Worth the read...and a good bit more:
COLUMBINE STUDENT'S FATHER 12 YEARS LATER !!
Guess our national leaders didn't expect this. On Thursday, Darrell Scott, the father of Rachel Scott, a victim of ...the Columbine High School shootings in Littleton, Colorado, was invited to address the House Judiciary Committee's subcommittee. What he said to our national leaders during this special session of Congress was painfully truthful.
They were not prepared for what he was to say, nor was it received well. It needs to be heard by every parent, every teacher, every politician, every sociologist, every psychologist, and every so-called expert! These courageous words spoken by Darrell Scott are powerful, penetrating, and deeply personal. There is no doubt that God sent this man as a voice crying in the wilderness.. The following is a portion of the transcript:
"Since the dawn of creation there has been both good & evil in the hearts of men and women. We all contain the seeds of kindness or the seeds of violence. The death of my wonderful daughter, Rachel Joy Scott, and the deaths of that heroic teacher, and the other eleven children who died must not be in vain. Their blood cries out for answers.
"The first recorded act of violence was when Cain slew his brother Abel out in the field. The villain was not the club he used.. Neither was it the NCA, the National Club Association. The true killer was Cain, and the reason for the murder could only be found in Cain's heart.
"In the days that followed the Columbine tragedy, I was amazed at how quickly fingers began to be pointed at groups such as the NRA. I am not a member of the NRA. I am not a hunter. I do not even own a gun. I am not here to represent or defend the NRA - because I don't believe that they are responsible for my daughter's death.
Therefore I do not believe that they need to be defended. If I believed they had anything to do with Rachel's murder I would be their strongest opponent.
I am here today to declare that Columbine was not just a tragedy -- it was a spiritual event that should be forcing us to look at where the real blame lies! Much of the blame lies here in this room. Much of the blame lies behind the pointing fingers of the accusers themselves. I wrote a poem just four nights ago that expresses my feelings best.
Your laws ignore our deepest needs,
Your words are empty air.
You've stripped away our heritage,
You've outlawed simple prayer.
Now gunshots fill our classrooms,
And precious children die.
You seek for answers everywhere,
And ask the question "Why?"
You regulate restrictive laws,
Through legislative creed.
And yet you fail to understand,
That God is what we need!
"Men and women are three-part beings. We all consist of body, mind, and spirit. When we refuse to acknowledge a third part of our make-up, we create a void that allows evil, prejudice, and hatred to rush in and wreak havoc. Spiritual presences were present within our educational systems for most of our nation's history. Many of our major colleges began as theological seminaries. This is a historical fact. What has happened to us as a nation? We have refused to honor God, and in so doing, we open the doors to hatred and violence. And when something as terrible as Columbine's tragedy occurs -- politicians immediately look for a scapegoat such as the NRA. They immediately seek to pass more restrictive laws that contribute to erode away our personal and private liberties. We do not need more restrictive laws. Eric and Dylan would not have been stopped by metal detectors. No amount of gun laws can stop someone who spends months planning this type of massacre. The real villain lies within our own hearts.
"As my son Craig lay under that table in the school library and saw his two friends murdered before his very eyes, he did not hesitate to pray in school. I defy any law or politician to deny him that right! I challenge every young person in America , and around the world, to realize that on April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School prayer was brought back to our schools. Do not let the many prayers offered by those students be in vain. Dare to move into the new millennium with a sacred disregard for legislation that violates your God-given right to communicate with Him. To those of you who would point your finger at the NRA -- I give to you a sincere challenge.. Dare to examine your own heart before casting the first stone!
My daughter's death will not be in vain! The young people of this country will not allow that to happen!"
- Darrell Scott

Taibbi: Outrageous HSBC Settlement Proves the Drug War is a Joke
Assistant US Attorney General Lanny Breuer
By Matt Taibbi
POSTED: December 13, 3:25 PM ET
(please note: The underlined words are 'clickable' links when accessed via the link at the bottom of the page)
If you've ever been arrested on a drug charge, if you've ever spent even a day in jail for having a stem of marijuana in your pocket or "drug paraphernalia" in your gym bag, Assistant Attorney General and longtime Bill Clinton pal Lanny Breuer has a message for you: Bite me.
Breuer this week signed off on a settlement deal with the British banking giant HSBC that is the ultimate insult to every ordinary person who's ever had his life altered by a narcotics charge. Despite the fact that HSBC admitted to laundering billions of dollars for Colombian and Mexican drug cartels (among others) and violating a host of important banking laws (from the Bank Secrecy Act to the Trading With the Enemy Act), Breuer and his Justice Department elected not to pursue criminal prosecutions of the bank, opting instead for a "record" financial settlement of $1.9 billion, which as one analyst noted is about five weeks of income for the bank.
The banks' laundering transactions were so brazen that the NSA probably could have spotted them from space. Breuer admitted that drug dealers would sometimes come to HSBC's Mexican branches and "deposit hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash, in a single day, into a single account, using boxes designed to fit the precise dimensions of the teller windows."
This bears repeating: in order to more efficiently move as much illegal money as possible into the "legitimate" banking institution HSBC, drug dealers specifically designed boxes to fit through the bank's teller windows. Tony Montana's henchmen marching dufflebags of cash into the fictional "American City Bank" in Miami was actually more subtle than what the cartels were doing when they washed their cash through one of Britain's most storied financial institutions.
Though this was not stated explicitly, the government's rationale in not pursuing criminal prosecutions against the bank was apparently rooted in concerns that putting executives from a "systemically important institution" in jail for drug laundering would threaten the stability of the financial system. The New York Times put it this way:
Federal and state authorities have chosen not to indict HSBC, the London-based bank, on charges of vast and prolonged money laundering, for fear that criminal prosecution would topple the bank and, in the process, endanger the financial system.
It doesn't take a genius to see that the reasoning here is beyond flawed. When you decide not to prosecute bankers for billion-dollar crimes connected to drug-dealing and terrorism (some of HSBC's Saudi and Bangladeshi clients had terrorist ties, according to a Senate investigation), it doesn't protect the banking system, it does exactly the opposite. It terrifies investors and depositors everywhere, leaving them with the clear impression that even the most "reputable" banks may in fact be captured institutions whose senior executives are in the employ of (this can't be repeated often enough) murderers and terrorists. Even more shocking, the Justice Department's response to learning about all of this was to do exactly the same thing that the HSBC executives did in the first place to get themselves in trouble – they took money to look the other way.
And not only did they sell out to drug dealers, they sold out cheap. You'll hear bragging this week by the Obama administration that they wrested a record penalty from HSBC, but it's a joke. Some of the penalties involved will literally make you laugh out loud. This is from Breuer's announcement:
As a result of the government's investigation, HSBC has . . . "clawed back" deferred compensation bonuses given to some of its most senior U.S. anti-money laundering and compliance officers, and agreed to partially defer bonus compensation for its most senior officials during the five-year period of the deferred prosecution agreement.
Wow. So the executives who spent a decade laundering billions of dollars will have to partially defer their bonuses during the five-year deferred prosecution agreement? Are you fucking kidding me? That's the punishment? The government's negotiators couldn't hold firm on forcing HSBC officials to completely wait to receive their ill-gotten bonuses? They had to settle on making them "partially" wait? Every honest prosecutor in America has to be puking his guts out at such bargaining tactics. What was the Justice Department's opening offer – asking executives to restrict their Caribbean vacation time to nine weeks a year?
So you might ask, what's the appropriate financial penalty for a bank in HSBC's position? Exactly how much money should one extract from a firm that has been shamelessly profiting from business with criminals for years and years? Remember, we're talking about a company that has admitted to a smorgasbord of serious banking crimes. If you're the prosecutor, you've got this bank by the balls. So how much money should you take?
How about all of it? How about every last dollar the bank has made since it started its illegal activity? How about you dive into every bank account of every single executive involved in this mess and take every last bonus dollar they've ever earned? Then take their houses, their cars, the paintings they bought at Sotheby's auctions, the clothes in their closets, the loose change in the jars on their kitchen counters, every last freaking thing. Take it all and don't think twice. And then throw them in jail.
Sound harsh? It does, doesn't it? The only problem is, that's exactly what the government does just about every day to ordinary people involved in ordinary drug cases.
It'd be interesting, for instance, to ask the residents of Tenaha, Texas what they think about the HSBC settlement. That's the town where local police routinely pulled over (mostly black) motorists and, whenever they found cash, offered motorists a choice: They could either allow police to seize the money, or face drug and money laundering charges.
Or we could ask Anthony Smelley, the Indiana resident who won $50,000 in a car accident settlement and was carrying about $17K of that in cash in his car when he got pulled over. Cops searched his car and had drug dogs sniff around: The dogs alerted twice. No drugs were found, but police took the money anyway. Even after Smelley produced documentation proving where he got the money from, Putnam County officials tried to keep the money on the grounds that he could have used the cash to buy drugs in the future.
Seriously, that happened. It happens all the time, and even Lanny Breuer's own Justice Deparment gets into the act. In 2010 alone, U.S. Attorneys' offices deposited nearly $1.8 billion into government accounts as a result of forfeiture cases, most of them drug cases. You can see the Justice Department's own statistics right here:
Justice Department
If you get pulled over in America with cash and the government even thinks it's drug money, that cash is going to be buying your local sheriff or police chief a new Ford Expedition tomorrow afternoon.
And that's just the icing on the cake. The real prize you get for interacting with a law enforcement officer, if you happen to be connected in any way with drugs, is a preposterous, outsized criminal penalty. Right here in New York, one out of every seven cases that ends up in court is a marijuana case.
Just the other day, while Breuer was announcing his slap on the wrist for the world's most prolific drug-launderers, I was in arraignment court in Brooklyn watching how they deal with actual people. A public defender explained the absurdity of drug arrests in this city. New York actually has fairly liberal laws about pot – police aren't supposed to bust you if you possess the drug in private. So how do police work around that to make 50,377 pot-related arrests in a single year, just in this city? That was 2010; the 2009 number was 46,492.)
"What they do is, they stop you on the street and tell you to empty your pockets," the public defender explained. "Then the instant a pipe or a seed is out of the pocket – boom, it's 'public use.' And you get arrested."
People spend nights in jail, or worse. In New York, even if they let you off with a misdemeanor and time served, you have to pay $200 and have your DNA extracted – a process that you have to pay for (it costs 50 bucks). But even beyond that, you won't have search very far for stories of draconian, idiotic sentences for nonviolent drug crimes.
Just ask Cameron Douglas, the son of Michael Douglas, who got five years in jail for simple possession. His jailers kept him in solitary for 23 hours a day for 11 months and denied him visits with family and friends. Although your typical non-violent drug inmate isn't the white child of a celebrity, he's usually a minority user who gets far stiffer sentences than rich white kids would for committing the same crimes – we all remember the crack-versus-coke controversy in which federal and state sentencing guidelines left (predominantly minority) crack users serving sentences up to 100 times harsher than those meted out to the predominantly white users of powdered coke.
The institutional bias in the crack sentencing guidelines was a racist outrage, but this HSBC settlement blows even that away. By eschewing criminal prosecutions of major drug launderers on the grounds (the patently absurd grounds, incidentally) that their prosecution might imperil the world financial system, the government has now formalized the double standard.
They're now saying that if you're not an important cog in the global financial system, you can't get away with anything, not even simple possession. You will be jailed and whatever cash they find on you they'll seize on the spot, and convert into new cruisers or toys for your local SWAT team, which will be deployed to kick in the doors of houses where more such inessential economic cogs as you live. If you don't have a systemically important job, in other words, the government's position is that your assets may be used to finance your own political disenfranchisement.
On the other hand, if you are an important person, and you work for a big international bank, you won't be prosecuted even if you launder nine billion dollars. Even if you actively collude with the people at the very top of the international narcotics trade, your punishment will be far smaller than that of the person at the very bottom of the world drug pyramid. You will be treated with more deference and sympathy than a junkie passing out on a subway car in Manhattan (using two seats of a subway car is a common prosecutable offense in this city). An international drug trafficker is a criminal and usually a murderer; the drug addict walking the street is one of his victims. But thanks to Breuer, we're now in the business, officially, of jailing the victims and enabling the criminals.
This is the disgrace to end all disgraces. It doesn't even make any sense. There is no reason why the Justice Department couldn't have snatched up everybody at HSBC involved with the trafficking, prosecuted them criminally, and worked with banking regulators to make sure that the bank survived the transition to new management. As it is, HSBC has had to replace virtually all of its senior management. The guilty parties were apparently not so important to the stability of the world economy that they all had to be left at their desks. (my bolding for emphasis)
So there is absolutely no reason they couldn't all face criminal penalties. That they are not being prosecuted is cowardice and pure corruption, nothing else. And by approving this settlement, Breuer removed the government's moral authority to prosecute anyone for any other drug offense. Not that most people didn't already know that the drug war is a joke, but this makes it official.

Just so KMAGgers know, I'm on a one post p/day restriction over there. God forbid I should support my investment where many dozens of people appreciate my insights and opinions.
Sadly, America will never be as great of a nation as it once was. We peaked in the 50's and it's been downhill ever since. When God was kicked outta school and corporal punishment became a crime, America sowed the seed of the fruits it now bears. Thank our ACLU for much of this country's subtle moral demise.
Now, the government is so corrupt, and the population is so polluted, hope of greatness returning is a fantasy only found 'somewhere over the rainbow'. Even today's authors and movie-makers don't have anything that really lends faith to a better tommorrow, and if they (Hollywood-land of make-believe) can't do it, no one can.
The demographics have irreversibly changed. We will never see a day of less foreigners (invading our hand-out system), less taxes, less corruption, more God-fearing, praise, thankfulness, and prosperity than was witnessed in the decade after WWII ended. The growth that ensued after WWII, that was never followed up with a great recession, will forever be America's HeyDay.
Survial of the fittest, like never witnessed before in a 'civilized' nation, will be the rule of the day.
The deplorable depth that man can sink to found a new low in Newtown. Worse yet, it will be a day that will have more overall impact than any day previous (aside from 9/11) in the last 45 years.
2 things will result from this ungodly event:
1) Tighter 'across the board' gun laws will certainly result. Laws that will greatly impact our right to bear arms, and therefore even defend ourselves from a government hell-bent on controlling the masses.
2) The 'power of suggestion' will cause yet even more of an increase in frequency of these types of insanities.
A study of rats in a cage is all one needs to foresee the future.
Low you are right the morality of man has gotten so bad it's hard to recognize the USA anymore and that's the problem we are facing now from government to children killers and those in between it will be very difficult to change where we are headed until the majority wakes up to this reality.
For the record,
I don't use vulgarity on this board very often, and certainly not unless justified and appropo.
Asshole - that which spews shit.
For the last three months, the KMAG board and investor has been forced to endure assholes. Even well known and somewhat respected ones.
KMAG fed them all crow yesterday. Shoved it right don't their spewing asshole mouths!
But of course, just like an asshole who still thinks it's just another orifice, the spewing continues. To hide their embarassment of being nothing more than spewing assholes, they actually have the audacity to nitpick the Q report. The Q report that they said would never come. Once an asshole, an asshole for life.
Is it any wonder we have assholes who gun down 20 children?
Whether it's 20 children, or 200 investors, assholes have virtually no regards for the damage they do to innocent, honest, hard-working people. They just wanna spew shit. They live for spewing shit and making others miserable because they themselves are miserable.
IMO, literally any person on the KMAG board who gave the corrupted SEC more of a benefit of the doubt over the hard-working KMAG CEO is a PO(spewing)S not one ounce better than the asshole who just mowed down 20 babies in the primest of their youth.
May God's comfort be ever so close to those suffering families in what is the most senseless act in the history of mankind.
I cannot even begin to elaborate on the sickening feelings I have over the depths that mankind has sank to.
I 2nd that! KMAG heading for glory days!!!
LMFAO!!!!
All those assholes that bashed KMAG and acted like they knew what they were talking about, saying KMAG was dead, and yet the company filed a good Q3 today, anyhow.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/KMAG/filings
The world is FULL of assholes and a few of 'em owe the KMAG CEO an apology for all the uncalled-for slandering.
Eat crow, assholes!
First VFIN. Now VERT ( .0001 on bid). Nothing kills a run quicker than those two.

Since I was so sure that Romney would win, I don't know what to think anymore. I just know all caution has been thrown to the wind, and when your fate is up to the wind, there's no telling where you'll land when the dust settles.
I like the prospects of many non-US locales, but of course, it's never easy to make drastic, permanent residential changes.
Australia seems like the easiest intelligent society to re-acclimate to, but it's just so damn far away from family and all.
If it was so sickening, it'd be hilarious. Dems holding the middle class hostage (if they don't get their new revenue and spending hikes) and GOP takes the blame for just trying to remain conservative and fiscally sensible and responsible.
I swear, it's like America ordained a buncha spoiled brats with the right to bully their parents and conrol their checkbook.
I missed it last Monday. Looks like it's comin' around again, though. Hmmm...
They will raise the debt ceiling after a bunch of posturing from both sides. It's inflate or die......

It's going to be an interesting month/year/decade ahead.
What are your thoughts on the market as a whole?? EOY sell off coming??
Do they raise the debt ceiling and it's buisness as usual for another 9 months???
Just wondering what you see happening....
entitlements, that is main problem.

Prepare indeed. We can only truly count on ourselves. That is the problem. People don't seem to grasp the power of that fact!
We are all where we are INDIVIDUALLY because of our own decisions in life. Nobody else's fault.
Too many take no responsibility for their own poor choices in life and wanna blame others for their own shortcomings. This is where class warfare comes into play.
The guy who works his ass off, takes risks, and sacrifices to achieve wealth then turns around and get demonized by the slack ass, lazy, ignorant person who blows their money, and makes poor personal choices. The losers then wanna blame others, and expect others to provide their basic needs, and their children's, as if it's not their own fault or responsibility for where they are.
I'm compassionate, and have no problem helping others in society. The people in need however need to demonstrate the willingness to wanna help themselves first. The idea that "It's somebody else's problem to take care of me" is NOT flying with me!!!! Disabled, and elderly EXCLUDED.
A society who controls charity bodes much better system then that of one where government controls charity. Notice how hard it is to write off charitable donations now. The government wants people to come to them. It gives them power, and CONTROL to have people rely on them. They WANT that control. They WANT the dependency. Without it we would not NEED them, and they couldn't CONTROL every aspect of our lives.
These cradle to grave liberal entitlements are the main problem fiscally, yet I see no willingness to cut. It's quite the opposite mentality from the socialists.
I agree, painful cuts needed, or we'll all screwed!
It was easy for our country to fall in the hole it is in. Crawling out seems impossible right now. Current leadership will fail us.
Four more years seals the deal IMO.
Hey Low!!!
The whole debate on who to tax for revenues and how much is futile.
These clowns continue to spend and print money.
The discussion needs to be on slashing spending. It needs to be painful and unpopular. Entire federal agencies need to go away.
Taxing the top earners even more may appeal to the masses but it is nothing more than a feel good measure.
The Feds took in 2.2 trillion last year. Spent 3.6.
Problem ain't lack of revenue.
Low, you make good points about defense spending too. Folks don't realize that although we spend a lot $$ wise on military, % wise it is not significant.
We have been screwed, repeatedly, for several generations now and the piper is coming to collect.
A large part of the problem is the stupidity of the populace. Congress in general has a 9% approval rating!!! Yet most of them get reelected.
It's going to get ugly. Fast.
Look at the hurricane Sandy. Hell, they warned people that it was coming for 6+ days and people still were unprepared. FEMA ran out of bottled water on day 2. A lot of people didn't listen. We have had rationale folks telling us for years that we are headed for trouble and we need to prepare......
Who is listening??
I agree. It's primary job #1 for them. I want a stronger military.
Military cuts is a no-way!
How come these brain-dead people can't see the importance of a strong military?
Yup, woe to the younger generations who'll have to pay heavily for the corruption and carelessness of yesterday and today's politicians.
I could live with that. Libs won't go for the cuts though. Unless it's military. Hope all works out for our kids sake.
I gotta tell ya though, I think the (R) are holding out too much by refusing to raise taxes on the rich. Methinks they should raise it incrementally though. Up to $1M pays a little more than they were. $1M-$10M pays even more. Over $10M should get walloped though, since they're the ones getting uber-rich off the backs of the middle-class.
As much as I'm a capitalist, one thing that sickens me is how nothing is priced according to what a fair profit would be, but instead, everything is priced according to what the market can/will bear. Always the highest price possible, even if the manufactured product only cost 5% of the pricetag.
Methinks the (R) should allow the Dems to raise the taxes on the uber-rich, but with two guaranteed concessions: no more raising the debt ceiling, and cut the national debt by 25% over the next 10 years.
Then, we'd likely be on the right road to recovery.
This millionaires and billionaires rhetoric is driving me NUTS! If I have to hear this crap one more friggin time! Anyone who mouths that crap is a blithering IDIOT, and I promise I'm the poorest on the board monetarily.
We have a spending problem, not a revenue problem. Dumb asses!
There is a reason economics is not truly taught in our children's school. Educators treat it as if it's a elective class like home economics. With only the college educated getting a PROPER lesson (liberal/communist/socialist leaning professors excluded) in this subject it leaves the masses vulnerable to fall for the above stated rhetoeic!
Ignorant, dumbed down, "I don't even know who my senator or congressman are" Americans, who take it ALL for granted can go jump off a bridge for all I care.
Funny part is when we do see a collapse they will be hurt the most. They suck at the government nipple, and will be in line with the masses for the government to save them. Good luck with that plan. I will save my self with proper sacrifice and preparations now! Those that wait for the collapse to prepare will be very sorry.
It won't be the end of the world in my opinion, but there will be a inflationary period, then a resetting period that will be painful, and unlike anything we have seen.
Remember our currency is backed by nothing. With the above stated pain last a few months, or a few years???? That is the true question that I have, so I'm not taking any chances personally.
End of this decade based on the current gold bull, and state of our economy is my prediction.
What are YOU doing?
happy thanksgiving and all have a great feast.
as for next four he will change our constitution more for freebies.

by those who I and most of us would deem LEAST meritorious,
worthy, and admirable? [...burning anguish...sigh...]
BOTH Generals ALLEN and PETRAEUS wrote LETTERS OF SUPPORT to
a Florida Custody Court/Case, pleading that twisted-sister
NATALIE be allowed to retain Custody of her child, DESPITE...
well, I trust you all have read-up on much of this.
Much of this Post I've written, and I got some of it from
the Link Below:

...And there's MORE... It seems that the Kelleys are currently
the targets of at least four Indebtedness Lawsuits and two
Foreclosures in Florida's Hillsborough County, according to Court records.
Court records show they owe Regions Bank nearly $2.2 million,
including Attorney fees. In 2011, a Judge ordered the property
to be put up for sale.
Regions Bank, meanwhile, is trying to foreclose on the couple's
historic $1.3-million waterfront house, claiming they defaulted
on a $271,000 Credit Line with their five bedroom house as
collateral, according to Gossip Extra.
It is currently worth $840,000 and though it is one of the most
spectacular on Bayshore Boulevard from the outside, the 1923-built home
is in need of repair.
Paintwork on the home is peeling, and behind the home the
driveway leading to a triple garage is cracked and covered with weeds.
AND...sigh...AND, she has called Police numerous times to
complain about Reporters outside her home. (Lions and Tigers
and Bears -- OH MY!)
In one call, she said she was an Honorary Consul General,
adding: "I don't know if you want to get Diplomatic protection."
Now, can ANYONE tell me just What the Hell is an "Honorary
Consul General?" For sashaying-around like a berserk strumpet,
throwing parties, and cottoning-up to big-wigs, and writing
innumerable sexy emails? BEAM ME UP, SCOTTY!
I mean...Who ARE all these people? And WHY? And WHY THEM?
...and HOW? HOW did they get, or become just exactly "Who" they are?
...AND WHY did we...all of us...LET THEM?
AND, twisted-sister Natalie, In April of this year, filed for
Bankruptcy on more than $3-million in taxes, property debts,
and loans!
She is being sued in Florida by her former boss Barry Cohen,
who says that she "...fraudulently omitted Rolex watches, sable mink furs,
and a diamond ring." from her Bankruptcy Filing.
ANYONE NOTICE SOMETHING? Yep. Yep, I've said/written HARDLY
ONE SINGLE THING about Paula Broadwell. WHY? Because HER FATHER
said, just yesterday, that "There is much more to all
this than meets the eye."
You know what? I BELIEVE HIM!
I am on the warpath today.
Hey low: Among some other things, you said in your post:
''The two top issues according to voters were the economy and the budget. Mitt Romney earned A 38 POINT ADVANTAGE OVER BARACK OBAMA on the top two issues of the election – and yet Romney was somehow defeated....''
If I remember correctly, Romney lost to 'bo' in OHIO, FLORIDA, VIRGINIA & SOUTH CAROLINA, BY A VERY NARROW VOTE MARGIN in each of those states, ie: not much more than 100k votes in both of the larger states, ie: FLORIDA & OHIO. And by somewhere around 50k votes or less? in the 2 other states. Any possibility that there was some 'hanky-panky' in who voted as whom for whom, so that the 'ebony adonnis' could win the election? For that's exactly what liars & cheats do, isn't it? Lie & cheat? Because that is their fundamental nature & character--no scruples. Just gotta win no matter what. IMO Jaime
GO KMAG!
America has long lost the ability to ever reach such a politically 'utopian' idea. Too bad the framers of the constitution did not already envision the need, but it's definately too late now. I agree. Military service before other public service should be a requirement.
Did you know that the framers originally designed the U.S. groundwork so that no lawyer could ever how office? Of course, that didn't last long, and you can imagine who litigated/contested such a 'proposterous' requirement.
Lawyers, ie; the filth of the Earth, have held office more than any other type of occupation.
And look where we are.
some say christie isn't doing it for the state of n.j.
saying he is doing a katrina no help thing.
reading this he will not get re-elected.
i added some about me and what educators not doing today. i do believe in military duty for all men.

HOW exactly does one accumulate 30,000 emails to Jill Kelley??
--- JILL KELLEY receives/sends some 30,000 emails with
General John Allen, Nominee for Afghanistan Commanding General
(whose Nomination NOW has been put [permanently] on "Hold").
--- JILL KELLEY - a deep brunette Lebanese-American of
statuesque allure who is married to a drab-looking hot-shot
cracker-jack Surgeon in Tampa and who, in turn, is a noted
Socialite-Butterfly in that area and a shrewd manipulator of
all that is cravenly social, decadent, hedonistic, and indulgent.
--- KELLEY in turn, was the recipient of threatening emails from
PAULA BROADWELL (nee Paula Krantz), a blonde North Dakota beauty
driven by vast unknowable demons her entire life.
--- PAULA BROADWELL -- High School Valedictorian, Degreed
from Univ. Denver, later a distinguished-driven Graduate of
West Point,
currently married to a drab-looking hot-shot cracker-jack
Surgeon in Charlotte (hush-hush Sweet Charlotte!), who never
shuns the kleig-lights, who (at 40) retains and flaunts a
school-girlish sensuality coupled uncomfortably with a
Machiavellian manipulative social-ladder-climbing drive, a
devious-scheming Satanic mentality, and flaunting the two-bit heart
and predatory hormones of an erotic Medusa-headed Sheba-Jezebel Hooker.
Got all that?
Well, that's just starters...
And, to maintain my very sanity...I've gotta take a break...
...except for the phrase I am going to rely-on and resort-to
for the next four years...
They Voted for this. Last week, THIS is what they Voted for.
i.e., Don't blame ME, I Voted for Romney.
And Obama still got less votes this time around.
It reaks, IMO.
Thats crazy easy to say how it's done,'CHEET' speaking of crazy my freind works on a psychiatric ward in Philly. they came in an took them out,she ask where they where taking them, they told her they were going vote,NOT A JOKE, BUT I THINK A CRIME
