses of just under $1M, year over year.
note: You'll see that there is a significant drop in gross profit in 2009. This was a result of 25% slash in prices that occurred that summer to meet the demands of an increasingly turbulent economy. The company has focused on maintaining these very competitive prices ever since.
The following information was provided by the company to the OTC Markets Disclosure and News Service:

I agree with you Louis Levin can bring a fresh and new ideas to the table
Ok guys guess time for me to return to posting. There were many posts about how bad Ronny was and it appears once again the negative people want to capitalize on every thing as negative. If it's negative that he is there then it's positive when he's gone. It doesn't make sense to me that him being there or not there are both negatives? Get a grip on reality. I of course don't have inside information but it looks to me like he helped get the company going and then moved on. My faith is in Hanna and if she thinks the new guy is a better fit (Louis Levin) then I'm with her. Go Lyric!
Very_Old_News. Ronny's duties_as_CEO ended over_a year_ago, and nobody really cares.

that's not what I asked you seem to now a lot what would the price per share evaluation be hypothetically speaking if they were to become fully reporting and sells are up
There may be some MM manipulated trading opportunities here and there and of course always the possibility of another pump and dump with this stock but long term investors I think are very wary of this company presently for obvious reasons in my opinion.
OK hypothetically speaking you are right LYJN is not worth much right But if 99 is right hypothetically speaking what would be your guess on PPS for LYJN
Apparently some have a interest here #15 on the break out boards 15

YOU FORGOT ONE IMPORTANT ASPECT IN YOUR SPECULATION. IF ALL THIS GREAT NEWS IS TRUE AND THEY ARE MAKING TONS OF MONEY THEN WHY HAVE THEY NOT POSTED ANY FINANCIALS OR PR ABOUT IT?
CAN YOU PROVIDE A LOGICAL EXPLANATION FOR THIS? NOT JUST SAYING THEY WILL FILE WHEN THEY WANT TO. GIVE US ALL A REAL EXPLANATION BECAUSE NO COMPANY OWNER THAT I KNOW OF WOULD LET THEIR STOCK TANK TO .0025 IF THEY HAD GOOD INFO TO SHARE WITH THEIR INVESTORS AND THE REST OF THE INVESTMENT COMMUNITY WOULD YOU NOT AGREE?
IS IT POSSIBLE THAT MAYBE THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD NEWS TO SHARE OR GOOD FINANCIALS TO PUT OUT HENCE THE SILENT NON REPORTING TREATMENT WHICH SEEMS TO BE CONTINUING?
LOL, I won't need that but would like to get some pics and video if they allow it. Curious to meet the BOD but doubt that will happen. I doubt I will even get past Abby's desk if it is near the front door. I am sure they do not want current or potential investors paying them visits to see the operation first hand and know their money is in good hands.
I will see, I have an appointment in Beverly Hills on the 26th so depending on how long that takes maybe I can that day but won't know until then.
I think this is pushing it (The salaries and shady backroom dealings certianly leave many doubts as to the validity of this company.
SCAM.)
please don't wait a couple of weeks if at all possible as soon as possible we all are vary much looking forward to know
I look at all the fact's did you know the most i've ever made was on a non reporting company that became reporting it was a vary nice investment, and I have done as much research on this company as I have ever none on any company I'm happy with were I'm at. and have lost some vary good one do to people be so negative that i sold can you believe that that someone would cost other so much money just because they want to just makes me sick BOL
Yes, quite odd but not unexpected from a non reporting company. Who knows what is going on behind the closed doors of the party house. I may pay them a visit in a few weeks and ask for a tour of the place where the magic is created. Will be funny to see how that goes. Maybe I will video my adventure and share it with everyone.
Yes to give herself at least 144K a year while her investors are losing money hand over foot on her company is pretty sad.
Moreover, why the clandestine resignation?
Of course, the company informs investors of NOTHING in the first place.
The salaries and shady backroom dealings certianly leave many doubts as to the validity of this company.
SCAM.
Yes, One has to really ask oneself why he would bail out as the CEO? I think he has like 103M shares and one would thing that if positive news is on the horizon, he would certainly want to be part of it. I wonder if he was getting a 6 figure salary also like the owner?
The post highlights the outrageous and disgusting salary rochelle brings in for scaming investors.
Criminal.
I see a company going expanding reaching new outlets lets face it not just everyone walks in to walmart on of the fastest growing retail stores not only in America but all over the world just to name one outlet there over head is lowered by subbing out to manufacturer to lower cost all I see is plus plus I'm not worried about lack of pr look around most pinks that put out lots of Pr's are pump n dumps O that's what you think this is but that's just your opinion
LYJN CEO has mysteriously QUIT? WTH??
Looks like all smart people are bailing on ths POS>

Glass half full or glass half empty. I just see way to many negatives which cause my glass to be half empty. Now if they come out with full disclosure and become fully compliant with regular SEC filings and they are showing positive results and a sound short, mid and long term business strategy defined well then maybe the optimism changes from half empty to half full but until then they are nothing but an unknown investment and the vast majority of the investment community does not like dealing with unknowns in my opinion.
As far as any investor knows LYJN are bringing in a boat load and could be in in the green 6 years for a ramp up is not uncommon at all looks like they have held steady, gaining, and gained lots of exposure opening up a lot of new avenues seem to be making headway.
Based on what? What do you see that is going to spark the company because obviously the investment community does not see the same thing nor do they have the same optimism which is why you have a continued declining PPS and volume.
