Looks like the POS CEO, BODs, and their factoring company screwed the pooch and shareholders. Watch for their names to reappear, then avoid like the plague
LUMP: effective Nov. 25,2016 FINRA will suspend the CUSIP which will delete the symbol.
http://otce.finra.org/DLDeletions
Appears they were caught up in the oil plunge. Their last filing was a late notice and it was never followed up. It would appear the crash of oil patch operations took them out.
I wonder if there's any value in their ticker? There hasn't been any volume to speak of so the major holders listed in their last filing must still be holding. Any value here?
Is anyone still following this stock? There has been so little volume over the past 6 months or so. Any updates anyone is aware of?
I am new to this forum. LUMP looks like it may bottom here around the .015-.02 range... No comments posted since August... What do you all think? Time to take a large position around .02 and enjoy the ride?
Q2 2014 shows a clear turnaround happening!
https://www.facebook.com/LuminartCorporation
Looking at the past 3 quarters shows turnaround in progress.
Q2 2014
Sales = $714,142
Cost of Sales = $502,172
Gross Profit = $206,970
Operating Expense = $1,068,374
Cash = $71,600
Current Assets = $4,041,109
Q1 2014
Sales = $478,997
Cost of Sales = $445,694
Gross Profit = $34,304
Operating Expense = $854,864
Cash = $19,321
Current Assets = $2,935,319
Q4 2013
Sales = $784,034
Cost of Sales = $2,172,171
Gross Profit = (1,388,134)
Operating Expense = $2,163,735
Cash = $10,645
Current Assets = $3,418,123
LIKE the reduction in Cost of Sales.
Over the past 9 months over $1 million in quarterly Operating Expenses have been cut.
LIKE the increase in Gross Profits.
Gross profit has increased from a negative ($1,388,134) to a positive $206,970
a difference of over $1.5 million in the right direction, sweet!
LIKE the increase in Cash.
LIKE the increase in Current Assets!
LIKE the new COO
Jerry Morrell is brings in tons of operational experience and industry connections.
LIKE the no nonsense attitude.
No fluffy press releases, just nose to the grind stone hard working and reporting.
DO NOT LIKE the name.
The name Luminart clearly no longer represent the business,
perhaps changing to Outwest Gas and Oil Field Services.
Its like a man named “Sue”.
The stock price is undervalued,
cheap for better word.
Q1 2014 already shows turnaround progress.
Revenues are going back up, % of gross profits increasing, solid cuts in operating expenses, interest expense need attention, but overall a noticeable positive change in performance from Q1 2013.
Stock price is holding and seems undervalued for a turnaround with sales of $4.5 million.
Seems if they do anything positive, sign a contract, partnership, release next quarterly, close a round, stock price will need to jump in line.
New COO seems to have removed some risk, making good strides, looks promising. Any other news beside the latest quarterly?
Lots of volume in the last few days and buyers at the ask. Somebody is buying everything they can get. Business is good, and we will be moving up quickly. Should fly through the 4's by weeks end.
I'm also new, looks like a potential turnaround opportunity here.
There seems to be limited information released in 2014.
Does anyone have any new information or links to share?
Thanks, Mark
i am new to the stock, saw it today on a scan, yes i did see that they actually make money..i agree with u at these levels it seems like a decent bet, im thinking someone on the way out sold, it happens, but opens the door for bottom buying..never know its the penny..thnx for the info and gl to us..
just my personal opinion
I added today. A market cap of $635K for a company who performed poorly but still managed $800K in revenue for the last quarter and $4M over the year? They can turn around what they control--long term debt and operating expenses.
new mngmt is usually a good sign, i bought today...might of been the old guys cashing out today on the way out the door..
just my personal opinion
Well, the annual report is out on otcmarkets.com and they are terrible. Sure hope the new COO can turn this around.
Another great day for LUMP. Looks like one good size block in the .05's to eat up and little resistance into the .06's. Nice to see the bid building and all the buying at the ask. These levels should look cheap very soon!
Agreed, I also like the management changes--seems the company is focused on making the company profitable--I see the share price rebounding after this sell-off. Im looking forward to a slow steady climb. Todays open should be exciting.
I own a good deal of shares at average of $0.08. I like the way the company is going. The new COO is the real deal. I think the future is looking bright.
Well, I think the only reason it came to these levels to begin with was one or more liquidating positions--pure speculation, but seems the seller always came down to the bid to sell.
Simple math shows over 2 million shares traded in the last two months. I can only assume that whomever was selling is done.
You will have a hard time buying at the bid now. Many shares owned all the way into the 20's.
Sure is looking stronger. What do you think is moving it? I thought it would take positive earnings to turn this around.
Here we go! Ran through .04 quickly, and into the .05's today.
~Next one to go ~ super thin~
Most importantly, it appears that whomever was selling off is done. Seems we have been through a few million shares over the last several months. Small blocks at this point and buying at the ask. Should leave the 3's behind very soon.
Ive got all the shares I need and will now enjoy the ride.
~LUMP~ Ready to go~ clear after 04
Looks like things will pick up from here. New management in place, the few liquidating are done, and buys at the ask. I was lucky enough to get another 100k shares at this level for the ride up last week. I know several people whos orders didn't fill at the .03 level on Friday.
Look what he did with the last company he was with--big money!
You're not kidding! A quick google search shows he was formally the Division Manager at Sunland Field Services, Bakken Operations. And prior to the company being bought out by Sunland Construction, he was the Operations Manager of Black Horse Construction, Inc. in Stanley ND.
A google search of Jerry Morrell and Sunland Construction provides loads of information
He is a very well connected oil man for certain.
http://luminart.com/management/
Jerry Morrell – COO, Jerry brings over 30 years of oilfield management experience to Luminart. He has built two companies in North Dakota which were subsequently sold to large oil service companies. Revenues were taken from 0 to $30 million and $50 million respectively. Prior to that, Mr. Morrell has managed and grown several oil production companies throughout the northern Midwest. His experience and knowledge of the entire oil production and services industry brings a depth of “hands on” application not seen in the Luminart family.
They have link all four of the Luminart subsidiaries' websites.
http://luminart.com/history/
Looks like changes are abound!!
Was just looking at Luminart.com and seems some extensive changes have been made as well as the hiring of a new COO.
Appears lots of great things are in the works.

Ok, Ill ask.....who are you?
Seems like everytime I mention "Hank" my post is deleted. Could this be you bashing again Hank...whilke your buying????
Crooks. Pump and Dumps! Big Dreamers!
Ask them if they paid for there last acquisition !
Retro,
I read your post that was deleted and agree completely. My post after yours was deleted too. It seems like 1 in 2 posts I make on this board are deleted. Weird. I think my posts are fairly mild.
I have to thank you for leading me to LUMP. I saw one of your posts on the CLR and KOG boards about 1.5 years ago. I know you have high hopes for LUMP as I do. I think Q3 earnings will be great. I saw your comment about LUMP being your lottery ticket.
At the risk of having this post deleted - I would like to return your favor by passing along two tips - 1) Cellceutix (CTIX) and 2) Nanoviricides (NNVC). You can get a short blurb on them in my stocks. Both are biotechs with huge potential and just on the verge of breakouts.
Rob
Darn. I was too slow to pick up the 48,000 shares offered at a gift price of 0.042 this morning.
Read page 4
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=LUMP&id=110997
Does that not tell you who converted preferred during that reporting period? Have they not captured a complete history in the filings?
Who's stacking the bid and the ask? I knew spelling was problematic, but reading too?
What does ENSV have to do with LUMP.. One is up 225% and the other is down 75%.. hank
DUMP the LUMP.
Rob.. My problem has always been that they refuse to show on thier balance sheet Rather than Fully Diluted shares,, Fully Weighted shares.. That way they don't account for the dilution caused by the conversion of the preferred.. Also what is the price of the conversion..?? hank
They have been posting financials - http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/LUMP/filings
Not a lot of pumping going on unless you count occasional Facebook posts with almost no following. Butthose posts do indicate they are making strategic moves to increase revenue including setting up a leasing service to rent trucks and equipment that are not currently being used. Their other services also seem to be much more active this quarter than in the past.
As for dumping, the directors shares remain mostly unchanged since the companies first filing.
I am looking forward to the Q3 filing.
I'm sorry for you as this is and always has been nothing more than a pump and dump.. The inability of the company to share any finanicals with it's shareholders should give anyone the reason not to own.. hank
You can never be sure where the shares being sold are coming from, but I think they are either 1) from the purchase of Woodrock Inc and Atlas Inc in August 2013 or 2) a "trader" getting bored.
LUMP has never stated the terms of the purchase of these two companies (cash or stock or both). Perhaps the owners of these companies are attempting to cash in their stock. It seems that there have only been a couple of days of any significant volume and those days have been after these deals closed.
Of course, you can never rule out the "trader." Seems like most traders would rather lock in a huge loss quickly than be patient and wait for a huge gain. All in their quest for the next 5-10% gain on flipping a stock.
I added to my position today.
LUMP.. It's the fat lady finnaly singing.. Triple $0.000's are coming soon rather than later.. When was the last balance sheet filed.. hank
