Good Afternoon Captain.
Please allow me to respond in approximately 10 days. I am more committed than ever to make money from this investment.
Very best
Zirk. Any updates? What's the latest?
Yeah,I still think it'll work out,Since all those management folks invested a lot of their own money into it,obviously they know something is gonna happen...
LOL. Yeah I hear ya! I thought it was kinda funny his response.
I'm just surprised a guy like Mr. Farley (with all his success) would accept the position as CEO with this company if it didn't show huge potential. His public image means to much to him to be caught up in some scam company?? Something doesn't add up?
I'm holding out! This will bounce and bounce hard soon.
That sounds like Corporate lingo for "No Comment" LOL
What's interesting is I asked Bill Farley how Lustros was doing on Twitter. It took a bit to get a response but his response was "great. thanks"!
A man of few of few words. LOL.
They have to be close to announcing some mining production soon IMO.
Awfully quiet!!! Soon we'll be into month 2 into Q2 with no major PR or report. What is management thinking? C'mon already! Zirk what's happening? You were good for the occasional update.
The good news is, the product they want to sell seems very viable, and we are bouncing around the 52 week low. The bad news is, not one mention of sales or production since October, and the annual report is not only late but very late. Kinda makes ya wonder what the flaw in the slaw is in the southern hemisphere. I expect we will see a new 52 week low while waiting another month for the financials, so even though I like this stock I'm on the sideline for now.
easy double or triple from here folks. I believe we go higher then .30+
Great product and Company. Not your typical penny stock!
Going alot higher!
We'll see what happens? You have to like the players involved and the fact that they made those changes at the board and CEO position at the end of the year. Tells me that Bill Farley and the board needed to make a change for whatever reason, but my guess is because they weren't happy with the mining operations or lack there of and the big expenses going out the door. So if Bob Dickey can get things going down there, then who knows? My gut tells me we've seen nothing yet and at .09 PPS this can easily double in a day IMO. All it will take is one PR actually mentioning successful mining operations and revenue from the blue fairy dust. Who knows? It's a gamble like most penny plays. Time will tell! GLTY
Yes,But that means that others are still selling too cheap...Wish more investors would "stick to their guns" on this ...Got a long ways to go before I can afford to sell any of mine.
Lots of buys today
My poor attempt at humor; I will continue to fish as well. I am a little disappointed though that it could take an additional 30-45 days for the 10K report to be filed, I would expect the PPS to drop even more without any significant news.
Too soon to cut bait IMO. I'm holding at least to the end of Q2 to see this if this blue fairy dust can actually be mined and sold???
Agree! Time will tell. But one has to think that the only way this stock runs is to announce sales/revenue from this copper sulphate.
It comes down to time. Noteholders vs longs. If convertible debt holders want their money they will convert and dilute the stock, thus the reason stock has gone down already.
We're in Q2. Where will this PPS be if there is any truth to the paragraph below?
I'd have to imagine they are close and this PPS is going to run soon!
Bob Dickey CEO was put in charge of getting these mining operation going. He's heavily invested. Bill Farley has his name all over it, plus he's a public image guy. Check out Zrii. Angelique De Maison has 8 mill invested of her own money.
I know this board has naysayers, but c'mon. I just have a hard time believing that these particular players are here to lose money IMO.
Time will tell!! Let's see if Lustros can actually churn out this copper sulphate. It's obviously a profitable venture.
Lustros, Inc. has completed the production facility with the capacity of 15,000 tons per month as opposed to the original goal of 5,000 tons per month. The copper sulfate processing plant is located in Puerto Oscuro, Chile on their wholly owned 2,000 acres of recently industrially zoned land. The plant will be running at full capacity by Q2 2014, at which point management is projecting a $1 million per month profit.
Angelique DeMaison
“Going back to my property roots and looking forward to something I'd be interested in staying with for a longer term, I chose a mining investment in Chile. I entered into the investment with the typical 10-year horizon. Three years into it, I had invested $8,M into Chile,” said Ms. de Maison.
The initial investment into Chile was in a company called Casablanca Mining. Casablanca mining owned a broad portfolio of mining assets including gold, copper and copper sulfate. Angelique later completed a transaction with the CEO & co-founder of the company to exchange her Casablanca stock for all of his shares in Lustros, Inc., the new company that currently holds all the copper assets. Angelique stated, “I liked the copper side because although the price of gold was very high at the time, I felt we could capitalize on the very interesting play into the global agricultural & animal farming and feed industries with the specialty chemical, Food Grade Copper Sulfate.” Copper Sulfate is dubbed as “the farmer’s best friend.” Angelique was proud to say that “one-third of my intended time into this investment and I am very proud that the value of company's assets are in excess of $35 million on a replacement basis and $125 million on a discounted cash flow basis.

If they were in production they would not keep it a secret. just sayin
So I suppose ANY production will be a great improvement, huh? I consider it good news.
That is a very good question 'sidedraft'. I have my doubts that there ever has been any.
What is the current production?
Bill Farley, CEO and Chairman of Lustros, Inc., commented, “I am pleased that we have been able to secure the raw materials for our plant at competitive rates and at the same time have found a way to significantly increase production.”
Mike. At least with this PR they seem to be pointing the ship in the right direction. They wouldn't be investing resources on this ore if they didn't have something significant in the pipeline. On the way up LSTS! Looking forward to the ride.
Good morning Captain:
I also think that things will turn around in the next few months; I just thought there would be an update on the plant operations by now. I am encouraged that the management team is financing short term costs with their own $; it demonstrates a strong level of commitment on their part. Now is a good time to pick up cheap shares.
Totally agree Mike. I think we're going to see some significant progress and news come out over the next 1-2 mos which will def drive this PPS much higher. I like the action we're seeing today. Again I like the management team a lot. I'm betting on the jockey (Bill Farley) in this race.
Hi Captain, I am long (and hopeful) for the same reasons that you stated in post 722; however, I would like to see some real news about how CS production is doing, not just the issuance of more shares and officers resigning. The last operations update we had was in October, and it was very high level.
Nothing here but that giant sucking sound.
How can this be:
“Our copper sulfate processing plant is now in operation. This financing commitment allows us to fund the purchase of raw materials and to cover overhead and other operating expenses in preparation of our first full production orders anticipated to be shipped in May of this year. The continued financial support from our Board and management is commendable and demonstrates our commitment to our business plan,” said Bill Farley, CEO of Lustros, Inc.
Arch I wondered the same thing? Why the dip? One can only speculate.
Lots of upside here... Great management team and board who has lots of their own money invested in this mining operation, which is obviously not far off from churning a profit. They must have high aspirations for this mining operation and the sale of this copper sulfate.
hello LSTS board.....have this one on my radar...impressive board of directors, but wondering why it is sinking on good news today..warrants are priced at .16, so what is the problem here??
LUSTROS, INC. (LSTS)
announced today it had received a commitment from members of its board
of directors and management to fund up to $1.4 million to be used by the
Company for operating expenses at its copper sulfate processing plant in
Chile.

amount of promissory notes which shall mature in two years from the date
of issuance and which will bear a 5% interest rate. These notes will be
convertible into shares of Lustros common stock at the per share
conversion price of $0.16, with 20% warrant coverage at a per share
exercise price of $0.25 per share. These terms are substantially similar
to those in the financing round closed by the Company in December 2013.

I wish you luck Ricci. Are they currently generating revenues? What caused the PPS dip?
I've been involved with this one for about 6 mos. Bought in low .30's and sold in 40's, then bought again in the .30's and again in teens not knowing this thing would dip like it has. I do know insiders have a substantial stake in the company and the CEO has a track record of success. So, I'm riding this one out and accumulating more shares at this level.
Well that's good. Glad to hear. Im certain good news is not far off then.
I received 4 promo emails for it today, that is what led me here yesterday
I don't think so? There's been no PR or filing, but my guess is we'll be seeing one soon. The company is due for one. My greatest curiosity is whether mining operations are actually producing anything? If it is (or it's close) then this PPS is peanuts. Who knows??
And now the dump.
diluting into the pump probably
Alright, let the game begin! Now is the time to buy!
Watch for pump today.
Hello All. WOndering if someone could let me now the s/s here?
Thanks!!
Good afternoon Captain,
As you may have noticed, I resigned from the board about three weeks ago. I have a different opinion on how to unlock real value with this company.
I will be an insider for another two months and can not publicly speculate on what the next steps are but I can assure you that with an almost $8 million exposure I will strive to get the very best value for all the shareholders as I move forward.
I give you my undertaking that my full plan will be posted and updated here once I am not an insider any longer, and that all your readers will be able to see and comment on my strategy.
Sincerely
Zirk de Maison
What's the word? Haven't heard much of anything from the company in a good while. Looking forward to hearing some good PR.
I'm long as well. I like the CEO and other management staff. We'll see what happens once this mining operation gets going, which hopefully we'll hear something soon.
Newbie Here,"long on Lustros" since Nov.2013...Just wondering how long some of you guys have been riding this one out,( Are we allowed to ask that here? )
I'm still waiting for that "update"...
