Locked up float! Time will set this on fire
Seems more and more common that there is ZERO volume day after day. Whats up with that? What does that usually indicate?
Something like I said should be coming soon. Looks like they updated their SS on OTCMarkets? Maybe we may hear an update from the CEO soon. I know he wrote me saying:

The onlynthing I know is that the CEO said he would update shareholders within 45 days of the end of February. So it's getting close.
Good question.
Not me.
We need the Hawk Man!
anybody hearing anything new on the judges rulings?
Are these the guys who were the creditors back in 2019 that forgave some debt and agreed to fund the legal fight in exchange for a cut of the settlement proceeds and licensing revenue?
Many of same guys involved...
Hawk
Whats the connection with Skybell? Ive been hearing that name associated with LBAS for years.
Looks like potential merger candidate Skybell has identical wording with LBT website. That's rather strong. And I see they are within 2 miles of one another.
Skybell Merger w LBAS. Same exact wording found on both websites. Notice how Skybell already has a IR page set up. https://skybell.com/investor-relations/
Well we got momentum here. And for good reason. .0369 is HOD, let's see if we push that
Need just 1 in our favor...digging.
Hawk
agreed. Added a little more this afternoon
Something is happening. Need to watch the trend. Would like to see this back in the .02-.03s
Somebody is feeling bullish today. We need to watch this to see if it turns into a trend. Maybe the smart money (if there is any with this stock) is seeing good things approaching.
Hopefully claims 1-7 are our strongest claims and most likely to win. Usually in legal documents you lead with your strongest claims and points. Im eager to see when the other claims and patents will get a decision.
Well, remember. This is 1 patent of 5. The patents on Uber are different it seems from that of Apple when I looked at it. So, this is small.
I'd like to see a legal opinion of the document, however I agree that the result doesn't look good for LBAS.
On the bright side, this document covers claims 8-10 and claims 11-13. No mention of claims 1-7, so at worst this is only a partial answer to the lawsuit.
Also, this doesn't pertain to others, such as Uber unless this sets a precedent that covers that technology as well. I don't think we have enough information about the various claims to know if the claims against Apple (8-10 and 11-13) and the claims against Uber overlap.
Share price is up right now however...

Sounds like Apple won. Am I wrong?
Maybe. Depends on where the technology has gone since the LBAS patents were filed. There may be better solutions now.
That would make sense. I just dont see then parting ways and having to find something else to extend battery life. This could be pretty big.
I seem to remember it was IP related to power management which maximizes battery life. Pretty valuable stuff.
Best case may be a settlement to cover the past misuse over bazillions of iphones built with this IP and a license agreement that continues payments for future use.
Makes sense. Is this something their phones really require?
Correct. That's why a buyout scenario really doesn't make sense IMO
The question is. What is the value of the IP in all those machines they have incorporated? What is due to them? Will be interesting What the settlement is if that comes. Not to mention FOMO and hype. But honestly. I figured they would have a result by now. Been close to 3 months.
I'd sell for $1 too.
The deal with creditors had a built-in floor of $.05 since the debt that was being forgiven was valued at an equivalent share price of $.05. Those guys don't make any money unless the settlement/buyout amount is above $.05. And I don't think anyone smart plays this kind of game without having a very strong feeling that a big payout is at the end to make it worth the risk. For that reason I'd put the low end of the range at 4X the risked amount, or 4 X $.05 = $.20. I would make some good money if LBAS distributed $.20 to me or if I could sell my shares at $.20.
As for Apple buying LBAS - I don't see that happening. There are no assets in the company aside from the IP that have value to Apple. Apple should probably just pay the settlement amount and stop using the IP.
From the LBAS point of view, why sell at a price that would be lower than the settlement price? They've waited this long and spent the legal fees. It's time to take what the court gives them.
Who knows. If they win, this stock could go parabolic. How do you know about the courts taking another month to figure stuff out? You just created an account today.
I'd happily sell all my shares for $1 dollar. Not sure how realistic that is. Any thoughts of it reaching a dollar?
Well if the ruling is in LBAS favor, it goes to trial. Unless Apple decides they don't want to do that and buys LBAS outright or pays them. With how everything is going in OTC, who knows what will happen.
If the ruling in favor of LBAS what do we think the stock will go up to? What if Apple just decides to buy LBAS out completely what stock price are we looking at selling for? Thoughts?
They have known the ruling before they even stepped into hear those arguments most likely. This waiting is ridiculous personally.
The judges docket are backed up on a ruling. Could be another 30 days
Checking ...
Anyone have an inkling on when we will hear something?
bought some more today. Couldn't resist this sale price.
Everyone forgot to buy today.
Hoping for good legal news!!!
It would fall pretty much instantly.
Been in for many years now. Patience has been key.
Win here would/could make the Uber lawsuit go very quickly.
Hawk
I see. Well, we have been in this for year and we should be close as we are in the oral arguments phase.
No...just from what I'm hearing....
Is there a court filing letting us know the date? I know we should be rather close seeing we had oral arguments.
Thats the hope Hawkeye. Strength is here but we will see
Believe we see a Court decision on AAPL lawsuit as soon as
early March.....
Many things could happen..
Both parties work out a deal...
AAPL buys LBAS..gets all Patents.
AAPL fights Court decision.
LBAS loses one or more of the Patent arguments...5 in play.
IMO LBAS will Win more than one of the Patent Infringement cases.
Management has strongly believed in these cases..
