Let me start over LoL Mitch McConnell is in the wrong Country and Kentucky people have to buy Medical marijuana out of State. Hopefully from LVVV.
Kentucky Is suppose to start their medical marijuana program but you has to be grown out of State. God they are dumb especially since I think it's technically illegal to take weed across State lines. Moscow Mitch is in the Country.
Mitch McConnell needs to Go. What's the matter with Kentucky are they all stupid or what.
In my opinion those Reg A offerings are the main thing responsible for the share price floundering. If I recall correctly, we were climbing back to the 2 cent range when he released a big offering - that tanked us and we’ve never recovered. The moves Bill has made with the company have been solid otherwise. The companies future looks bright - one can only hope that eventually the share price reacts accordingly.
For real!!! I’m tired of all Bills actions and accomplishments and being down 80% of my investment over 5 plus years. Next week, next month, next year blah blah blah. .004 after all his “work”. Atrocious.
All Bill's effort means nothing without an ROI for LVVV investors.
GO $LVVV
I never claimed to know how much personal money Bill invested, you are the one making claims he hasn't invested any of his own money. You don't know and neither do I.
Bill has produced a lot of results, he started the company, he jumped through all the registration hoops, acquired the growing facility, negotiated distribution contracts, and on and on. But in your eyes that accounts for nothing and thus his sweat equity has been worthless.
Have you ever started your own business before? Not likely from your posts!

LVVV CEO Bill Hodson isn’t a scammer ?
He just knowingly sells LVVV Shares to scammers

I agree with what you're saying, but I wish he'd communicate with the shareholders more.
I've been a LVVV Long since December, 2017, that's not flipping.
The chart for the last 5 years is extremely disappointing.
Let's hope the next 5 years are significantly better.
GO $LVVV
True longs will invest for the increase down the road, as the co pay grows. Flippers are concerned about the now only. And investors are mostly more concerned about the company growing g and succeeding, moreso than just a spurt in stock price so "they" can sell at a profit. Focused on the success of the company. In true terms, instead of the stock price "by any means". But we can agree to disagree. gotta run, so let's both hope for the price to go up. GLTY. Merry Christmas.
Longs don't make money by Bill "growing the company", they make an ROI by Bill increasing the SP.
"Growing the company" without a corresponding increase in SP is worthless.
Nothing else matters except for an increase in the SP...
But, you do you...
GO $LVVV
Yep, I'm holding for the Q2 report on August 15th.
By then, we'll definitely know something...
GO $LVVV
"Bill's only job is to produce an increase in the share price."
"Bill's only job is to increase the share price BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE."
Sorry, but that's what a scammer does. He pumps things that aren't true, raises the stock price "by any means possible", and ignores business as he focuses on the stock instead.
Bill has tripled our planting acreage, is working on expanding the brand, signed nice contracts to distribute the product, and done ... BUSINESS things. Not pumping the stock. And you think because the stock price is down he should get no compensation??? Your priorities are out of whack. He needs to be building the company. And finally that looks like what he is doing. IN the meantime, until the price finally reflects what he is doing, the cheap shares are a blessing to someone picking them up. The rest of us, who own higher? yes we have to wait. But he is growing the COMPANY, not the stock price, and the stock price should follow. Should already be higher, but it is where it is, so I'll wait. And let him grow the company bigger. Profits bigger. And hopefully stop growing the OS bigger. HA. Then the stock will follow.
By the way - for a CEO to do things to move the "stock" price up, instead of the "business, the SEC calls that manipulation. Granted, they don't ENFORCE it, as seen by all the pumps out there, but still, it's not Bill's job to manipulate the stock. Just grow the company.
December is always a bad month with SP for stocks because of tax loss selling by some - Not to mention the last 2 weeks downturn in the market. Let’s see what February brings since by then Bill should have some idea as to what LVVV made with the Q4 fins and maybe surprises everyone and gives all shareholders an update of what those figures look like. Just my opinion.
I don't think YOU know how much of his personal money he's invested, probably none.
He's got investors to foot the bill.
And, sweat equity means nothing unless you're producing significant results...
I agree with your assessment of the SP history, the pops we've had in 2018 and last year were all based on nothing but hype.
We've had 3 Q's of decent revenue/profitability, but they weren't significant enough to attract serious investors.
Bill's going to have to grow both of them exponentially over the next 3 or 4 Q's, and show sustainability in order to move the SP.
The 2022 ERF harvest was from only the first acre and a partial 2nd acre, per Tristan.
So, IF Bill plants all 3 acres in 2023, that should help tremendously.
The main hurdles now are producing enough revenue from one annual harvest to sustain operations year-round, without having to sell more shares; and to improve communications.
Tristan told me this week that when they get to that point, which they feel is next Spring, they'll retain an influencer to help establish the brand and spread awareness.
Imo, we should know much by the Q2 report on August 15th, 2023.
GO $LVVV
Lol, not when you're talking about a company with only 2 employees.
Bill's only job is to increase the share price BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE.
GO $LVVV
As long as McConnell is Senate Minority Leader, there will be NO Cannabis Bills are going to pass.
He's adamantly against Cannabis and is owned by Big Pharma.
GO $LVVV
If I work all year and don't produce results, no, I don't expect to get paid.
Nor should you, Bill or anyone else...
Bill's only job is to produce an increase in the share price.
He should take no salary until/unless he produces results.
When/if he produces results, he'll be more than compensated by an increase in the value of the 100 million shares that he got for free...
GO $LVVV
I don't know that you have any idea how much of his personal money he has invested in this to say nothing of his years of sweat equity! Ultimately, the share price of the stock is going to be based on the profitability of the company. Up until three quarters ago the share price was based on an idea and the potential of the market. The company now has the proper licenses, relationships, products and delivery methods. We will now see if he has the capability on the operations side of delivering. If he does, then the profits will be there and that will go a long way to determining the share price, not the hype or PR that is spewed out there!
Not even close.
<< a CEO's main responsibility is to promote enthusiasm for his business plan.
>>
Reality?
"CEOs are responsible for managing a company's overall operations. This may include delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, managing company organizational structure, strategy, and communicating with the board."
And they don't mean "this" board when they say communicating with the board. LOL.
If I was CEO I would be holding my ammo till the Sector gets a little tail wind. Stormy market to be sailing right now. Maybe Schumer can get something done this weekend.
He might be good at building a business (God knows he shows persistence and flexibility over the YEARS) but a CEO's main responsibility is to promote enthusiasm for his business plan. The plan seems solid... his ability to effectively communicate to shareholders stinks. I have been advocating for a compitent PR person for years. I think the ego gets in the way.
So let me ask you this - Do you work all year long and not expect to get paid??? What do you think those shares he received were for?
Do you know how much 100 million shares cost Bill?
Nothing, zero, zip, zilch, he "awarded" them to himself.
He hasn't lost 1 penny while LVVV Longs are down millions.
Should he even be taking a salary while he runs LVVV into trips?
GO $LVVV
How is he milking the company? With their EXTREMELY low overhead, he isn't taking it in salary. He has lots of shares that are going to be worth the same amount as the shares you and every other shareholder owns. His big payoff is if the stock price rises!
Still nothing from the company. Silence silence silence. Yes there was a PR recently but that was old news from September. I guess the plan is just wait till q4 comes out in a couple months? LVVV
" This is the moment of truth. "
Absolutely ! Winner or loser ...
Not sure !
The word that comes to mind is... pompous followed by indifferent.
I wonder how our best-ever harvests of 2022 at ERF and Makana Ola Farms are doing?
Is it going ok, going great, going badly?
How much have we harvested, 100 lbs., 500 lbs., 1000 lbs., more, less?
How much money are we making, a little, a lot, any?
Bill not letting ANYONE know these critical details is the main reason why the SP is where it's at.
Bill's main goal is to milk LVVV investors as long as he can, whether LVVV ultimately succeeds or fails.
While we Longs are all down on our investment, and haven't made an ROI, make no mistake, Bill's been making his $$$.

All of the Shares sold in the Reg A offering were sold as Unrestricted.
GO $LVVV
Yes that could possibly be the case. I don’t know all the details but their is most likely some restrictions on selling those shares. Whoever is selling now isn’t selling because of the company’s performance but probably because they need the money now. But yes I imagine at least some of those shares are fair game at this point. Just my opinion. LVVV
Reg A share offering: 62 million shares at .004
From post 72502:
62 million shares at .004
Question for the board about the recent Reg A offering???
I forget how many shares Hodson offered a while back for .004 as part of the Reg A. I think it was at least 100 million.
Is it possible that those are the shares now being dumped at prices between ..004 and .005?
LVVV LOL Now why would MM’s spark a sell off 4 months before the next Quarterlies
I have not sold a single share…. I’ve waited this long for many years, why would anyone sell now when the fruits of the labors are about to finally show??? To me I would lean towards someone selling for tax loss purposes figuring they can back back in January before Bill announces any type of Q4 fins. Just an opinion.
If so mission accomplished
Could it be the MM's trying to spark a sell off before the next Quarterlies come out?
I've always Called it "First Class Now Boarding"
None of this price decline makes any sense. Consider the following:
1. They've completed a harvest that's 3 times the size of last years harvest--6000 plants vs 2000.
2. They've got a partnership with the premier mj lab in Cali--Shire Pharma
3. They've now got products now available for sale on Kushagram, the largest mj delivery service in Cali.
Other than tax loss selling, why would anyone be selling here? Of course, we don't know all that's happening behind the scene here but, in general, things look much improved compared to earlier quarters.
Comments welcome.
