I actually made a decent amount of money on two runs (2018 and 2021). Waiting for a 3rd…hopefully this year. I have not lost a single dollar on this stock which is why I love it. That other guy doesn’t know how to trade penny stocks so all he does is cry. Every time I pop by to check on this board, it’s the same people crying. I bet if I leave and come back next year, it’ll be the same 2 people complaining about their bad decisions lol..

Even if one was not to believe the ranch was foreclosed on, the fact that the house is listed for sale should be a hint that something is not right. Or how about the fact that he has not paid the property taxes in over 5 years. You would think that all the money being "loaned" to others with zero payback would be a major red flag.
